本发明属于印刷油墨,它是在市售塑料印刷油墨中加入至少一种紫外荧光物质而制成的用于塑料包装防伪的紫外荧光防伪油墨。

塑料包装用防伪油墨
本发明属于以人造树脂为主的印刷油墨。
在产品包装上采用防伪措施是打击假冒产品的有效手段。纸张包装的商标或标记的防伪在市场上已经出现,如激光全息防伪,热致变色防伪等。有关塑料包装的商标或标记的防伪,还未曾见到过应用,也没有过相应的信息报道。
本发明的目的是提供一种易于识别塑料包装上商标或标记的真伪,能有效防止伪造塑料包装的专用塑料印刷防伪油墨。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:塑料包装用紫外荧光防伪油墨是由市售塑料印刷油墨和紫外荧光物质组合而成。所用的市售塑料印刷油墨可以是凹版塑料油墨,或柔性板塑料油墨,或丝网塑料油墨,可以是白色、蓝色或红色等。所用的紫外荧光物质可以是紫外荧光颜料(包括高分子紫外荧光颜料,有机紫外荧光颜料等),或稀土类荧光络合物(如铕类、钇类、钐类荧光络合物)。取市售塑料油墨100份,加入至少一种紫外荧光物质5~25份,经三辊机研磨后就制得塑料包装用紫外荧光防伪油墨。如果采用纸张印刷油墨,或织物印刷油墨,或金属印刷油墨加入至少一种紫外荧光物质,并按上述方法处理可以分别制得纸张、织物或金属包装上商标或标记用的紫外荧光防伪油墨。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有的优点是:用本发明紫外荧光防伪油墨印制的塑料包装上的商标或标记在紫外线照射下即发出鲜艳的特征荧光,可以很方便准确地识别塑料包装商品的真伪。
实施例1
取市售红色凹版塑料油墨100份,加入Eu3+与二苯胍和邻菲绕啉组成的三元配合物25份,经三辊机研磨制得显红色的塑料包装用紫外荧光防伪油墨。该油墨在紫外线照射下产生600~620nm的特征荧光。
实施例2
取市售蓝色柔性版塑料油墨100份,加入罗达明B15份,经三辊机研磨制得显蓝色的塑料包装用紫外荧光防伪油墨。
实施例3
取市售白色丝网塑料油墨100份,加入Y3+与5、7-二氯8羟基喹啉组成的二元配合物5份,经三辊机研磨制得显白色的塑料包装用紫外荧光防伪油墨。该油墨在紫外线照射下产生500~520nm的特征荧光

Claims (2)

1.一种塑料包装用印刷油墨,其特征在于它是由市售凹版塑料印刷油墨、柔性版塑料印刷油墨或丝网塑料印刷油墨和铕类、钇类或钐类荧光配合物组成的紫外荧光防伪油墨,其中二种组份的组成重量比为市售塑料印刷油墨∶稀土类荧光配合物=100∶5~25。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的塑料包装用印刷油墨的应用,其特征在于将该油墨应用于塑料包装的防伪印刷中。
