Abstract

本发明公开了一种三流式雾化喷嘴,包括设置有中央气体通道的内层喷嘴、套在内层喷嘴外的外层喷嘴、套在外层喷嘴外的套筒、套在套筒外的缩口套帽。内层喷嘴喷口所在一端与外层喷嘴喷口所在一端之间形成第一雾化区,外层喷嘴喷口所在一端与缩口套帽之间形成第二雾化区。内层喷嘴外壁上设置有第一环形凹槽、与第一环形凹槽连通的第一螺旋槽。第一螺旋槽的末端与第一雾化区连通。外层喷嘴外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽、与第二环形凹槽连通的第二螺旋槽。第二螺旋槽的末端与第二雾化区连通。第一环形凹槽和第一螺旋槽用以输送脱硫废水。第二环形凹槽和第二螺旋槽用以输送气体。本发明可使雾化性能更好,具有结构简单,料液不易堵塞的特点。

三流式雾化喷嘴
技术领域
本发明属于喷雾干燥装置领域,涉及一种气流式多通道雾化器。
背景技术
喷雾干燥装置应用广泛,目前电厂湿法脱硫产生的脱硫废水要求通过雾化进行烟气蒸发处理,最大限度利用烟气余热,达到污染废水的零排放。目前常用的雾化喷嘴,对于高粘度的废水存在喷嘴口易堵塞的现象,并且无法满足废水流量可以调节的要求,不能很好的达到废水所需处置量。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明提供一种解决了喷嘴容易堵塞的问题,流体动量更大,在相同的流量条件下雾化能力更强,不易堵塞,雾化效果好的三流式雾化喷嘴。
技术方案:本发明的三流式雾化喷嘴,包括设置有中央气体通道的内层喷嘴、套在内层喷嘴外的外层喷嘴、套在外层喷嘴的喷口外的缩口套帽。内层喷嘴喷口所在一端与外层喷嘴喷口所在一端之间形成第一雾化区,外层喷嘴喷口所在一端与缩口套帽之间形成第二雾化区,内层喷嘴外壁上设置有第一环形凹槽、与第一环形凹槽连通的第一螺旋槽,第一螺旋槽的末端与第一雾化区连通,外层喷嘴外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽、与第二环形凹槽连通的第二螺旋槽,第二螺旋槽的末端与第二雾化区连通。
进一步的,本发明中,第一环形凹槽和第一螺旋槽用以输送脱硫废水,第一环形凹槽上设置有脱硫废水输入接口,第二环形凹槽和第二螺旋槽用以输送气体,第二环形凹槽上设置有气体输入接口。
进一步的,本发明中,第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽的升角相同,范围为55°~65°。
进一步的,本发明中,内层喷嘴和缩口套帽能够通过旋动来调节两个雾化区的大小。
进一步的,本发明中,内层喷嘴喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为165°~175°,所述外层喷嘴喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为155°~165°。
进一步的,本发明中,内层喷嘴的喷口、外层喷嘴的喷口和缩口套帽上均设置有用于固定位置的锁紧螺母。
进一步的,本发明中,外层喷嘴的外壁和缩口套帽的内壁之间设置有套筒。
本发明的三流式雾化喷嘴,气体和液体以螺旋路径汇合,雾化效果好,并且喷嘴口的大小可以调节,既克服了喷嘴易堵问题又可以根据工艺流量需求进行合理调节,具有结构简单,料液不易堵塞的特点。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有点:
缩口套帽和内层喷嘴均可以通过螺纹旋动,可以根据脱硫废水的水质来调节喷嘴口的大小,如水质粘稠大或含有颗粒大则可以适当调大喷嘴出口,解决了喷嘴容易堵塞的问题。并且脱硫废水以及外层喷嘴的流体通道均采用螺旋状,使得流体动量更大,所以在相同的流量条件下雾化能力更强。由于流体速度变大,一方面可以缩短液体中较大颗粒物在喷嘴内的停留时间,较少喷嘴堵塞,另一方面流体在混合区撕裂废水的能力更强,达到较好的雾化效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和说明书附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明实施例见图1至图8,本实施例包括设置有中央气体通道的内层喷嘴1、套在所述内层喷嘴1外的外层喷嘴2、套在所述外层喷嘴2外的套筒6、套在套筒6 外的缩口套帽3。外层喷嘴2与套筒6螺纹连接,且套筒6上的螺纹孔与外层喷嘴2的环形间隙相配合,外层喷嘴2以锁紧螺母7固定。内层喷嘴1通过螺纹嵌套在外层喷嘴2内,并可以通过旋转进行喷嘴出口大小的调节。缩口套帽3的内顶角范围为55°~65°,内层喷嘴1喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为165°~175°,所述外层喷嘴2喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为155°~165°。喷嘴与套筒6间为螺纹连接,并通过锁紧螺母7固定,可以调节喷嘴出口的大小。内层喷嘴1中央处为气体通道,尾部可以连接进气管,并通过锁紧螺母9固定。内层喷嘴1和外层喷嘴2的柱体下部均有段向内收缩而形成的环形凹槽。内外层喷嘴外壁上均设有六条均匀分布且贯通前方的雾化区和后方环形间隙的螺旋槽,第一螺旋槽12和第二螺旋槽22的升角相同,范围为55°~65°。第一环形凹槽11和第一螺旋槽12用以输送脱硫废水,第一环形凹槽11上设置有脱硫废水输入接口。第二环形凹槽21和第二螺旋槽22用以输送气体,第二环形凹槽21上设置有气体输入接口。
上述实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和等同替换,这些对本发明权利要求进行改进和等同替换后的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,该喷嘴包括设置有中央气体通道的内层喷嘴(1)、套在所述内层喷嘴(1)外的外层喷嘴(2)、套在所述外层喷嘴(2)的喷口外的缩口套帽(3),所述内层喷嘴(1)喷口所在一端与外层喷嘴(2)喷口所在一端之间形成第一雾化区(4),所述外层喷嘴(2)喷口所在一端与缩口套帽(3)之间形成第二雾化区(5),所述内层喷嘴(1)外壁上设置有第一环形凹槽(11)、与所述第一环形凹槽(11)连通的第一螺旋槽(12),所述第一螺旋槽(12)的末端与第一雾化区(4)连通,所述外层喷嘴(2)外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽(21)、与所述第二环形凹槽(21)连通的第二螺旋槽(22),所述第二螺旋槽(22)的末端与第二雾化区(5)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一环形凹槽(11)和第一螺旋槽(12)用以输送脱硫废水,第一环形凹槽(11)上设置有脱硫废水输入接口,所述第二环形凹槽(21)和第二螺旋槽(22)用以输送气体,第二环形凹槽(21)上设置有气体输入接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述第一螺旋槽(12)和第二螺旋槽(22)的升角相同,范围为55°~65°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述内层喷嘴(1)和缩口套帽(3)能够通过旋动来调节两个雾化区的大小。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述内层喷嘴(1)喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为165°~175°,所述外层喷嘴(2)喷口外壁与喷射方向的夹角范围为155°~165°。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述内层喷嘴(1)的喷口、外层喷嘴(2)的喷口和缩口套帽(3)上均设置有用于固定位置的锁紧螺母。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的三流式雾化喷嘴,其特征在于,所述外层喷嘴(2)的外壁和缩口套帽(3)的内壁之间设置有套筒(6)。
