包装瓶,包括瓶体、瓶口和瓶盖,所述瓶体上开有瓶口,所述瓶口上设有瓶盖,所述瓶体上对称设有两个贯穿瓶体的正面和背面的长通孔。本包装瓶的有益效果是:具有三个手持部,使用者可以根据瓶内液体含量选择便于倾倒的手持部位;瓶体两侧壁上的凸起部增强了持握的防滑效果;瓶口倾斜设置及瓶口内设置的凸条有利于消除泡沫;瓶盖表面的设计也更加便于打开和拧紧;整个包装瓶的设计符合人体力学,使用过程方便,有利于控制瓶内液体倾倒的分量,也更加经济实用。

技术领域
本发明属于产品包装技术领域,具体涉及一种用于日化产品包装的包装瓶。
背景技术
日常用品中,经常需要用到包装瓶,尤其是日化行业,如洗涤剂、清洁剂等液体包装瓶的瓶体上大都在侧面或者瓶体上部设有一个提手,在瓶体顶部开有朝上的瓶口,瓶口垂直地面设置,当倒出液体时需要用较大的手持力和倾倒力度,而且很容易倒出的液体过量造成洗涤剂的浪费;提手表面光滑,手部湿润或者被洗涤剂接触后提手部位很容易造成手滑。另外瓶口为通孔状,瓶口内壁光滑,液体流出瓶口过程很容易产生泡沫,影响液体分量的观察和控制。
洗手液、洗洁精等洗涤剂大都是碱性,也有部分为酸性,因此要求包装瓶必须具有抗酸碱腐蚀的能力。而目前的包装瓶大都采用聚丙烯PP材料或聚氯乙烯PVC材料制成,PP材料在使用中易受光、热和氧的作用而老化,静电度高,着色性不好;PVC虽然价格便宜但PVC微毒,是其防晒耐腐蚀性程度有限,而且产品的可辨别度不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前包装瓶倾倒液体需要较大力度,容易手滑,液体易产生泡沫等问题,提供一种包装瓶。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
包装瓶,包括瓶体、瓶口和瓶盖,所述瓶体上开有瓶口,所述瓶口上设有瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶体上对称设有两个贯穿瓶体的正面、背面的长通孔。该设计使得本体被分隔成三部分,瓶体上形成三个可供手持的部位,容易根据瓶内液体的分量选择最佳手持部位,避免液体倒出过量。
进一步,所述瓶口与右侧壁之间的夹角为0-90度,最佳为倾斜设置,且夹角为45-60度。瓶口倾斜设置用于去除瓶内液体倾倒时产生的的大泡沫。
进一步,所述瓶口内壁上设有均匀排列的凸条。该凸条用于消除流到瓶口的小泡沫。
更进一步,所述凸条为锯齿状,下部凸起齿宽度大于上部凸起齿宽度。该设置尽可能的消除了小泡沫中相对较大的部分。
进一步,所述瓶盖表面设有环状排列的凸起颗粒,增大了瓶盖与手部的摩擦力,有利于打开或拧紧瓶盖。
进一步,所述长通孔位于瓶体中部,长通孔的上下两端对称。设于中部对称一是为了使得手持两通孔之间部位,来倾倒液体时受力更加均衡,二也是为了美观。
进一步,所述长通孔的一边向瓶体中部弯曲。弯曲设置是为了更贴合人手掌与手指的持握,提高手部抓持的舒适感。
更进一步,该弯曲的边形成的弧为劣弧,劣弧圆心角的角度为30~60度。
进一步,所述瓶体左侧壁与右侧壁上分别设有若干个均匀设置的凸起部。当手部握住任意一个通孔与该侧的本体侧壁时,
更进一步,所述凸起部为圆球状或半球状或曲面。圆球状表面光滑,不像方形或其他形状一样有凸棱,能增大手持手部的摩擦力的同时,又不会产生让人觉得扎手的不适感。
进一步,包装瓶的原料包含的组分及重量份如下:
聚乙烯40~60份,
聚丙烯10~20份,
硫酸钡2-5份
炭黑1~5份,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5~15份,
聚苯乙烯3~10份,
亚磷酸三苯酯2~5份,
亚磷酸二苯辛酯0.1~1份
抗氧剂1010 0.1~2份;
玻璃纤维5~15份。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:1本包装瓶具有三个手持部,具体为本体经两长通孔分隔形成的两侧部分及中间部分,使用者可以根据瓶内液体含量选择便于倾倒的手持部位;2瓶体两侧壁上的凸起部增强了持握的防滑效果;3瓶口倾斜设置及瓶口内设置的凸条有利于消除泡沫;4瓶盖表面的设计也更加便于打开和拧紧;5整个包装瓶的设计符合人体力学,使用过程方便,有利于控制瓶内液体倾倒的分量,也更加经济实用;6本包装瓶具有很好的耐腐蚀射性、耐疲劳性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
实施例1
如图1和2所示,包装瓶,包括瓶体和设于瓶体上的瓶口2,瓶口上设有瓶盖3,瓶体上对称设有两个贯穿瓶体正面、背面的长通孔4,长通孔的设置是为了符合人手部的多个手指并排伸入。本包装瓶瓶体被长圆孔分隔为三个手持部,即图中右侧手持部1A、中间手持部1B和左侧手持部1C。
作为一个优选方式,瓶口与右侧壁之间的夹角为0-90度,也就是瓶口可以直接设置在右侧壁顶部或者与右侧壁之间的夹角α呈90度之间的范围。但为了使瓶口倾斜具备消除大泡沫的作用,夹角α不包括0度或者90度,其最佳设置为瓶口与右侧壁之间的夹角为40-60度,利于消除洗涤剂倾倒晃动过程产生的大泡沫。瓶口下部与瓶体之间连接处通过圆弧状翻边12过渡,避免两者连接部为线性连接,使用过程中减少死角的产生,避免污垢积聚。
如图2和图3所示,作为一个优选方式,瓶口内壁上设有均匀排列的凸条9,形状可以为锯齿状,凸条上的锯齿的高度为由上至下依次加宽,即下部的锯齿91宽度大于上部的锯齿92宽度。
