技术领域
本发明涉及一种拖拉机,具体涉及一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,属于农业机械技术领域。
背景技术
传统拖拉机为柴油拖拉机,而纯电动拖拉机因拖拉机的载重对蓄电池动力输出的要求较高,因此研究油电混合拖拉机成为绿色农业动力机械发展的趋势,和当下配套农具、休闲农业市场的发展相辅相成。
混合动力拖拉机优于传统内燃机拖拉机和纯电动拖拉机,具有良好的动力性能和燃油经济性,且易于实现,具有良好的节能环保效果和实用价值。
开展新型混合动力拖拉机的研究,形成具有自主知识产权、适应我国国情的混合动力拖拉机新产品,不仅对于对增强我国企业的自主产权,缓解世界性的环境压力和能源危机有重大的意义,同时对于实现农业的可持续发展以及农业市场的发展壮大具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用发动机经分动器可以发电且可同时驱动后动力输出和双轮毂电机驱动车轮的新型混合动力拖拉机。
为了实现上述目标,本发明专利采用如下的技术方案:
一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,包括车体和设置在车体上的发电及动力分配系统、电驱动系统、储能系统和中央控制器;
所述发电及动力分配系统包括发电管理器、发动机、发电机、离合器、主动轴、从动轴、分动器和后动力输出;所述主动轴的一端通过离合器连接发动机,另一端连接发电机,并通过分动器联动从动轴,所述从动轴的末端连接后动力输出,所述发电管理器连接发电机;
所述储能系统包括电池组,和连接电池组的电源管理器;
所述电驱动系统包括电机管理器、轮毂电机、轮边减速器;所述电机管理器连接轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机联结轮边减速器驱动后轮;电机管理器通过轮毂电机实现车轮的驱动,及控制轮毂电机的转速实现车轮的缓速制动。
所述中央控制器分别连接发电管理器、电机管理器和电源管理器,用于管理和协调发电管理器、电机管理器和电源管理器,用于电能在发电机、电动机和电池组之间的传递。
上述离合器包括主离合器和副离合器,所述主离合器连接发动机和主动轴,所述副离合器连接发动机和分动器。

本发明专利的有益之处在于:
1、发动机和后动力输出采用机械连接,实现了动力的高效传输,分动器简化驱动系统。
2、轮毂电机实现无级调速,驱动轮的驱动力可实现分别独立控制,,可利用电机正反转实现前进和倒退。瞬时动力性能相较于传统机械驱动更为优越,可实现驱动轮不同的抓地力的分配,提高车辆行驶能力;多模式驱动能够根据路况调整,实现高效运作。
3、通过电子传感驾驶控制,使得控制时间短,响应快捷。
4、轮边减速器为两档两级减速,通过两个档位的切换使拖拉机无论在高速运输或是低速作业均能让轮毂电机工作在高效率区域,节省能源。制动方式更加灵活,可配合中央控制器和电源管理器实现制动能量回收。
5、发动机和驱动轮之间完全的机械解耦,可保证发动机一直工作在经济区域,降低燃油消耗量。同时可简化动力总成的控制和车身结构。
6、线驱动动力控制,本系统可利用电机管理器实现线驱动功能,使得系统的控制精度更高。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施对本发明作具体的介绍。一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,包括车体1和设置在车体1上的发电及动力分配系统、电驱动系统、储能系统和中央控制器15;
发电及动力分配系统包括发电管理器12、发动机2、发电机11、离合器、主动轴3、从动轴4、分动器7和后动力输出8;
储能系统包括电池组13,和连接电池组13的电源管理器14;
电驱动系统包括电机管理器17、轮毂电机16、轮边减速器18。
发动机2经过主离合器5与主动轴3的一端连接,主动轴3的另一端连接发电机11,并通过套设在主动轴3上的分动器7联动从动轴4;发动机2经副离合器6后连接分动器7。从动轴4的末端连接后动力输出8,后动力输出8联动旋耕机等农机具。
主离合器5起到离合主动轴3的作用,副离合器6通过离合分动器7起到离合从动轴4的作用。
分动器7设置为两档,包括一档后动力输出直齿轮9和二档后动力输出直齿轮10,为分别套设在主动轴3和从动轴4上的双联齿轮,用于换挡。
发动机2的动力经过副离合器6与分动器7中一档后动力输出直齿轮9传动时,旋耕机具为高速旋耕;发动机2的动力经过副离合器6与分动器7中二档后动力输出直齿轮10传动时,旋耕机具为低速旋耕。
