Abstract

一种空调机组回风滤网安装结构，其特征在于：在空调机组底部的回风口处设一安装框，安装框短边一边连接一倒着的U形卡槽，短边另一边开有螺栓安装孔，回风滤网一边装在U形卡槽里，另一边通过螺栓与安装框固定连接。本发明空调机组回风滤网安装于空调机组下部电动回风门下，将车辆内顶检查门打开后，拆除螺栓，即可将回风滤网拆下，不需要登顶作业。此结构可适用范围于多种滤网材质。满足车内检修的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于城市轨道交通领域，具体属于一种客室空调机组的回风过滤网安装结构。
背景技术
原有技术中，客室空调机组的回风过滤网安装于空调机组内部蒸发器前，通过卡接结构，滤网清洗检修时，需要检修人员上车顶，打开机组盖板后，从蒸发器前取出回风滤网(如图1)。为了便于回风滤网的检修，解决空调机组滤网检修需要登车顶的问题，设计一种新型的回风滤网安装结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的便于检修维护的回风滤网安装结构。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种空调机组回风滤网安装结构，其特征在于：在空调机组底部的回风口处设一安装框，安装框短边一边连接一倒着的U形卡槽，短边另一边开有螺栓安装孔，回风滤网一边装在U形卡槽里，另一边通过螺栓与安装框固定连接。
本发明空调机组回风滤网安装于空调机组下部电动回风门下，将车辆内顶检查门打开后，拆除螺栓，即可将回风滤网拆下，不需要登顶作业。此结构可适用范围于多种滤网材质。满足车内检修的需要。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2，在空调机组底部的回风口处设一安装框1，安装框短边一边连接一倒着的U形卡槽2，短边另一边开有螺栓安装孔3，尼龙回风滤网4一边装在U形卡槽里，另一边通过螺栓5与安装框固定连接。将车辆内顶检查门6打开后，拆除螺栓，即可将尼龙回风滤网拆下。此结构可适用范围于多种滤网材质，满足车内检修的需要。

1.一种空调机组回风滤网安装结构，其特征在于：在空调机组底部的回风口处设一安装框，安装框短边一边连接一倒着的U形卡槽，短边另一边开有螺栓安装孔，回风滤网一边装在U形卡槽里，另一边通过螺栓与安装框固定连接。
