Specifically, the tank 10 has a water inlet and a water outlet. The shoe rack 20 is disposed in the box body 10, and the shoe rack 20 is used for placing shoes. The driving motor is connected with the shoe rack 20 for driving the shoe rack 20 to rotate. The first spraying device 60 is provided on the cabinet 10 for cleaning shoes. The door 50 is provided on the cabinet 10 to open or close the cabinet 10. The ultrasonic generator is arranged at the lower part of the box body 10.
The shoe rack 20 includes: the horizontal positioning rod 21 is provided with a toe cap positioning portion 211 and a heel positioning portion 212, the toe cap positioning portion 211 and the heel positioning portion 212 are arranged oppositely along the axis of the horizontal positioning rod 21 and used for positioning shoes, at least one of the toe cap positioning portion 211 and the heel positioning portion 212 can slide along the horizontal positioning rod 21, and the horizontal positioning rod 21 is provided with an elastic piece which drives the toe cap positioning portion 211 and the heel positioning portion 212 to approach each other to position the shoes.
The horizontal positioning rod 21 is connected with a longitudinal positioning rod 22. At least a portion of the longitudinal positioning bar 22 is spaced apart from the horizontal positioning bar 21, and at least one of the toe positioning portion 211 and the heel positioning portion 212 is opposed to the longitudinal positioning bar 22 for interposing at least a portion of a shoe between the longitudinal positioning bar 22 and the horizontal positioning bar 21.
The longitudinal positioning rod 22 includes: a vertical rod 221 and a horizontal rod 222. The vertical rod 221 is connected to the horizontal positioning rod 21 and extends in a direction perpendicular to the vertical rod 221. A horizontal bar 222 is connected to a free end of the vertical bar 221 and extends in a direction parallel to the horizontal positioning bar 21, and at least one of the toe positioning portion 211 and the heel positioning portion 212 is opposed to the horizontal bar 222 for placing at least a part of the shoe between the horizontal bar 222 and the horizontal positioning bar 21.
The heel positioning portion 212 is opposite to the horizontal rod 222 for placing at least a part of the shoe between the horizontal rod 222 and the horizontal positioning rod 21, and the free end of the horizontal rod 222 is connected with a second spraying device 2221 suitable for extending into the interior of the shoe, the second spraying device 2221 is spaced from the horizontal positioning rod 21 by a predetermined distance to position the sole, and the distance between the second spraying device 2221 and the horizontal positioning rod 21 is adjustable.
Any one of the heel positioning part 212 and the toe cap positioning part 211 includes a bottom plate and an arc rib protruding from the bottom plate surface, and the arc rib of the heel positioning part 212 and the arc rib of the toe cap positioning part 211 are in a shape recessed toward a direction of mutual deviation.
The driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft of the shoe rack 20 in a belt transmission, gear transmission or chain transmission manner.
The shoe rack 20 comprises at least two horizontal positioning rods 21 arranged in parallel, and a connecting rod 23 is connected between the at least two horizontal positioning rods 21 and used for fixing the at least two horizontal positioning rods 21 relatively.
The shoe washing device 100 further includes a drain pipe 80, an inlet end of the drain pipe 80 is communicated with the cabinet 10, and a filter screen 91 is provided in the drain pipe 80.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a shoe washing process of the shoe washing device of the above embodiment will be described.
First step location shoes: the door body of the shoe washing device is opened, the distance between the heel positioning part and the toe cap positioning part is adjusted according to the length of the shoes, then the shoes are positioned on the horizontal positioning rod, and meanwhile, the second spraying device on the horizontal rod stretches into the shoes from the shoe mouths, and the door body is closed.
And cleaning the shoes in a second step: and opening a power switch of the shoe washing device, opening the water inlet valve, enabling water to flow into the box body from the water inlet until the water reaches a preset water level, and closing the water inlet valve. After the shoes are soaked in water for a preset time, the driving motor drives the shoe rack to rotate, the first spraying device 60 washes out dirt on the outer surfaces of the shoes, and the second spraying device sprays the dirt inside the shoes clean.
