本发明涉及法兰技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温平焊法兰。
背景技术
法兰是一种连接工具,法兰连接是指由法兰、垫片及螺栓三者相互连接作为一组组合密封结构的可拆连接。法兰分螺纹连接(丝扣连接)法兰、焊接法兰和卡夹法兰。法兰连接因其连接密封性好、结构稳固、强度高、使用方便、成本低等优点,被广泛应用于建筑行业、城市供水、锅炉压力容器、石油行业、供气、化工行业、食品业、消防、制药行业、电站、水利、暖通等行业。平焊法兰是法兰中的一种,现有的平焊法兰还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温平焊法兰,结构简单,垫片满足高温环境的要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温平焊法兰,包括:由不锈钢制成的第一法兰盘和由不锈钢制成的第二法兰盘,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘的圆周上均设置有多个对应的螺栓孔,所述第一法兰盘上设置有定位槽,所述第二法兰盘上设置有定位块,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘之间设置有密封垫片,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:氧化锌1~3份、双酚S二缩水甘油醚2~5份、硅橡胶65~70份、乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物3~6份、溴代十五烷基吡啶2~4份、氧-对亚苯基-氧-羰-对亚苯基2~5份、环糊精1~3份、苯基-α-萘胺1~3份、石棉绒2~6份、双酚A型PSF2~5份、聚合硫酸铁1~3份、粒径为12~13微米的氮碳化钛颗粒2~5份和1:1型十二烷酸单异丙醇酰胺2~5份。