凸条上端部与瓶口顶部21之间留有一定距离。该距离的高度H2小于或等于瓶口高度H1的1/3。留有一定距离是为了避免人手指接触瓶口时与凸条造成摩擦,划伤手指等。
如图1所示,作为一个优选方式,瓶盖的表面设有凸起颗粒10。凸起颗粒的排列为沿着圆形瓶盖的外周做环状排列。传统瓶盖的表面为竖细条,手指按压的着力点分散,其摩擦力较小,而凸起颗粒之间的间隙大于竖直的细条之间的空隙,
如图1所示,作为一个优选方式,长通孔位于瓶体中部,长通孔的上下两端对称。长通孔的一边41向瓶体中部弯曲;弯曲弧度为劣弧;劣弧圆心角的角度选择30~60度。
如图1和图2所示,作为一个优选方式,瓶体左侧壁7与右侧壁8上分别设有若干个均匀设置的凸起部11,凸起部的形状为圆球状或半球状。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,包装瓶采用聚乙烯为主要原料,其包含的组分与重量份如下:
聚乙烯40~60份,
聚丙烯10~20份,
硫酸钡2-5份
炭黑1~5份,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5~15份,
聚苯乙烯3~10份,
亚磷酸三苯酯2~5份,
亚磷酸二苯辛酯0.1~1份
抗氧剂1010 0.1~2份;
玻璃纤维5~15份。
本实施例的组分抗腐蚀性更强,而且绝缘性、耐热性、机械强度都比传统的pvc包装瓶更优良。符合国标GBn84-80卫生标准,符合ISO、ASTM、GB、HB、YY等标准对900余种化工品进行物理性质、力学性质、适用性测试。
实施例3~6如下表。
实施例7
与实施例2-6不同的是,本实施例中还包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和相容剂。提高包装瓶的耐温性及耐疲劳性。相容剂可以采用南京塑泰的ST-1、ST-6都可以,或者南通日之升高分子新材料科技有限公司生产的PE接枝马来酸酐、POE接枝马来酸酐。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET的分量范围为1~10份,相容剂1-3%。
实施例8
与实施例7不同的,所示瓶盖的组分中还包含以下几种:透光片或者透光颗粒。传统洗涤剂类包装瓶大都颜色单一,大量放一起并不能提高显著性。因此本方案在瓶盖上增加透光片等,提高瓶盖的视觉上的醒目性,给消费者全新的体验。
实施例9
与实施例2~8不同的是,本方案的瓶体中还加入了着色剂。着色剂可以选用钛白粉(二氧化钛)、锌粉(氧化锌)、C.I.颜料黄192、C.I.颜料橙68、C.I.颜料蓝15:3、C.I.颜料绿7。其中C.I.颜料黄192为不含金属的鲜艳红光黄色杂环颜料的一种或者两种,也可以为Macrolex系列染料(By),品种有MacrolexYellow 6G、Yellow G、Yellow R、Violet B、Green5B、Orange GG、Red GS、Red 5B等。能提高瓶体的视觉辨识度的同时,也提高包装瓶的耐热性。
其中,最佳着色剂选用C.I.颜料黄192、C.I.颜料橙68、C.I.颜料蓝15:3、C.I.颜料绿7中的任意一种或多种,加上钛白粉、硫化锌中的一种或两种,使得包装瓶具有优异的耐光和耐热性能。
以上为本发明的优选实施方式,并不限定本发明的保护范围,对于本领域技术人员根据本发明的设计思路做出的变形及改进,都应当视为本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.包装瓶,包括瓶体、瓶口和瓶盖,所述瓶体上开有瓶口,所述瓶口上设有瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶体上对称设有两个贯穿瓶体的正面、背面的长通孔;所述瓶口的内壁上设有均匀排列的凸条;所述瓶口与右侧壁之间的夹角为45-60度,所述凸条为锯齿状,下部凸起齿宽度大于上部凸起齿宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,瓶盖的表面设有环状排列的凸起颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,所述长通孔的一边向瓶体中部弯曲。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,该弯曲的边形成的弧为劣弧,劣弧圆心角的角度为30-60度。
5.根据权利要求1或3或4所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶体的左侧壁与右侧壁上分别设有若干个均匀设置的凸起部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,所述凸起部为圆球状或半球状或曲面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包装瓶,其特征在于,所示包装瓶的原料包含的组分及重量份如下:
聚乙烯40-60份,
聚丙烯10-20份,
硫酸钡2-5份
炭黑1-5份,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 5-15份,
聚苯乙烯 3-10份,
亚磷酸三苯酯2-5份,
亚磷酸二苯辛酯0.1-1份,
