本发明涉及到化工领域，具体涉及一种自动防爆丙烯酸储罐。丙烯酸储罐上设有温度计和压力阀，丙烯酸储罐的顶部安装有高压水输入，丙烯酸储罐的一侧依次设置有PTZ储罐、氮气储罐和高压空气储罐，所述氮气储罐与PTZ储罐经管道连接，管道上安装有控制阀，所述PTZ储罐经管道连接丙烯酸储罐，所述空气储罐经管道连接控制阀的执行元件，该管道上连接有阀门。

技术领域
本发明涉及到化工领域，具体涉及一种自动防爆丙烯酸储罐。
背景技术
现有的化工企业产出的化学产品通常都已储罐的方式储存。化学品在储罐中存放后，随着时间和环境的变化，储罐中的压力和温度会发生变化，容易发生爆炸，造成安全事故。
发明内容
为解决储罐的爆炸风险问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种自动防爆丙烯酸储罐。
本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种自动防爆控丙烯酸储罐，包括丙烯酸储罐，丙烯酸储罐上设有温度计和压力阀，丙烯酸储罐的顶部安装有高压水输入，丙烯酸储罐的一侧依次设置有PTZ储罐、氮气储罐和高压空气储罐，所述氮气储罐与PTZ储罐经管道连接，管道上安装有控制阀，所述PTZ储罐经管道连接丙烯酸储罐，所述空气储罐经管道连接控制阀的执行元件，该管道上连接有阀门。
采取以上技术方案后，本发明的有益效果为：
当储罐的温度或压力达到监控的预警值时，打开压缩空气储罐的阀门，压缩空气进入控制阀，并推动控制阀的执行元件，打开控制阀，氮气储罐内的氮气经控制阀进入到PTZ储罐，并将PTZ送入到丙烯酸储罐中，同时丙烯酸储罐顶部的高压水输入，PTZ与丙烯酸发生反应，防止其爆炸；高压水的输入既能促进反应，同时对储罐降温。

如图所示，一种自动防爆控丙烯酸储罐，包括丙烯酸储罐5，丙烯酸储罐5上设有温度计7和压力阀8，丙烯酸储罐5的顶部安装有高压水输入6，丙烯酸储罐5的一侧依次设置有PTZ储罐5、氮气储罐4和高压空气储罐2，所述氮气储罐4与PTZ储罐4经管道连接，管道上安装有控制阀4，所述PTZ储罐4经管道连接丙烯酸储罐5，所述空气储罐1经管道连接控制阀3的执行元件，该管道上连接有阀门9。

1.一种自动防爆控丙烯酸储罐，其特征在于，包括丙烯酸储罐，丙烯酸储罐上设有温度计和压力阀，丙烯酸储罐的顶部安装有高压水输入，丙烯酸储罐的一侧依次设置有PTZ储罐、氮气储罐和高压空气储罐，所述氮气储罐与PTZ储罐经管道连接，管道上安装有控制阀，所述PTZ储罐经管道连接丙烯酸储罐，所述空气储罐经管道连接控制阀的执行元件，该管道上连接有阀门。
