Abstract

本发明涉及一种流体管路的分配装置,更具体地涉及一种气源分配器,包括一个圆柱形的薄壁主管和均匀分布在主管上的支流管路。所述支流管路通过设置在主管内的锁紧装置,对称地固定在主管上,无需焊接,易于拆装维护。主管采用薄壁管,大大减轻装置的重量,降低生产成本。

Description

一种气源分配器
技术领域
本发明涉及气体或液体的贮存或分配领域,更具体地涉及一种气源分配器。
背景技术
气源分配器是一种气源分配辅助装置,是气动仪表安装使用的好帮手,广泛应用于电力、冶金、化工、医药、纺织、及自动化流水线中。其主要结构包括主管道、分支管和控制阀。目前业内生产的气源分配器基本制造工艺为在主管道的外壁上钻孔,然后采用焊接的方式将分支管和控制阀固定在主管道上,例如授权的中国专利CN 204345148 U。众所周知的是,在圆柱形的主管道上钻孔,其孔的形状为马鞍状,在这种形状的孔上连接支管,其最大的难点在于支管的固定以及支管和主管道之间的密封问题。虽然焊接形式的气源分配器密封性好,能承受较高的管内压力。但是,实际应用中有很多弊端,如焊接工艺成本高,装置笨重等。
在申请人早期授权的中国专利CN 104180115 B中,公开了一种非焊接形式的流体分流装置,该装置是通过在薄壁的主管道上设置圆孔,将连接接头穿过该圆孔,再将锁止件从主管道内壁穿过位于连接接头下端的方孔,从而将连接接头固定在主管道上。该发明成功地应用于流体分流领域,既解决了支管的固定,有保证良好的密封。但存在一种可能,若分支管上的控制阀因寿命等原因发生泄漏时,更换和维护将受到很大限制。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种气源分配器, 所述气源分配器包括一个薄壁的主管和均匀分布在主管上的支流管路,所述主管有圆柱状的外轮廓,至少有一个入口和一个出口,环形外壁上轴向对称分布有向内收拢的锥形孔,其特征在于所述支流管路包括控制阀,所述控制阀有伸展进入所述主管外壁的锥形孔内的环形圆锥面,所述环形圆锥面的端部置于所述主管的内腔中,所述端部上设置有锁紧孔以及包围着所述锁紧孔的分流孔,所述分流孔与所述控制阀的主流道相连通,所述锁紧孔用于接纳置于主管内腔中的紧固件,所述紧固件将所述控制阀对称地紧固在主管上。
优选地,所述控制阀与所述主管圆锥形孔相接触的环形圆锥面上设置有圆弧形凹槽。
优选地,所述圆弧形凹槽内有密封件。
优选地,所述支流管路还包括圆锥形止筒垫,所述圆锥形止筒垫有与所述主管圆锥形孔相配合的锥形外表面,以及和所述控制阀环形圆锥面配合的锥形内壁。
优选地,所述紧固件为内六角螺钉。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、主管采用薄壁管,既节省原材料同时也降低装置整体重量;
2、主管和支管可拆卸式连接方式,易于装配、更换及维护。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1为本发明所示的气源分配器结构示意图,包括一个主管10,支流管路48,主管10有圆柱形的外轮廓,有一个流体入口90和一个流体出口82,外壁上轴向对称设置有马鞍形的圆锥孔80, 圆锥孔80向内收拢。支流管路48包括一个控制阀22,控制阀22的一端被加工成与主管外壁上圆锥孔80相配合的环形圆锥面24,环形圆锥面24的端部26穿过圆锥孔80进入主管的内腔,端部26上设置有一中心孔38,中心孔38的周围有分流孔36,分流孔36与控制阀22的主流道30相连通。本发明的一个方面在于,主管10采用薄壁的钢管,壁厚控制在3-5mm范围内,即大大降低主管的整体重量,便于整个装置运输,同时也节省原材料。
本发明的另一个方面在于控制阀22与主管10的连接形式,如图2所示,控制阀22的环形圆锥面24穿过主管上轴向对称的圆锥孔80,紧固件56经控制阀的主流道30穿过中心孔38,直至插入轴向对称方向上控制阀的中心孔中。再如图6所示,支管路连接的另一形式,即控制阀22通过支管接头32紧固在主管10上,支管接头32与控制阀22通过螺纹连接在一起。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,中心孔38被加工成螺纹孔,中心孔38与控制阀主流道30形成一个台阶62,紧固件56为内六角螺钉,紧固件56有与中心孔38配合的螺纹52。紧固件56同时穿过对称方向上的控制阀的中心孔,直至紧固件抵靠在台阶62上时,控制阀22被牢牢地固定在主管10上。同时,当需要维护支管路时,只需从控制阀22的一端将紧固件56拆下,即可实现支管路的更换。因此,本发明的又一个方面在于主管和支管路可拆卸式连接方式,易于装配、更换及维护,另外,将紧固件内置于主管内,简化了支管路因紧固导致的结构臃肿,外观更美观。
在本发明的又一优选实施例中,控制阀22与主管10相连接的环形圆锥面之间设置有一密封件16,密封件16被安置在位于环形圆锥面24上的凹槽14中,如图5所示。在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,支流管路48还包括一个圆锥形止筒垫18,如图4所示。止筒垫18有锥形的外壁66,锥形的内孔62。止筒垫18被置于控制阀22和主管之间,其锥形外壁与圆锥孔80配合,锥形内孔62与控制阀环形圆锥面24配合,止筒垫不限于铜、铝等延展性能较好的金属材质。

Claims (5)

1.一种气源分配器,包括一个薄壁的主管(10)和均匀分布在主管上的支流管路(48),所述主管(10)有圆柱状的外轮廓,至少有一个入口(90)和一个出口(82),环形外壁上轴向对称分布有向内收拢的锥形孔(80),其特征在于所述支流管路(48)包括控制阀(22),所述控制阀(22)有伸展进入所述主管外壁上锥形孔(80)内的环形圆锥面(24),所述环形圆锥面(24)的端部(26)置于所述主管的内腔中,所述端部(26)上设置有锁紧孔(38)以及包围着所述锁紧孔的分流孔(36),所述分流孔(36)与所述控制阀的主流道(30)相连通,所述锁紧孔(38)用于接纳置于主管(10)内腔中的紧固件(56),所述紧固件(56)将所述控制阀(22)对称地紧固在主管(10)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气源分配器,其特征在于:所述控制阀(22)与所述主管外壁上锥形孔(80)相接触的环形圆锥面(24)上设置有圆弧形凹槽(14),所述锥形孔(80)为圆锥形孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气源分配器,其特征在于:所述圆弧形凹槽(14)内有密封件(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气源分配器,其特征在于:所述支流管路(48)还包括圆锥形止筒垫(18),所述圆锥形止筒垫(18)有与所述主管外壁上锥形孔(80)相配合的锥形外表面(66),以及和所述控制阀环形圆锥面(24)配合的锥形内壁(62),所述锥形孔(80)为圆锥形孔。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的气源分配器,其特征在于:所述紧固件(56)为内六角螺钉。
