本发明公开了一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于包括胀管、胀杆、给进管和压片,胀管侧壁周向分布有2至4个纵向的开窗,开窗内设有倒齿,倒齿上端与开窗上端相连,倒齿下端探进胀管,胀杆下端插入到胀管内超过倒齿下端,胀杆与倒齿相对的位置设有可容倒齿进入的竖向槽,胀杆上端为锥状,胀杆位于胀管外部部分设有外螺纹,给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与胀杆螺纹配合的内螺纹,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台,环形凸台套设在胀杆上,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上;连接牢固,易于定位,可快速拆装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板安装时用到的一种用具,特别是涉及一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置。
背景技术
在建筑领域,保温板作为节能环保构件一直在使用,现有施工工艺都是粘接加胀钉使其与建筑外立面牢固连接,现有胀钉固定建筑外立面后具有一竖起的螺杆,螺杆为平头穿插保温板比较费力,而且穿插后保温板位置不容易对齐,螺杆伸出保温板,固定后还要打弯嵌入保温板,保证不妨碍后期饰面施工,打弯时容易破坏保温板,这些问题仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于包括胀管、胀杆、给进管和压片,胀管侧壁周向分布有2至4个纵向的开窗,开窗内设有倒齿,倒齿上端与开窗上端相连,倒齿下端探进胀管,胀杆下端插入到胀管内超过倒齿下端,胀杆与倒齿相对的位置设有可容倒齿进入的竖向槽,胀杆上端为锥状,胀杆位于胀管外部部分设有外螺纹,给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与胀杆螺纹配合的内螺纹,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台,环形凸台套设在胀杆上,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管外端口设有封堵。
进一步的,所述压片下面周向分布有尖锐突起。
进一步的,所述胀杆上端锥状面上周向等距分布有三个竖孔。
进一步的,所述胀杆上端锥状头设有一套筒,套筒前端为与胀杆上端锥状头吻合的凹陷,套筒后端连接有杆,杆后端连接有击打头。
本发明使用时,在外立面上打洞放入胀管,将胀杆胀入胀管并卡在里面,此时胀杆只有比保温板厚度短的带螺纹的部分露出墙体,保温板可以十分方便与周围对齐,然后压保温板利用胀杆锥尖穿刺保温板,然后取下保温板在穿刺部位打孔,打孔后上胶安装,然后将套管连带给进管插入打孔,用棱柱扳手旋转给进管,给进管与胀杆外螺纹配合给进,使压片压在保温板上实施固定连接,固定后上上封堵即可实现密封,避免锈蚀,连接牢固,易于定位,连接牢固,安装给进快速,后期维护去除保温板,活动部分拆卸容易,而且可以再次用于新保温板安装,无需换连接件。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置设有胀管1、胀杆2、给进管3和压片4,胀管侧壁周向分布有2至4个纵向的开窗5,开窗内设有倒齿6,倒齿上端与开窗上端相连,倒齿下端探进胀管,胀杆下端插入到胀管内超过倒齿下端,胀杆与倒齿相对的位置设有可容倒齿进入的竖向槽7,胀杆上端为锥状,胀杆上端锥状面上周向等距分布有三个竖孔8,胀杆上端锥状头设有一套筒,套筒前端为与胀杆上端锥状头吻合的凹陷9,凹陷中心设有一轴孔16,防止碰撞胀杆尖端,套筒后端连接有杆,杆后端连接有击打头10,用于将胀杆顶进胀管而不会伤到锥部,然后用三爪扳手旋转胀杆,使其倒齿进入竖向槽并卡在其内,周向轴向均实现定位。胀杆位于胀管外部部分设有外螺纹11,给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔12,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与胀杆螺纹配合的内螺纹13,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管14,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台15,环形凸台套设在胀杆上,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管外端口设有封堵。

实施时,可在压片下面周向分布有尖锐突起,压入保温板,连接更牢固,防止转动。

1.一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于包括胀管、胀杆、给进管和压片,胀管侧壁周向分布有2至4个纵向的开窗,开窗内设有倒齿,倒齿上端与开窗上端相连,倒齿下端探进胀管,胀杆下端插入到胀管内超过倒齿下端,胀杆与倒齿相对的位置设有可容倒齿进入的竖向槽,胀杆上端为锥状,胀杆位于胀管外部部分设有外螺纹,给进管为中空管,上端设有棱柱孔,给进管内棱柱孔下部设有与胀杆螺纹配合的内螺纹,压片为环形片,压片环形内缘下部连接有与其同轴的套管,套管下端连接有向内的环形凸台,环形凸台套设在胀杆上,给进管置于套管内,给进管下端压在环形凸台上,套管外端口设有封堵,所述压片下面周向分布有尖锐突起,所述胀杆上端锥状面上周向等距分布有三个竖孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外顶式保温板固定连接装置,其特征在于所述胀杆上端锥状头设有一套筒,套筒前端为与胀杆上端锥状头吻合的凹陷,套筒后端连接有杆,杆后端连接有击打头。