发电机11与发电管理器12连接,发电管理器12通过中央控制器15分别与电源管理器14和电机管理器17连接,可分别或同时向电动机或锂离子电池组13供电。
后轮19设有轮边减速器18,轮边减速器18设置为二级二档,包括一档减速齿轮20、二档减速齿轮21和减速行星齿轮22。
轮边减速器18设置有轴,轴一端设有双联滑移齿轮,分别与电机轴上的两个固定齿轮匹配,形成一档减速齿轮20和二档减速齿轮21。轴的另一端为减速行星齿轮22。减速行星齿轮22的太阳轮与行星轮啮合,行星轮与齿圈23啮合,且齿圈23与后轮19联结,驱动后轮19运转。
轮毂电机16和轮边减速器18为两对,分别驱动后轮19。
轮毂电机16与电机管理器17连接,由电机管理器17控制轮毂电机16动作。且电机管理器17通过中央控制器15与发电管理器12和电源管理器14连接,可分别或同时接收发电机11或锂离子电池组13提供的电能。锂离子电池组13与电源管理器14连接,电源管理器14通过中央控制器15与发电管理器12和电机管理器17连接,中央控制器15根据电池的运行状态(例如控制SOC),实现电池充放电的管理及平衡电网电能的作用。
具体运行过程:当混合动力拖拉机不需要牵引农机具工作时,即后动力输出8不工作的时候,发动机2可以只通过主离合器5带动发电机11发电,发电机11进行能量转换,将发动机2的机械能转化为电能。在中央控制器15、发电管理器12、电机管理器17和电源管理器14的相互协调下,轮毂电机16接收电能转化为机械能从而驱动后轮19工作。
设定电池组13的SOC阈值,当发电机11的电能有剩余的时候,通过电池组13进行储能;当电池组13的SOC达到阈值上限的时候,在电源管理器14和中央控制的作用下,发动机2停止工作,仅由锂离子电池组13进行供电。
当混合动力拖拉机需要同时带动农机具工作时,即后动力输出8工作的时候,发动机2可通过主离合器5、副离合器6、及分动器7在带动发电机11发电的同时,带动农机具耕作。在中央控制器15、发电管理器12、电机管理器17和电源管理器14的相互协调下,轮毂电机16在驱动后轮19耕作的时候,后动力输出8同时带动农机具进行耕作,此时电池组13在系统中起到能量平衡的作用。
当后动力输出8工作,在输出功率不大的时候,发电机11可同时工作,因此在后动力输出8换挡的时候,可以不必断开发电机11和发动机2的动力连接;在输出功率较大的时候,可切断发动机2与发电机11的动力连接,即发动机2与发电机11和后动力输出8之间的动力连接互相独立。
当拖拉机在低速作业时,轮边减速器18的一级减速选用大传动比的一档轮边减速齿轮,当拖拉机在高速运输时,轮边减速器18一级减速选用小传动比的二档轮边减速齿轮。
在运输过程中可选用纯电动模式、纯发动机2模式,在需要拖拉机后动力输出8工作的时候可以采用混合模式,发动机2驱动后动力输出8且同时和电池组13一起驱动轮毂电机16,当后动力输出8功率较小时可以将发动机2的功率分流到发电机11并和电池组13同时驱动轮毂电机16。不同的工况可选择适宜的工作模式,提高其工作效率。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述分动器为两档,包括同轴的一档后动力输出直齿轮和二档后动力输出直齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述轮边减速器的一端通过同轴的一档减速齿轮和二档减速齿轮,与轮毂电机联结;另一端通过减速行星齿轮的齿圈联动后轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述轮毂电机和轮边减速器为两对,分别驱动两个后轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述发电机经发电管理器,通过与中央控制器连接的电源管理器和电机管理器,分别或同时向电动机与电池组供电。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述电机管理器通过与中央控制器连接的发电管理器和电源管理器,可分别和同时接收发电机或电池组提供的电能。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述中央控制器根据电池组的运行状态,用于实现电池组的充放电及平衡电网电能。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴电混合动力拖拉机,其特征在于,所述后动力输出联结农机具。
