本发明公开了一种耐高温承插焊法兰,包括:密封垫片,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙3~5份、聚四氟乙烯5~10份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯5~10份、氟橡胶70~75份、三氯三嗪三酮3~6份、甲基丙烯酸锌3~5份、过硫酸钾1~3份、TiAlN粉末3~5份、过氧化二异丙苯5~8份、PVAL纤维3~5份、二硫化苯并噻唑2~4份、氢化蓖麻油2~4份和聚乙烯基咔唑3~5份。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,密封垫片具有较好的耐高温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及法兰技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温承插焊法兰。
背景技术
法兰是一种连接工具,法兰连接是指由法兰、垫片及螺栓三者相互连接作为一组组合密封结构的可拆连接。法兰分螺纹连接(丝扣连接)法兰、焊接法兰和卡夹法兰。法兰连接因其连接密封性好、结构稳固、强度高、使用方便、成本低等优点,被广泛应用于建筑行业、城市供水、锅炉压力容器、石油行业、供气、化工行业、食品业、消防、制药行业、电站、水利、暖通等行业。承插焊法兰是法兰中的一种,现有的承插焊法兰还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温承插焊法兰,结构简单,密封垫片具有较好的耐高温性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温承插焊法兰,包括:由不锈钢制成的第一法兰盘和由不锈钢制成的第二法兰盘,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘的圆周上均设置有多个对应的螺栓孔,所述第一法兰盘上设置有定位槽,所述第二法兰盘上设置有定位块,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘之间设置有密封垫片,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙3~5份、聚四氟乙烯5~10份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯5~10份、氟橡胶70~75份、三氯三嗪三酮3~6份、甲基丙烯酸锌3~5份、过硫酸钾1~3份、TiAlN粉末3~5份、过氧化二异丙苯5~8份、PVAL纤维3~5份、二硫化苯并噻唑2~4份、氢化蓖麻油2~4份和聚乙烯基咔唑3~5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙3份、聚四氟乙烯5份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯5份、氟橡胶70份、三氯三嗪三酮3份、甲基丙烯酸锌3份、过硫酸钾1份、TiAlN粉末3份、过氧化二异丙苯5份、PVAL纤维3份、二硫化苯并噻唑2份、氢化蓖麻油2份和聚乙烯基咔唑3份。

实施例二:
所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙4份、聚四氟乙烯8份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯8份、氟橡胶73份、三氯三嗪三酮5份、甲基丙烯酸锌4份、过硫酸钾2份、TiAlN粉末4份、过氧化二异丙苯6份、PVAL纤维4份、二硫化苯并噻唑3份、氢化蓖麻油3份和聚乙烯基咔唑4份。

1.一种耐高温承插焊法兰,其特征在于,包括:由不锈钢制成的第一法兰盘和由不锈钢制成的第二法兰盘,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘的圆周上均设置有多个对应的螺栓孔,所述第一法兰盘上设置有定位槽,所述第二法兰盘上设置有定位块,所述第一法兰盘和第二法兰盘之间设置有密封垫片,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙3~5份、聚四氟乙烯5~10份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯5~10份、氟橡胶70~75份、三氯三嗪三酮3~6份、甲基丙烯酸锌3~5份、过硫酸钾1~3份、TiAlN粉末3~5份、过氧化二异丙苯5~8份、PVAL纤维3~5份、二硫化苯并噻唑2~4份、氢化蓖麻油2~4份和聚乙烯基咔唑3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温承插焊法兰,其特征在于,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙3份、聚四氟乙烯5份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯5份、氟橡胶70份、三氯三嗪三酮3份、甲基丙烯酸锌3份、过硫酸钾1份、TiAlN粉末3份、过氧化二异丙苯5份、PVAL纤维3份、二硫化苯并噻唑2份、氢化蓖麻油2份和聚乙烯基咔唑3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温承插焊法兰,其特征在于,所述密封垫片包括下列重量份的组份:轻质碳酸钙4份、聚四氟乙烯8份、羟基螺环原碳酸酯8份、氟橡胶73份、三氯三嗪三酮5份、甲基丙烯酸锌4份、过硫酸钾2份、TiAlN粉末4份、过氧化二异丙苯6份、PVAL纤维4份、二硫化苯并噻唑3份、氢化蓖麻油3份和聚乙烯基咔唑4份。
