本发明涉及一种落地式除尘过滤器,包括筒体,筒体的上端设置端盖,在筒体的上部设置进气口,在筒体的下部设置出气口;其特征是:在所述筒体内腔中从上至下布置多层滤芯,滤芯的下边缘与筒体的内壁无缝连接,相邻滤芯之间存在一定间距。所述滤芯的截面呈塔形,滤芯的上表面向上凸起,滤芯的下表面向上凹进与上表面形状一致。所述滤芯的截面呈三角形,滤芯的上表面向上凸起,滤芯的下表面采用平面。所述筒体安装在支腿上。本发明所述落地式除尘过滤器过滤效率高,压力损失少;耐高温高压,配有压差表可指示滤芯工作状态;安装维护方便。

落地式除尘过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤器,尤其是一种用于过滤空气中的颗粒杂质的落地式除尘过滤器。
背景技术
除尘过滤器可滤去压缩空气中的尘埃,具有滤尘效率高、安装简单、使用、维护方便等特点。现有技术中,除尘过滤器一般是在过滤壳体内放置一个滤芯,除尘过滤器对空气过滤的功能是通过滤芯实现的。目前的滤芯一般为圆筒状,可以是一层滤芯,也可以是多种滤芯。
现有的除尘过滤器存在以下几个缺陷:(1)待过滤的空气输入滤芯内部时,流体流速过大时容易冲击滤芯造成滤芯负荷较重,影响滤芯的使用寿命;(2)过滤效果不好,如果要提高除尘过滤的效率一般采用增加过滤层的厚度的形式,既会增大设备的体积,又会影响过滤的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种落地式除尘过滤器,结构合理,逐层过滤,空气压力损失少。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述落地式除尘过滤器,包括筒体,筒体的上端设置端盖,在筒体的上部设置进气口,在筒体的下部设置出气口;其特征是:在所述筒体内腔中从上至下布置多层滤芯,滤芯的下边缘与筒体的内壁无缝连接,相邻滤芯之间存在一定间距。
进一步的,所述滤芯的截面呈塔形,滤芯的上表面向上凸起,滤芯的下表面向上凹进与上表面形状一致。
进一步的,所述滤芯的截面呈三角形,滤芯的上表面向上凸起,滤芯的下表面采用平面。
进一步的,所述筒体安装在支腿上。
进一步的,在所述进气口和出气口之间设置压差表。
进一步的,在所述筒体的底部设置排污阀。
本发明所述落地式除尘过滤器过滤效率高,压力损失少;耐高温高压,配有压差表可指示滤芯工作状态;安装维护方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~图2所示:所述落地式除尘过滤器包括端盖1、筒体2、压差表3、支腿4、排污阀5、滤芯6、进气口21、出气口22等。
如图1所示,本发明所述落地式除尘过滤器,包括筒体2,筒体2的上端设置端盖1,筒体2安装在支腿4上,使得除尘过滤器能够实现落地式安装;在所述筒体2的上部设置进气口21,在筒体2的下部设置出气口22和排污阀5,在进气口21和出气口22之间设置压差表3,可以通过压差表3来指示除尘过滤器的工作状态。
如图2所示,在所述筒体2内腔中从上至下布置多层滤芯6,滤芯6的下边缘与筒体2的内壁无缝连接,相邻滤芯6之间存在一定间距。
所述滤芯6的截面呈塔形,滤芯6的上表面向上凸起,滤芯6的下表面向上凹进与上表面形状一致;或者,所述滤芯6的截面呈三角形,即滤芯6的上表面向上凸起,滤芯6的下表面采用平面。
本发明的工作原理:压缩空气从进气口21流入,压缩空气依次经过多层滤芯6,固定颗粒等杂质被各层滤芯6阻挡,洁净的空气从出气口22流出。
本发明过滤效率高,压力损失少;耐高温高压,配有压差表可指示滤芯工作状态;安装维护方便。

Claims (6)

1.一种落地式除尘过滤器,包括筒体(2),筒体(2)的上端设置端盖(1),在筒体(2)的上部设置进气口(21),在筒体(2)的下部设置出气口(22);其特征是:在所述筒体(2)内腔中从上至下布置多层滤芯(6),滤芯(6)的下边缘与筒体(2)的内壁无缝连接,相邻滤芯(6)之间存在一定间距。
2.如权利要求1所述的落地式除尘过滤器,其特征是:所述滤芯(6)的截面呈塔形,滤芯(6)的上表面向上凸起,滤芯(6)的下表面向上凹进与上表面形状一致。
3.如权利要求1所述的落地式除尘过滤器,其特征是:所述滤芯(6)的截面呈三角形,滤芯(6)的上表面向上凸起,滤芯(6)的下表面采用平面。
4.如权利要求1所述的落地式除尘过滤器,其特征是:所述筒体(2)安装在支腿(4)上。
5.如权利要求1所述的落地式除尘过滤器,其特征是:在所述进气口(21)和出气口(22)之间设置压差表(3)。
6.如权利要求1所述的落地式除尘过滤器,其特征是:在所述筒体(2)的底部设置排污阀(5)。
