本方法制备了一种新型杀虫剂。该植物杀虫剂 无毒、高效、长效、广谱、无抗药性,耐雨水冲刷,该植 物杀虫剂除用于杀灭天然植物害虫外,还可用于杀灭 牲畜,杀灭体外寄生虫和癣疾等。

Description

本发明属于杀虫剂的制备及使用方法,尤其涉及一种植物财料的杀虫剂的制备及使用方法。
现在世界各国的农业在不同程度上都承受着有害农药的侵害,其残存毒性及害虫的抗药性均日渐严重,目前虽制备出溴氢菊酯等各种低毒农药,但其长远的危害也是非常严重的,如何防止治理这种对人类具有潜在性,渗透性的危害也是当前急迫的大事。
本发明的目的是研制、开发一种新型高效无毒的杀虫剂。
本发明的杀虫剂的有效成分由苦参、百部、闹羊花、除虫菊或茴蒿几种植物的提取液组成,提取液是将苦参、百部的薄片及皂角、闹羊花、除虫菊(或茴蒿)的粗粉分别用水或酒精经浸泡提取、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、静置后合并而成的上清液,提取液中再配以防腐剂、稳定剂、芳香剂,在60-70℃充分搅拌混合而制成杀虫剂。有效成分的重量比为苦参∶百部∶除虫菊(或茴蒿)∶闹羊花∶皂角=3∶3∶3∶1∶1.5,稳定剂占12-18%,防腐剂占3-12%,芳香剂占3-5%。提取液提取时间为24小时,煎煮时间为1-2小时,加辅助剂搅拌混合的时间为2-3小时。本杀虫剂的药剂用于植物及粮食储存的杀虫时,采用喷雾法,用于防治和根治牲畜身上的顽固寄生虫及各种菌类的顽癣时,采用喷雾或药浴,用于树木的杀虫时采用喷雾及布条蘸药液的堵洞法;用于人类因长期接触牲畜而引起的感染型皮肤病采用涂搽法;药渣可在拌种时复洒于地下,用量为一亩地500-1000克,本杀虫剂用于杀虫的稀释倍数为600~1000倍,用于预防时药剂的稀释倍数为1000~1200倍。
本药剂经毒理学测定,小白鼠经口LD50为19256.7毫克/公斤,AMLS试验属阳性,慢性毒性实验证明没有致癌、致畸、致突变等现象,故对人畜无毒。
本药剂实用后,经与40%乐果、甲胺磷等化学农药对比发现其药效长,耐雨水冲刷,残效期可达20天至30天。
杀虫剂的制备工艺流程如图1
工艺流程的1-7步是各种植物单体分别制备。
实施例1:
苦参  600克
百部  600克
除虫菊(或茴蒿)  600克
闹羊花  200克
皂角  300克
防腐剂320克  稳定剂480克  芳香剂120克
按前述工艺制成4000毫升杀虫剂原液。
实施例2:
取实施例1所制备的杀虫剂原液1000毫升,稀释300倍、500倍、700倍,在予选好的麦田与谷田喷雾施药,用90%结晶敌百虫800倍液作对照,效果如下表:

实施例3:
取实施例1所制的杀虫剂原液1000毫升,稀释800倍,给400只羊进行药浴,用后羊无任何反应,且毛色洁白,无蚊蝇干扰。药浴后跟踪观察表明,浴后羊无体外寄生虫发生。
实施例4:
取实施例1所制的杀虫剂原液稀释300倍、800倍药液对“油红花”黑蚜虫试验结果如下:

300倍液 96%
800倍液 87%
实施例5:
取实施例1所制的杀虫剂原液稀释1000倍药液于88年6月用于麦田以防治粘虫,7天内降雨五次(其中包括暴雨),共计85毫升,第八天调查结果表明:降雨对药效的影响不很大,平均防治效果仍为77.5-79.6%说明本药剂具有很强的耐雨水冲刷力。
通过方面的各种试验,证明本药剂确实具有无毒、高效长效、广谱、耐雨水冲刷、无抗药性等几大特点,同时本药剂实施后无三废污染,对于保护和改善生态环境,具有不可言喻的作用。

Claims (5)

1、一种杀虫剂,其特征在于,有效成份由苦参、百部、闹羊花、皂角、除虫菊或茴蒿几种植物的提取液组成,提取液是将苦参、百部的薄片及皂角、闹羊花、除虫菊或茴蒿的粗粉,分别用水或酒精经浸泡提取、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、静置后合并而成的上清液,再按比例加入防腐剂、稳定剂、芳香剂,在60-70℃充分搅拌混合而成,稳定剂占12-18%,防腐剂占8-12%,芳香剂占3-5%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其特征在于有效成分的重量比为:苦参∶百部∶除虫菊(或茴蒿)∶闹羊花∶皂角=3∶3∶3∶1∶1.5。
3、根据权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其特征在于,提取时间为24小时,煎煮时间为1-2小时,加辅助剂搅拌混合的时间为2-3小时。
4、根据权利要求1所述的杀虫剂使用方法,其特征在于,药剂用于植物及粮食储存的杀虫时采用喷雾法,用于防治和根治牲畜身上的顽固寄生虫及各种菌类的顽癣时采用喷雾或药浴法;用于树木的杀虫时采用喷雾及布条蘸药液的堵洞法;用于人类因长期接触牲畜而引起的感染型皮肤病采用涂搽法;药渣可在拌种时复洒于地下。
5、根据权利要求1所述的杀虫剂的使用方法,其特征在于用于杀虫时药剂的稀释倍数为600~1000倍,用于预防时药剂的稀释倍数为1000~1200倍,药渣的使用量为一亩地500~1000克。
