本发明公开了一种高强度复合纤维无纬布及其制备方法,采用超高强高模聚乙烯纤维为基材,将聚乙烯纤维进行均匀的铺丝之后,经过一系列的均匀、平行、挺直排列,在60‑80度的环境中放入改性环氧树脂溶液中上胶,将成型后的聚乙烯纤维层经过复合层压制成无纬布,所述改性环氧树脂溶液中添加有粘结剂、填充剂、绝缘填料、阻燃剂、白炭黑和酒精混合而成,羟基丁腈橡胶的质量为中溶液的8‑12%,丙烯腈的含量为羟基丁腈橡胶含量的18‑30%。本发明通过将聚乙烯纤维层压合呈不同厚度的无纬布,可以根据爆炸的场所和使周围环境采用不同种类的无纬布制成的防爆设备,而且不同厚度的无纬布的防爆范围有一定的差异,足够抵挡子弹的冲击。

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体为一种高强度复合纤维无纬布及其制备方法。
背景技术
高性能纤维“UD”无纬布,是采用超高强·高模聚乙烯纤维为基材,经先进高科技设备均匀铺丝,用高强弹性体树脂浸渍涂胶和薄膜粘合,再经0°/90º双正交复合层压而成。该产品具有手感柔软、密度小、耐磨蚀、抗冲击、抗切割韧性强等优异性能,产品广泛应用于软质防弹衣、轻质防弹头盔、轻质防弹装甲板材,防刺、防切割服装衬片和特殊公共防暴设施,是当今世界强度最高、比重最轻的防弹材料,由于我国的高分子材料技术起步较晚,因此技术尚不够成熟,对于无纬布的制造只是小型生产化,且生产出的防弹产品不能满足需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度复合纤维无纬布及其制备方法,具备无纬布内部连接性稳定,制成的防弹衣使用安全的优点,解决了人们的生命和财产安全得不到保障的问题。

所述改性环氧树脂溶液中添加有粘结剂、填充剂、绝缘填料、阻燃剂、白炭黑和酒精混合而成,羟基丁腈橡胶的质量为中溶液的8-12%,丙烯腈的含量为羟基丁腈橡胶含量的18-30%,二氧化硅的质量为溶液总质量的25-35%,然后加入酒精混合制成,所述粘结剂按重量比例为:固化剂5-10份,增韧剂12-18份,填充剂1-3份,消泡剂1-2份,将各成分按照比例放入合成树脂溶液中,然后在25-38度的环境中放置4-5小时,所述增韧剂按重量比例为:丁苯胶乳液25-30份,苯乙烯20-28份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯28-35份。
优选的,所述粘结剂为动物胶、合成树脂、橡胶或者油漆中的一种。
优选的,所述固化剂为乙烯基三胺、胺乙基哌嗪、间苯二胺或者二氨基二苯基甲烷中的一种或几种。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过使用改性环氧树脂溶液为聚乙烯纤维上胶,且在改性环氧树脂溶液中加入了粘结剂、填充剂、绝缘填料和阻燃剂等溶剂,使聚乙烯纤维层之间的连接性能更加稳定,生产的无纬布具有良好的弹性和柔韧性,能够很好的对子弹或者炸药产生的冲击力进行抵消,由于聚乙烯纤维均匀的平铺,且在聚乙烯纤维层之间填充有特制的粘结剂,使聚乙烯纤维之间连接的更加紧密,不容易因承受爆炸产生的热量而被冲散开,可以将爆炸产生的冲击力进行很好的分散,而且制成的无纬布具有良好的绝缘效果和阻燃效果,可以很大程度的减小伤害范围,保护人们的生命和财产安全。
2、本发明通过将聚乙烯纤维层压合呈不同厚度的无纬布,可以根据爆炸的场所和使周围环境采用不同种类的无纬布制成的防爆设备,而且不同厚度的无纬布的防爆范围有一定的差异,如果作为武警人员的防弹衣只需要使用6层的无纬布制成的防弹芯片,足够抵挡子弹的冲击,而且质量更轻便,防爆携带,不会影响行动的灵活性,减小防弹衣对身体造成的疲劳,防爆追捕不烦分子,使用更加安全方便,且在聚乙烯纤维内部填充有增韧剂,可以使无纬布的柔韧性更强,保持自身柔软的同时,韧性更强,不会轻易被割破,而且由于表面平整光滑,穿着更加舒适,可以轻微改变子弹的轨迹,从而更容易阻挡子弹的冲击。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高强度复合纤维无纬布及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、采用超高强高模聚乙烯纤维为基材。
S2、将聚乙烯纤维进行均匀的铺丝之后,经过一系列的均匀、平行、挺直排列。
S3、在60-80度的环境中放入改性环氧树脂溶液中上胶。
S4、将成型后的聚乙烯纤维层经过复合层压制成无纬布,聚乙烯纤维层可制成6层、8层或者12层复合无纬布。

S4、将6层成型后的聚乙烯纤维层经过复合层压制成无纬布;
所述改性环氧树脂溶液中添加有粘结剂、填充剂、绝缘填料、阻燃剂、白炭黑和酒精混合而成,羟基丁腈橡胶的质量为中溶液的8-12%,丙烯腈的含量为羟基丁腈橡胶含量的18-30%,二氧化硅的质量为溶液总质量的25-35%,然后加入酒精混合制成;
所述粘结剂按重量比例为:固化剂5-10份,增韧剂12-18份,填充剂1-3份,消泡剂1-2份,将各成分按照比例放入合成树脂溶液中,然后在25-38度的环境中放置4-5小时;
