Abstract
本发明公开了桡骨带帽髓内钉,髓固定杆是直线型实心杆,所述髓固定杆的穿入端头制作成带螺帽的固定头,所述髓固定杆的另一端是固定端呈锥形,上宽下窄,该锥形固定端上打有穿入髓内钉的固定孔,固定孔里穿有髓内钉,所述锥形固定端的末端设置有连接口,连接口上连接有手柄。髓内杆的穿入端头杆壁上设置有外螺纹与固定螺帽里的内螺纹旋接构成带螺帽的固定头,髓固定杆固定端的直线型杆逐渐由窄变宽最后呈锥形。所述髓固定杆直线型实心杆长约16‑28cm,锥形固定端的长度约5‑10cm左右,锥形最宽直径约1.0‑3.0mm。本技术方案不仅固定牢固,从而减少患者的致残率,加强患者术后康复,前臂旋转功能的恢复,减少卧床时间,避免患者出现卧床的并发症等优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及桡骨带帽髓内钉,特别适用于桡骨头及桡骨颈骨折时使用。
背景技术:
随着交通工具的增加,车祸伤及复杂骨折也日益增多,特别是桡骨头及桡骨颈的骨折,从而增加临床治疗的复杂性,增加临床手术的治疗难度,目前采用的治疗手段是螺钉及其他钢板或克氏针内固定手术治疗,其缺点是,一是固定不牢固,二是易导致关节部位活动受限及骨折不愈合,从而导致骨折进一步错位,不利于术后的康复。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提出一种减少卧床时间,有利于康复和避免患者出现卧床并发症发生的桡骨带帽髓内钉。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:髓固定杆是直线型实心杆,所述髓固定杆的穿入端头制作成带螺帽的固定头,所述髓固定杆的另一端是固定端呈锥形,上宽下窄,该锥形固定端上打有穿入髓内钉的固定孔,固定孔里穿有髓内钉,所述锥形固定端的末端设置有连接口,连接口上连接有手柄。髓内杆的穿入端头杆壁上设置有外螺纹与固定螺帽里的内螺纹旋接构成带螺帽的固定头,髓固定杆固定端的直线型杆逐渐由窄变宽最后呈锥形。所述髓固定杆直线型实心杆长约16-28cm,锥形固定端的长度约5-10cm左右,锥形最宽直径约1.0-3.0mm。
本发明具有以下效果:本技术方案不仅固定牢固,从而减少患者的致残率,加强患者术后康复,前臂旋转功能的恢复,减少卧床时间,避免患者出现卧床的并发症等优点。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,如图1所示,髓固定杆2是直线型实心杆,所述髓固定杆的穿入端头制作成带螺帽的固定头,进一步说,髓内杆的穿入端头杆壁上设置有外螺纹与固定螺帽1里的内螺纹旋接构成带螺帽的固定头,所述髓固定杆的另一端是固定端3呈锥形,上宽下窄,髓固定杆固定端3的直线型杆,逐渐由窄变宽最后呈锥形,该锥形固定端上打有穿入髓内钉的固定孔4,固定孔里穿有髓内钉5,所述锥形固定端的末端设置有连接口6,连接口上连接有手柄。
所述髓固定杆直线型实心杆长约16-28cm左右,锥形固定端的长度约5-10cm左右,锥形最宽直径约1.0-3.0mm,根据每个人的桡骨长度不同选择髓固定杆的长度。
所述固定螺帽1、髓固定杆2及髓内钉5均选用不锈钢材质制作。
手术时,患者行仰卧位,从肘关节外侧处入路,纵行劈开桡侧腕伸肌后侧,暴露桡骨头及桡骨颈骨折处,给予行骨折复位,然后测量出桡骨的长度,带帽髓内钉由桡远端背侧穿入,穿出桡骨头,露出螺丝头,然后拧入螺帽,再倒打髓内钉,然后锁定桡骨远端,这样使桡骨带帽髓内钉从骨折处两端固定,比传统的相克氏针及螺钉固定方式牢固,而且创伤小,有利于术后复位。

1.桡骨带帽髓内钉,其特征在于:髓固定杆是直线型实心杆,所述髓固定杆的穿入端头制作成带螺帽的固定头,所述髓固定杆的另一端是固定端呈锥形,上宽下窄,该锥形固定端上打有穿入髓内钉的固定孔,固定孔里穿有髓内钉,所述锥形固定端的末端设置有连接口,连接口上连接有手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桡骨带帽髓内钉,其特征在于:髓内杆的穿入端头杆壁上设置有外螺纹与固定螺帽里的内螺纹旋接构成带螺帽的固定头,髓固定杆固定端的直线型杆逐渐由窄变宽最后呈锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桡骨带帽髓内钉,其特征在于:所述髓固定杆直线型实心杆长约16-28cm,锥形固定端的长度约5-10cm左右,锥形最宽直径约1.0-3.0mm。
