Abstract
本发明提供一种“安胎灵口服液”的制备方法：岗菍、杜仲、桑寄生、菟丝子、白芍、川断、白术。经炒制、喷淋、烘干、煎煮、二次煎煮、过滤、浓缩、灭菌，分装。其中各中药材的重量配比范围为：岗菍15～20份，杜仲10～15份，桑寄生10～18份，菟丝子5～10份，白芍15～20份，川断10～15份，白术15～20份。将本发明的产品可拌料，每头怀孕母猪体重每100kg以100ml拌饲料饲喂，每天2次；混饮，每1L水加本品10ml，供母猪自由饮用，连用3～5天。使用方便，效果明显，对猪无毒害作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中兽药制剂领域，具体为一种用于预防母猪流产的中药“安胎灵口服液”及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来母猪流产成为影响养猪业稳定发展的重要原因，母猪流产率平均在23%以上，给养猪业带来较大的经济损失。按照流产的时间可分为隐性流产、早产、死产、延期流产和习惯性流产，其中早产出现率较高，大多是由于营养缺乏、饲养管理不当、乱用抗生素药物以及一些自身疾病引起。
对于母猪流产的预防要加强对猪舍的卫生管理，为母猪的生长发育创造良好的环境；在母猪发育和怀孕的各个阶段掌握好饲料的用量，严格饲料安全制度，坚决杜绝使用霉变、含毒的饲料喂母猪；对催情药物的使用应遵循少用或不用的原则；同时在母猪怀孕期间可采取药物预防、治疗。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种“安胎灵口服液”的制备方法，用于预防母猪流产。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
“安胎灵口服液”按重量配比计，原料组成如下：岗菍15～20份，杜仲10～15份，桑寄生10～18份，菟丝子5～10份，白芍15～20份，川断10～15份，白术15～20份。
按下述工艺步骤和工艺参数制备：先将岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术四味中药共同炒制，当白术炒制焦黄色时，喷淋清水，取出烘干；将白芍先用黄酒喷淋均匀后再进行炒制，炒制至微黄色；烘干后的岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术和炒制完成的白芍与杜仲、桑寄生一起加水煎煮两次，第一次煎煮1.5小时，第二次煎煮两小时；合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至相对密度为0.9～1.2后加水至100ml，混匀，过滤，灭菌，分装。
在本发明中，原料组成常用配比为：岗菍18g，杜仲10g，桑寄生15g，菟丝子8g，白芍18g，川断15g，白术16g，制成100ml。每100ml“安胎灵口服液”相当于原生药100g。
本发明的“安胎灵口服液”为棕色液体。可有效防止由营养、应激、内分泌失调、创伤、等因素引起的非传染性流产，对一些病原微生物和寄生虫病引起的传染性流产也有很好的预防效果。
本发明“安胎灵口服液”使用方法为：拌料，每头怀孕母猪体重每100kg以100ml拌饲料饲喂，每天2次；混饮，每1L水加本品10ml，供母猪自由饮用，连用3～5天。
对 “安胎灵口服液” 的经口急性毒性试验，结果表明本品经口给药无急性毒副作用，即按推荐的使用方法及推荐剂量使用本品对用药动物是安全的。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、对非传染性流产和传染性流产均有很好的效果。
2、可与饲料混合或饮水服用，给药方便，成本低。
3、本发明属于中草药制剂，对怀孕母猪无毒副作用，使用安全。
具体实施方式：
以下是本发明的实施例，本发明的实际使用并不局限于实施例。
实施例1：原料组成配比是岗菍16kg，杜仲10kg，桑寄生15kg，菟丝子6kg，白芍20kg，川断15kg，白术18kg，制成100L。
制备步骤如下：将岗菍16kg、菟丝子6kg、川断15kg、白术18kg四味中药共同炒制，当白术炒制焦黄色时，喷淋清水，取出烘干；将20kg白芍用2kg黄酒喷淋均匀后再进行炒制，炒制至微黄色；烘干后的岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术和炒制完成的白芍与10kg杜仲、15kg桑寄生一起加水煎煮两次，第一次煎煮1.5小时，第二次煎煮两小时；合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至相对密度为0.9～1.2后加水至100L，混匀，过滤，灭菌，分装。
在江苏常州一养猪场有27头母猪，其中有11头在怀孕后第40～54天内相继流产，考虑主要是由于营养不足，日常管理失当，以及母猪自身患病所引起的。在母猪下次发情期怀孕后，应用上述方法制得的“安胎灵口服液”按体重每100kg以100ml拌饲料饲喂，每天2次，考虑到猪场流产率较高，所以同时在饮水中以每1L水加本品10ml，供母猪自由饮用。此次试验母猪共15头，仅1头母猪由于受到惊吓而跳栏流产，其余均顺利分娩，无死胎症状。
实施例2：原料组成配比是岗菍20kg，杜仲8kg，桑寄生15kg，菟丝子8kg，白芍18kg，川断15kg，白术16kg，制成100L。
制备步骤如下：将岗菍20kg、菟丝子8kg、川断15kg、白术16kg四味中药共同炒制，当白术炒制焦黄色时，喷淋清水，取出烘干；将18kg白芍用2kg黄酒喷淋均匀后再进行炒制，炒制至微黄色；烘干后的岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术和炒制完成的白芍与8kg杜仲、15kg桑寄生一起加水煎煮两次，第一次煎煮1.5小时，第二次煎煮两小时；合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至相对密度为0.9～1.2后加水至100L，混匀，过滤，灭菌，分装。
对实施例2进行临床试验。在山东一猪场选取60头处于发情期的健康母猪，分成两组，每组30头，两组的配种时间和饲养环境一致，第一组怀孕母猪的饲喂与猪场平时饲喂一致，第二组的饲料中按体重每100kg加入100ml本品拌料。从母猪怀孕至分娩完成期间，第一组中的30头母猪其中有7头出现流产和死胎等症状，第二组中只有1头出现流产，无死胎症状。结果证明“安胎灵口服液”对母猪预防流产有较好的效果。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述，但其只是作为范例，本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。
Claims (4)
1.一种“安胎灵口服液”的制备方法，其特征在于：其组成成分配比范围为：岗菍15～20份，杜仲10～15份，桑寄生10～18份，菟丝子5～10份，白芍15～20份，川断10～15份，白术15～20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的“安胎灵口服液”其特征在于：原料常用重量配比为：岗菍18g，杜仲10g，桑寄生15g，菟丝子8g，白芍18g，川断15g，白术16g，制成100ml。
3.每100ml“安胎灵口服液”相当于原生药100g。
4.如权利要求1和2所述的一种驱除猪肠道寄生虫的中药提取物制剂的制备方法，其特征在于：1、将岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术四味中药共同炒制，当白术炒制焦黄色时，喷淋清水，取出烘干；2、将白芍先用黄酒喷淋均匀后再进行炒制，炒制至微黄色；3、烘干后的岗菍、菟丝子、川断、白术和炒制完成的白芍与杜仲、桑寄生一起加水煎煮两次，第一次煎煮1.5小时，第二次煎煮两小时；4、合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩至相对密度为0.9～1.2后加水至100ml，混匀，过滤，灭菌，分装。
