本发明公开了一种火电厂脱硫事故浆液排放装置,包括吸收塔、石膏直排泵、直排管、灰浆池、灰浆泵和灰场,吸收塔、石膏直排泵、直排管、灰浆池、灰浆泵和灰场依次连接。本发明取消脱硫系统事故浆液池设计,实现脱硫系统事故浆液直接及时排放,使脱硫系统设计优化,节约占地空间,节省设备投资,且大大减轻了检修维护工作量,达到环保排放效果。

本发明涉及火力发电厂烟气脱硫领域,具体涉及一种火电厂脱硫事故浆液排放装置。
背景技术
燃煤电厂脱硫事故浆液排放系统的作用是为了保证脱硫岛的稳定运行,目前需要事故排放时,需要将脱硫系统内的浆液排入专门设置的事故浆液池后再排放,但是事故浆液池占地面积大,不利于系统布置,且需配备大能耗搅拌及热量设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足提供一种火电厂脱硫事故浆液排放装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种火电厂脱硫事故浆液排放装置,其特征在于:包括吸收塔、石膏直排泵、直排管、灰浆池、灰浆泵和灰场;所述的吸收塔、石膏直排泵、直排管、灰浆池、灰浆泵和灰场依次连接。
工作原理:吸收塔的石膏浆液事故排放时,由石膏直排泵经直排管排往灰浆池,再经灰浆泵排放至灰场,实现事故浆液直接及时排放。
本发明的有益效果:1、取消脱硫系统事故浆液经事故浆液池设计,利用电厂现有灰渣排放系统直接排放,无容量液位限制,使脱硫系统设计优化,节约占地空间,节省设备投资,且大大减轻了检修维护工作量。2、石膏浆液能中和灰浆液,达到环保排放效果。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所式:本发明由吸收塔1、石膏直排泵2、直排管3、灰浆池4、灰浆泵5和灰场6组成;吸收塔1、石膏直排泵2、直排管3、灰浆池4、灰浆泵5和灰场6依次连接。
工作原理:吸收塔1的石膏浆液事故排放时,由石膏直排泵2经直排管3排往灰浆池4,再经灰浆泵5排放至灰场6,实现事故浆液及时排放。
