本发明公开了一种预埋外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于埋管内端有底,埋管内设有一与底连接的芯管,芯管外壁设有外螺纹,埋片为片状,纵向一端连接在埋管底部,定位锥外端为锥状位于埋管外部,定位锥内端插入芯管;埋管外开放端设有盖帽,给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与芯管外螺纹配合的给进管内螺纹,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台,环形凸台套设在芯管外,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管靠近内端外面设有环形槽,环形槽上套设有与埋管内壁密封接触的密封圈;连接牢固,活动部分拆卸容易。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板安装时用到的一种用具,特别是涉及一种预埋外顶式保温板固定连接装置。
背景技术
在建筑领域,保温板作为节能环保构件一直在使用,现有施工工艺都是粘接加胀钉使其与建筑外立面牢固连接,现有胀钉固定建筑外立面后具有一竖起的螺杆,螺杆为平头穿插保温板比较费力,而且穿插后保温板位置不容易对齐,螺杆伸出保温板,固定后还要打弯嵌入保温板,保证不妨碍后期饰面施工,打弯时容易破坏保温板,这些问题仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种预埋外顶式保温板固定连接装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种预埋外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于包括埋管、埋片、定位锥、给进管和压片,埋管侧壁为圆筒状,埋管外端开放,埋管内端有底,埋管内设有一与底连接的芯管,芯管外壁设有外螺纹,埋片为片状,纵向一端连接在埋管底部,片体上分布有贯穿片体的豁口或洞;定位锥外端为锥状,定位锥外端位于埋管外部,定位锥内端插入芯管;埋管外开放端设有盖帽,盖帽连接有固定螺栓,螺栓连接有螺母;给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与芯管外螺纹配合的给进管内螺纹,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台,环形凸台套设在芯管外,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管外端口设有封堵,套管靠近内端外面设有环形槽,环形槽上套设有与埋管内壁密封接触的密封圈。
进一步的,所述压片下面周向分布有尖锐突起。
进一步的,所述豁口或洞由埋管一端向另一端开口面逐渐加大。
本发明使用时,埋片、埋管均预埋在建筑外立面表面,埋管开口在外立面上开放,开放口设有盖帽,预埋后取下盖帽,将定位锥插入芯管,芯管突出外立面的高度小于保温板厚度,将保温板与周围对齐,压保温板利用锥尖穿刺保温板,然后取下保温板拔出定位锥,在穿刺部位打孔,打孔后上胶安装,然后将套管连带给进管插入打孔,用棱柱扳手旋转给进管,给进管与芯管外螺纹配合给进,使压片压在保温板上实施固定连接,固定后上上封堵即可实现密封,避免锈蚀,连接牢固,易于定位,连接牢固,安装给进快速,后期维护去除保温板,活动部分拆卸容易,而且可以再次用于新保温板安装,无需换连接件。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1至3所示,该一种预埋外顶式保温板固定连接装置设有埋管1、埋片2、定位锥3、给进管18和压片4,埋管侧壁为圆筒状,埋管外端开放,埋管内端有底5,埋管内设有一与底连接的芯管6,芯管外壁设有外螺纹7,埋片为片状,纵向一端连接在埋管底部,片体上分布有贯穿片体的豁口8和洞9,豁口或洞由埋管一端向另一端开口面逐渐加大,外端具有较大强度,后端产生大的拉力;定位锥外端为锥状,定位锥外端位于埋管外部,定位锥内端插入芯管,高度不超过保温板厚度,定位锥内端插入芯管;埋管外开放端设有盖帽10,盖帽连接有固定螺栓,螺栓连接有螺母,用于与模板连接;给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔11,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与芯管外螺纹配合的给进管内螺纹12,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管13,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台14,环形凸台套设在芯管外,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管外端口设有封堵15,套管靠近内端外面设有环形槽16,环形槽上套设有与埋管内壁密封接触的密封圈17,密封圈倒角便于挤入。
本发明使用时,埋片、埋管均预埋在建筑外立面表面,埋管开口在外立面上开放,开放口设有盖帽,预埋后取下盖帽,将定位锥插入芯管,芯管突出外立面的高度小于保温板厚度,将保温板与周围对齐,压保温板利用锥尖穿刺保温板,然后取下保温板拔出定位锥,在穿刺部位打孔,打孔后上胶安装,然后将套管连带给进管插入打孔,用棱柱扳手旋转给进管,给进管与芯管外螺纹配合给进,使压片压在保温板上实施固定连接,固定后安装封堵即可实现密封,避免锈蚀,连接牢固,易于定位,连接牢固,安装给进快速,后期维护去除保温板,活动部分拆卸容易,而且可以再次用于新保温板安装,无需换连接件。
实施时,可在压片下面周向分布有尖锐突起,压入保温板,连接更牢固,防止转动。
