Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于服装图案打印的环保型油墨,所述油墨由如下组分组成:复合聚合物树脂30~40份,颜料10~20份,聚硅氧烷6~12份,固化剂3~8份,分散剂2~6份,附着力促进剂1~5份,混合溶剂25~45份;本发明油墨采用的使用醇、水作溶剂低毒环保,不含苯、酮类溶剂,其它原料也是对人体和环境无毒或者低毒的成分;另外本发明使用复合聚合物树脂,对比现有技术的单组分树脂具有更好的打印适应性及效果,另外,本发明技术方案作为一个整体,各组分相互协同配合,使得制备的油墨具有优良的耐磨、耐水、耐化学腐蚀以及良好的附着力、稳定性,其快速的干燥能力能够避免油墨透印。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工领域,特别是涉及一种在成品服装上进行图案打印的环保型油墨。
背景技术
为了使服装在外观上提升产品的档次,使其更为醒目和美观,以便得到消费者的青睐和认可,达到扩大产品销售的目的,成品服装加工业在服装表面设置了图案。目前,在服装表面设置图案包括以下步骤:1、成品服装加工业提供AI档资料和纸版给厂商;2、厂商建立底稿;3、成品服装加工业确认签核底稿;4、厂商制作基本码的网板;5、成品服装加工业确认签核基本码的网板;6、厂商建立全码的底稿;7、成品服装加工业确认签核全码的底稿;8、厂商制作全码的网板;9、设定位置区域;10、网板打位置;11.刷胶/刮汽油水;12、材料配双;13、材料放置定位;14、核套网版;15、清洗材料;16、印刷;17、材料干燥;18、收拾整理材料;19、清洗网板工具;20、服装表面设置图案完毕。上述在成品服装上设置图案的步骤多,工序复杂,加工成本高,印刷的图案其效果不理想。由于在成品服装上设置图案的服装价格较高,一般消费者很难接受,所以,限制了成品服装加工业的发展。因此,人们迫切希望一种在成品服装上立体打印图案的方法问世。
然而,在服装上打印图案对打印油墨的要求也越来越高,传统的耐蒸煮油墨采用聚氨酯、氯醋树脂和氯化聚丙烯等作为连接料,采用毒性较大的丁酮、二甲苯等作为溶剂,严重污染环境,同时对印刷工人的健康造成危害。在环境保护方面,目前最为迫切的是环保型高温耐蒸煮油墨的制备及使用。为了解决传统耐蒸煮油墨的污染问题,水性油墨应运而生。但由于水性油墨在塑料基材上难以润湿铺展,干燥速度缓慢,性能上还不能完全达到打印油墨的使用标准。醇溶性油墨采用乙醇、异丙醇等低毒的醇类作为溶剂,能够解决传统油墨伤害健康和溶剂残留问题,同时又能改善油墨在塑料基材上的润湿铺展性能。但现有的环保型油墨的性能还有待提高,其稳定性,耐热、对人体无害等还有所欠缺,需要进一步去提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种用于服装图案打印的环境友好性高、耐摩擦、耐热、附着力好、干燥速度快、无挥发性有机溶剂释放的安全油墨。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下方案实现的:
一种用于服装图案打印的环保型油墨,所述油墨由如下组分组成:复合聚合物树脂30~40份,颜料10~20份,聚硅氧烷6~12份,固化剂3~8份,分散剂2~6份,附着力促进剂1~5份,混合溶剂25~45份;
其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.2~0.4:0.5~0.8组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.2~0.5组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前4-7分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。
其中,所述的颜料包括黄、红、蓝和黑色颜料,其中,黄色颜料为颜料黄12,颜料黄13,颜料黄17的一种或其混合物;红色颜料为洋红4B、洋红6B、洋红8B的一种或其混合物;蓝色颜料为酞菁蓝BGS,酞菁蓝B的一种或其混合物;其黑色颜料为色素炭黑。
所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.5~0.7组成。
所述附着力促进剂为氯醋树脂。
所述分散剂为非离子类型分散剂,活性成分为95%,pH为7.0-8.0,不含烷基酚乙氧基化物、溶剂和卤化物。
所述环保型油墨的粘度为3.5-6.9CP/25℃,导电率为600-1800μS,表面张力为34-38dyn/cm,20℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明油墨的优点首先在于它的环保性,采用的使用醇、水作溶剂低毒环保,不含苯、酮类溶剂,其它原料也是对人体和环境无毒或者低毒的成分;另外本发明使用复合聚合物树脂,对比现有技术的但组分树脂具有更好的打印适应性及效果,另外,本发明技术方案作为一个整体,各组分相互协同配合,使得制备的油墨具有优良的耐磨、耐水、耐化学腐蚀以及良好的的附着力,其快速的干燥能力能够避免油墨透印,聚硅氧烷的加入提高了油墨的韧性,维持了油墨的稳定性。

其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.2:0.5组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.2组成;所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.5组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前4分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。

其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.4:0.8组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.5组成;所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.7组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前7分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。

其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.3:0.6组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.3组成;所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.6组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前5分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。

其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.4:0.7组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.4组成;所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.6组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前6分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。

其中,所述复合聚合物树脂由有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚丁二烯树脂和环氧丙烯酸树脂按质量比:1:0.2~0.4:0.5~0.8组成;所述混合溶剂由无水乙醇和水按质量比:1:0.2~0.5组成;
所述环保型油墨的制备方法包括如下步骤:先将分散剂和混合溶剂混合均匀,搅拌状态下加入复合聚合物树脂混合均匀后,倒入砂磨容器中;然后将颜料和聚硅氧烷分别加入砂磨容器中,经预分散后,将转速提高到2500转/分钟,砂磨分散50分钟,在砂磨分散完成前4-7分钟加入附着力促进剂;分散完成后加入固化剂,搅拌均匀后,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油墨,其特征在于,所述的颜料包括黄、红、蓝和黑色颜料,其中,黄色颜料为颜料黄12,颜料黄13,颜料黄17的一种或其混合物;红色颜料为洋红4B、洋红6B、洋红8B的一种或其混合物;蓝色颜料为酞菁蓝BGS,酞菁蓝B的一种或其混合物;其黑色颜料为色素炭黑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油墨,其特征在于,所述固化剂由聚乙烯醇和二乙烯三胺按重量比1:0.5~0.7组成。

6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油墨,其特征在于,所述环保型油墨的粘度为3.5-6.9CP/25℃,导电率为600-1800μS,表面张力为34-38dyn/cm,20℃。
