Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗抑郁症的中药组方，其组成原料包括：疏肝理气组合物、扶正组合物和养心安神组合物；本发明使用“肝郁代谢基础方”加香附、郁金、合欢皮加大力度使肝郁代谢排毒系统通畅郁气排出体外，使人心情舒畅，再以修复内脏阴阳肝肾脾胃功能，使心肝阴虚得到滋阴平衡恢复神情，再以牡蛎、龙骨、珍珠母、磁石等安神宁心，莲子、枣仁养心，石菖蒲开结豁痰，半夏化痰，丹参、桃仁、红花化瘀，使病人恢复睡眠质量体质增强自愈康复。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗抑郁症的中药组方，属于中药领域。
背景技术
西医治疗抑郁症是阻断神经元对抑郁病症干扰，到达病症不进展，弊端是长久用西医导致内脏系列虚损病变，原病未好，身体虚弱新病多多，中医以针灸治疗或用药多以宁心安神加二味药疏肝理气健脾或化瘀的思路；二者都难以真正解决困扰越来越多的病患。
病因病理；肝属木，肝主情志，心属火，心主神明；抑郁属于肝郁气滞、造成肝、心、肺阴虚、脾肾阳虚，人阴阳不能和谐吸收代谢紊乱致气血不足，肝肾同源，使气血阴阳不能供心；肝郁使人神志闭塞无神情对外界兴趣，甚至感到一切黑暗无光，严重时有轻生之念。
发明内容
为了更好的预防和治疗抑郁症，减轻患者的病痛，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗抑郁症的中药组方。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗抑郁症的中药组方，按重量份计，其组成原料为：
（1）、疏肝理气组合物：柴胡6-9克、赤芍6-9克、白芍6-9克、青皮6-9克、陈皮6-9克、枳实6-9克、木香6-9克、香附6-9克、郁金6-9克、合欢皮9-15克；
（2）、扶正组合物：生熟地各10-15克、川芎8-12克、当归10-12克、白术10-15克、茯苓12-15克、黄芪25-30克、党参12-15克、山茱萸10-15克、桑椹25-30克、枸杞子12-15克、玉竹10-15克、北沙参12-15克、黄精25-30克、杜仲12-15克、巴戟天10-15克、砂仁4-6克、草豆蔻6-9克；
（3）、养心安神组合物：牡蛎25-30克、龙骨15-30克、珍珠母12-15克、磁石10-15克、酸枣仁12-15克、莲子12-15克、远志12-15克、益智仁12-15克、浮小麦30-50克、栀子10-12克、丹参25-30克、桃仁10-12克、红花6-9克、石菖蒲10-12克、半夏12-15克、甘草6-9克、大枣9-17个。
抑郁症的中药组方，按重量份计，其组成原料为：
（1）、疏肝理气组合物：柴胡9克、赤芍9克、白芍9克、青皮9克、陈皮9克、枳壳9克、木香6克、香附9克、郁金9克、合欢皮15克；
（2）、扶正组合物：生熟地各15克、川芎12克、当归12克、白术15克、茯苓15克、黄芪30克、党参15克、山茱萸15克、桑椹30克、枸杞子15克、玉竹15克、北沙参15克、黄精30克、杜仲15克、巴戟天15克、砂仁6克、草豆蔻9克；
（3）、养心安神组合物：牡蛎30克、龙骨30克、珍珠母15克、磁石15克、酸枣仁15克、莲子15克、远志12克、益智仁15克、浮小麦30克、栀子12克、丹参30克、桃仁12克、红花9克、石菖蒲12克、半夏15克、甘草9克、大枣9个。
使用方法：三份组合物为一副，每副为二天用量，以水煎服，早晚各一次。
本发明使用本发明1-“治疗肝郁可代谢基础方”加香附、郁金、合欢皮加大力度使肝郁代谢排毒系统通畅郁气排出体外，使人心情舒畅，再以补气血阴阳能量修复内脏阴阳肝肾脾胃功能，使心肝肺阴虚得到滋阴平衡恢复神情，再以牡蛎、龙骨、珍珠母、磁石、远志、益智仁、浮小麦、甘草、大枣，安神养血宁心，以莲子、酸枣仁养心，石菖蒲开结豁痰，半夏化痰，丹参、桃仁、红花化瘀，使病人恢复睡眠质量体质增强病自愈，使抑郁症得到真正康复。