Step three, dewatering and rinsing the shoes: after the shoes wash, the drain pump is opened, and sewage is discharged from the drain pipe, and the great stone of some granule, silt will be collected by the filter screen, avoid blockking up the drain pipe, and silt is collected full back, can pour out. After the sewage is drained, the shoe washing device starts to rotate at a high speed for dehydration, then the shoe washing device feeds water again, rinses the shoe, and drains water and dehydrates the shoe after rinsing.
Fourth, shoe sterilization: the ozone generator and the ultraviolet lamp are used for sterilizing and disinfecting the shoes.
And fifthly, drying the shoes: the drying device dries the shoes.

Claims (8)

1. A shoe washing device, comprising:
a tank having a water inlet and a water outlet;
the shoe rack, the shoe rack is rotatably established in the box, the shoe rack is used for placing shoes, the shoe rack includes:
the shoe positioning device comprises a horizontal positioning rod, a shoe head positioning part and a shoe heel positioning part are arranged on the horizontal positioning rod, the shoe head positioning part and the shoe heel positioning part are oppositely arranged along the axis of the horizontal positioning rod and are used for positioning shoes, at least one of the shoe head positioning part and the shoe heel positioning part can slide along the horizontal positioning rod, and the horizontal positioning rod is provided with a mechanism for driving the shoe head positioning part and the shoe heel positioning part to be close to each other so as to position the shoes;
the horizontal positioning rod is connected with: a longitudinal positioning bar, at least a portion of the longitudinal positioning bar being spaced apart from the horizontal positioning bar, and at least one of the toe positioning portion and the heel positioning portion being opposite the longitudinal positioning bar for positioning at least a portion of a shoe between the longitudinal positioning bar and the horizontal positioning bar;
the longitudinal positioning rod includes: the vertical rod is connected with the horizontal positioning rod and extends in a direction perpendicular to the vertical rod; the horizontal rod is connected with the free end of the vertical rod and extends along the direction parallel to the horizontal positioning rod, and at least one of the toe cap positioning part and the heel positioning part is opposite to the horizontal rod and is used for placing at least one part of the shoe between the horizontal rod and the horizontal positioning rod;
the heel positioning part is opposite to the horizontal rod so as to be used for placing at least one part of the shoe between the horizontal rod and the horizontal positioning rod, the free end of the horizontal rod is connected with a second spraying device suitable for extending into the shoe, the second spraying device and the horizontal positioning rod are spaced at a preset distance so as to position the sole, and the distance between the second spraying device and the horizontal positioning rod is adjustable;
the driving component is connected with the shoe rack and used for driving the shoe rack to rotate;
the first spraying device is arranged on the box body and used for cleaning shoes;
the door body is arranged on the box body to open or close the box body;
the shoe washing device further comprises: the sterilizing device is arranged on the top wall of the box body and comprises at least one of an ozone generator and an ultraviolet lamp.
2. The shoe washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first spraying means is provided at an upper portion of the box body and sprays water downward, and the first spraying means is configured to spray water toward the shoes placed on the shoe rack in a direction opposite to the shoe rack.
3. The shoe washing device according to claim 1, wherein any one of the heel positioning portion and the toe positioning portion includes a bottom plate and an arc-shaped rib protruding from a surface of the bottom plate, and the arc-shaped rib of the heel positioning portion and the arc-shaped rib of the toe positioning portion are in a shape recessed toward directions deviating from each other.
4. The shoe washing device of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the shoe rack comprises at least two horizontal positioning rods arranged in parallel, and a connecting rod is connected between the at least two horizontal positioning rods for fixing the at least two horizontal positioning rods relatively.
5. The shoe washing device of any one of claims 1-3, wherein a second spraying device is connected to the shoe rack and adapted to extend into a shoe, the second spraying device is spaced from the horizontal positioning rod by a predetermined distance to position the sole, and the distance between the second spraying device and the horizontal positioning rod is adjustable.
6. A shoe washing device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the driving component is a driving motor, and the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft of the shoe rack in a belt transmission manner, a gear transmission manner or a chain transmission manner.
7. The shoe washing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a drying device for drying the shoes.
8. The shoe washing device of claim 1, further comprising a drain pipe, wherein an inlet end of the drain pipe is communicated with the box body, and a filter screen is arranged in the drain pipe.
