本发明公开了一种水泥大理石工艺品及制作方法,它涉及一种工艺品。由以下重量配比的组分组成:水泥100份、高效减水剂0.1‑0.5份、20‑80#砂子0‑100份、纤维丝0.5‑3份、丙烯酸酯柔韧剂1‑5份、快干剂0.15‑0.5份、消泡剂0.01‑0.5份、水15‑40份、氧化铁颜料0.01‑0.5份。本发明制作工艺简单、成本低、节能、环保、可降解、强度高、表面不起灰、器形多样、表面光亮、纹理丰富的水泥大理石工艺品。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种工艺品,具体涉及一种水泥大理石工艺品及制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上有树脂添加色膏和填充料制作出的树脂大理石工艺品,其缺点是:树脂大理石成本高、不环保、不节能、质感差、不降解;水泥工艺品使用水泥加砂制作出的水泥工艺品,其缺点是:脱模时间久、硬度不高、没有柔韧性、保养时间长、颜色单调、表面粗造、易起灰。
综上所述,本发明设计了一种水泥大理石工艺品及制作方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种水泥大理石工艺品及制作方法,制作工艺简单,成本低、节能、环保、可降解、强度高、表面不会起灰、器形多样、表面光亮、纹理丰富的水泥大理石工艺品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:硫铝水泥100份、高效减水剂0.1-0.5份、20-80#砂子0-100份、纤维丝0.5-3份、丙烯酸酯柔韧剂1-5份、快干剂碳酸铝0.15-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.5份、氧化铁颜料0.01-0.5份、水15-40份。
作为优选,所述的水泥采用硫铝水泥,所述的快干剂采用碳酸铝。
作为优选,所述的水泥采用硅酸盐水泥,所述的快干剂采用甲酸钙。
水泥大理石工艺品的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:将上述重量配比的各组分经过搅拌后再微拌成条纹(大理石纹理)后缓慢注入器形各异的硅胶模具中,经抽真空静止10-30分钟硬化后脱模,静止完全干后浸泡入水泥渗透密封固化剂4小时以上,干后用600目砂布机打磨光滑,再喷涂上光剂,表面有结晶后放布轮抛光机上光,即可制成色泽光亮丰富、强度高、成本低、环保的水泥大理石工艺品。
本发明使用高效减水剂增加其流动性,便于往硅胶模具中注入;使用氧化铁颜色微拌成条纹制成大理石纹理;使用水渗透固化剂浸泡4小时以上,以增加其强度;使用水泥上光剂上光,经抛光后表面光亮;使用硅胶软模具,制出器形各异的大理石工艺品。
本发明的有益效果:1.水泥工艺品凝固时间为60-240分钟,本发明在水泥中添加碳酸铝(硅酸盐水泥用早酸钙)等外加剂后使固化时间缩短至10-30分钟;
2.水泥工艺品韧性不好、比较脆,本发明使用纤维丝、丙烯酸酯柔韧剂增加其柔韧性、牢固性;
3.水泥工艺品表面色泽单调,表面上色易脱落,本发明通过添加氧化铁彩色颜料,通过手法微拌成大理石纹理,注入产品内,制成颜色自然、色泽丰富亮丽的大理石工艺品;
4.水泥工艺品表面易起灰而且硬度不高,本发明通过浸泡水泥渗透密封固化剂4小时以上,产品表面强度会增加2-3倍且不起灰;
5.水泥工艺品表面粗糙不光滑,本发明通过喷涂水泥亮光剂,表面结晶后再用600#抛光轮抛光,表面光亮如镜,形同天然大理石;
6.树脂大理石和天然大理石工艺品,成本高,此发明用价格低廉的水泥加砂子生产大理石工艺品,大大降低了成本、价格低、节能、环保;
7.天然大理石工艺品器形单调,本发明使用硅胶软模,可以制成器形多样的水泥大理石工艺品。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:水泥大理石工艺品,由以下重量配比的组分组成:水泥100份、高效减水剂0.1-0.5份、20-80#砂子0-100份、纤维丝0.5-3份、丙烯酸酯柔韧剂1-5份、快干剂0.15-0.5份、消泡剂0.01-0.5份、水15-40份、氧化铁颜料0.01-0.5份。
值得注意的是,所述的水泥采用硫铝水泥,所述的快干剂采用碳酸铝。
值得注意的是,所述的水泥采用硅酸盐水泥、快干剂采用甲酸钙。

本具体实施方式使用高效减水剂时,水泥浆体流动度均随减水剂掺量的增加而增大;使水泥浆体流动度有很大提高,随着高效减水剂掺量的增加和水化时间的延长,水泥浆体对高效减水剂的吸附量也增加,改善了水泥塑化浆体流动性、凝结时间。
本具体实施方式采用丙烯酸酯乳液柔韧剂。与水泥相容性好,其涂膜具有良好的伸长性、回弹性、耐水性和良好的低温柔韧性,并有耐碱性、附着力和封闭性能也很好。能有效改善水泥的脆性,增加水泥的柔韧性和防水性。
本具体实施方式制作工艺简单,成本低、节能、环保、可降解、强度高、表面不会起灰、器形多样、表面光亮的水泥大理石工艺品。
