Abstract
本发明公开了一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:FexNi1‑x粉体100份,丙烯酸树脂18‑30份,羧甲基纤维素2‑5份,聚苯胺树脂5‑10份,分散剂0.2‑1份。本发明得到的电磁屏蔽涂布纸,其方阻为100mΩ/口,电磁屏蔽效能大于40db,达到中等屏蔽效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电磁屏蔽技术领域,尤其涉及一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸。
背景技术
我们知道,人类一直生活在电磁环境里。电视、微波炉、电脑等已走进千家万户,而由它们产生的极化和磁化也正在包围我们.磁化是电磁辐射的伴生物,它会将人体内的微量元素磁化,血液中的铁元素被磁化后会导致白血病,长期的磁化还会造成胎儿畸形等危害。目前,国内外的电磁屏蔽材料主要采用金属材料(如钢和铜)、透纱棉(棉纱中加入金属丝等,军用屏蔽室往往需要用厚达3cm以上的钢板制造,才有可能达到屏蔽效果,因而民用前景极不理想。
用导电纤维和木浆混合制成导电纸,可以做为敏感集成电路的屏蔽包装,其屏蔽效能一般在30-40dB。有人提出把碳纤维纸贴在玻璃钢表面或塑料表面,用它做成具有电磁屏蔽功能的罩壳,也许更省材料,更能保持罩壳原有机械性能。还可以将导电金属作为功能性填料,采用涂布工艺涂于纸页的表面,使纸页具有电磁屏蔽的功能。
纸张涂布的主要目的是使涂层最大程度地覆盖原纸表面纤维,赋予纸张较好的表面性能、印刷性能及特殊功能。随着近年来涂布纸不断的发展和更新,涂布纸不但可以作为高档印刷纸应用,还可以作为特殊纸种应用在生活或生产中的某些特定方面,例如导电、防腐、屏蔽等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,能够使得涂层致密均匀,成膜性好,填料和胶黏剂均有一定渗透,且导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能达到平衡。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:
FexNi1-x粉体 100份
丙烯酸树脂 18-30份
羧甲基纤维素 2-5份
聚苯胺树脂 5-10
分散剂 0.2-1份。
X为0.2或0.5
本发明的所述电磁屏蔽涂布纸的制备方法包括:
(1)按照比例将FexNi1-x粉体、丙烯酸树脂、羧甲基纤维素、聚苯胺树脂和分散剂混合制成固含量为40-55%的导电涂料;
(2)采用50-60g/m2、干燥温度60-70℃、干燥时间2-10min的涂布和干燥工艺制备电磁屏蔽涂布纸。
本发明得到的电磁屏蔽涂布纸,其方阻为100mΩ/口,电磁屏蔽效能大于40db,达到中等屏蔽效果。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:
FexNi1-x粉体 100份
丙烯酸树脂 18份
羧甲基纤维素 2份
聚苯胺树脂 5
分散剂 0.2份。

一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:
FexNi1-x粉体 100份
丙烯酸树脂 30份
羧甲基纤维素 5份
聚苯胺树脂 10
分散剂 1份。
实施例3
一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:
FexNi1-x粉体 100份
丙烯酸树脂 25份
羧甲基纤维素 3份
聚苯胺树脂 8
分散剂 0.5份。
实施例1-3得到的电磁屏蔽涂布纸,其方阻为100mΩ/口,电磁屏蔽效能大于40db,达到中等屏蔽效果。且涂层致密均匀,成膜性好,填料和胶黏剂均有一定渗透,且导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能达到平衡。

1.一种电磁屏蔽涂布纸,纸张和涂布于纸张上的涂层,所述涂层按重量份包括:
FexNi1-x粉体 100份
丙烯酸树脂 18-30份
羧甲基纤维素 2-5份
聚苯胺树脂 5-10
分散剂 0.2-1份,其中,
X为0.2或0.5。
2.如权利要求1所述电磁屏蔽涂布纸的制备方法,包括:
(1)按照比例将FexNi1-x粉体、丙烯酸树脂、羧甲基纤维素、聚苯胺树脂和分散剂混合制成固含量为40-55%的导电涂料;
(2)采用50-60g/m2、干燥温度60-70℃、干燥时间2-10min的涂布和干燥工艺制备电磁屏蔽涂布纸。
