永磁活动定位卡扣
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种机动车安全带等多领域用途的安全带用活动定位卡扣,尤其涉及一种利用具有永磁N/S极可随意活动且任意控制调整定位的卡扣,构成机动车永磁吸合可活动随意定位的卡扣安全装置,(简称“永磁活动定位卡扣”)。
背景技术
基于机动车驾驶人员系安全带动态并及时回缩勒紧且有一定的回收力度的弊端,系上安全带会勒紧前胸、压迫胸肩部血管、影响驾驶人员呼吸;容易增加驾驶人员疲劳度;构成驾驶人员情不愿意系安全带。
发明内容
本发明在现有的安全带回缩一侧设计有可活动的定位卡扣,驾驶人员系好安全带,自我感觉松紧适度,此时可定位安全带的回缩距离;这时安全带起正常安全保险作用;当驾驶人员需要卸下安全带时可手动解开定位卡扣,安全带将正常回收带仓。
本发明所述一种永磁活动定位卡扣结构包括:定位凸齿一、U形卡槽一、可压合调整臂一、固定板、压板、可压合调整臂二、U形卡槽二、定位凸齿二、压板永磁N极、10.固定板永磁S极、定位凸齿三、U形卡槽三、可压合调整臂四、定位凸齿四、15. U形卡槽四、定位凸齿四安全带等组成。

本发明所述一种永磁活动定位卡扣结构包括:定位凸齿一、U形卡槽一、可压合调整臂一、固定板、压板、可压合调整臂二、U形卡槽二、定位凸齿二、压板永磁N极、10.固定板永磁S极、定位凸齿三、U形卡槽三、可压合调整臂四、定位凸齿四、15. U形卡槽四、定位凸齿四安全带等组成。
本发明所述一种由5.压板和4.固定板及9.压板永磁N极与10.固定板永磁S极等组成永磁活动定位卡扣结构。
压板内侧分别设置有可调整3.可压合调整臂一、6.可压合调整臂二、13.可压合调整臂三、14.可压合调整臂四形成可压合调整的力臂结构。
压板内侧设置有由永磁材质N/S组成的5.压板。
固定板分别设置有可调整的2.U形卡槽一(1.定位凸齿一)、7.U形卡槽二(8.定位凸齿二)、12.U形卡槽三(11.定位凸齿三)、15.U形卡槽四(16.定位凸齿四)。
固定板设置有由永磁材质N/S组成的5.压板。
17.安全带通过5.压板和4.固定板中间(内侧永磁N/S材质)吸合阻碍控制17.安全带的回缩;调整5.压板和4.固定板吸合从而调整17.安全带伸缩距离。

1.一种永磁活动定位卡扣,其特征在于:一种由5.压板和4.固定板及9.压板永磁N极与10.固定板永磁S极等组成永磁活动定位卡扣结构。
2.5.压板内侧分别设置有可调整3.可压合调整臂一、6.可压合调整臂二、13.可压合调整臂三、14.可压合调整臂四形成可压合调整的力臂结构;5.压板内侧设置有由永磁材质N/S组成的5.压板。
3.4.固定板分别设置有可调整的2.U形卡槽一(1.定位凸齿一)、7.U形卡槽二(8.定位凸齿二)、12.U形卡槽三(11.定位凸齿三)、15.U形卡槽四(16.定位凸齿四);4.固定板设置有由永磁材质N/S组成的5.压板。
4.17.安全带通过5.压板和4.固定板中间(内侧永磁N/S材质)吸合阻碍控制17.安全带的回缩;调整5.压板和4.固定板吸合从而调整17.安全带伸缩距离。