具体实施方式
实施例1：抑郁症的中药组方，按重量计，其组成原料为：
（1）、疏肝理气组合物：柴胡9克、赤芍9克、白芍9克、青皮9克、陈皮9克、枳壳9克、木香6克、香附9克、郁金9克、合欢皮15克；
（2）、扶正组合物：生熟地各15克、川芎12克、当归12克、白术15克、茯苓15克、黄芪30克、党参15克、山茱萸15克、桑椹30克、枸杞子15克、玉竹15克、北沙参15克、黄精30克、杜仲15克、巴戟天15克、砂仁6克、草豆蔻9克；
（3）、养心安神组合物：牡蛎30克、龙骨30克、珍珠母15克、磁石15克、酸枣仁15克、莲子15克、远志12克、益智仁15克、浮小麦30克、栀子12克、丹参30克、桃仁12克、红花9克、石菖蒲12克、半夏15克、甘草9克、大枣9个。
使用方法：三份组合物为一副，每副为二天用量，以水煎服，早晚各一次。
典型病例：
病案1、吴倩倩，女，合肥人，38岁，职业女性。抑郁症用西药数年，经常轻生念头，家人需护守，用本发明方一个月吃喝睡心情大有改变，自己说不再想有轻生了；二个月正常上班，三个月精气神一切正常。
病案2、朱力远，男，45岁，南京人，长久失眠，面色晦暗，乏力，大便无形，自杀未遂，重度抑郁症；用本发明方，一个月睡眠乏力食欲体力等改善，二个月心情明显大变喜欢说话也有笑声了，三个月心情愉快，生活工作平稳。
病案3、华安萍，女，49岁，安徽阜阳人，下职岗工，抑郁症数年，不愿与任何人往来，每日闭门静坐闭口无言，有时自言自语，睡觉常坐，用发明本方一个月自行出门行走。二个月性格大有改变，三个月后一切正常，如换了一个人，周日自己去教会。
病案4、李子华，男65岁，合肥艺术人士，曾文化大革命伤害刺激，身体虚弱，头脑时常不清，难以入睡，经常自言自语，抽烟为乐；多次送往精神病院，用本发明方三个月后，睡觉正常体质增强，心情明显开朗，一切基本正常。

1.治疗抑郁症的中药组方，其特征在于，按重量份计，其组成原料为：
（1）、疏肝理气组合物：柴胡6-9克、赤芍6-9克、白芍6-9克、青皮6-9克、陈皮6-9克、枳实6-9克、木香6-9克、香附6-9克、郁金6-9克、合欢皮9-15克；
（2）、扶正组合物：生熟地各10-15克、川芎8-12克、当归10-12克、白术10-15克、茯苓12-15克、黄芪25-30克、党参12-15克、山茱萸10-15克、桑椹25-30克、枸杞子12-15克、玉竹10-15克、北沙参12-15克、黄精25-30克、杜仲12-15克、巴戟天10-15克、砂仁4-6克、草豆蔻6-9克；
（3）、养心安神组合物：牡蛎25-30克、龙骨15-30克、珍珠母12-15克、磁石10-15克、酸枣仁12-15克、远志12-15克、益智仁12-15克、浮小麦30-50克、莲子12-15克、栀子10-12克、丹参25-30克、桃仁10-12克、红花6-9克、石菖蒲10-12克、半夏12-15克、甘草6-9克、大枣9-17个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑郁症的中药组方，其特征在于，按重量份计，其组成原料为：
（1）、疏肝理气组合物：柴胡9克、赤芍9克、白芍9克、青皮9克、陈皮9克、枳壳9克、木香6克、香附9克、郁金12克、合欢皮12克；
（2）、扶正组合物：生熟地各15克、川芎12克、当归12克、白术15克、茯苓15克、黄芪30克、党参15克、山茱萸15克、桑椹30克、枸杞子15克、玉竹15克、北沙参15克、黄精30克、杜仲15克、巴戟天15克、砂仁6克、草豆蔻9克；
（3）、养心安神组合物：牡蛎30克、龙骨30克、珍珠母15克、磁石15克、酸枣仁15克、莲子15克、远志12克、益智仁15克、浮小麦30克、栀子12克、丹参30克、桃仁12克、红花9克、石菖蒲12克、半夏15克、甘草9克、大枣9个。
