Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.

Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "coupled" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem that the supporting device of the existing shoe washing machine pointed out in the background art can not be well adapted to shoes with different sizes, so that a part of vamps can not be sufficiently supported, and the cleaning effect of the shoe washing machine is poor, the invention provides the supporting device for the shoe washing machine, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art. A first preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2, wherein fig. 1 is a first overall structural schematic diagram of the first preferred embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention; fig. 2 is a second overall structural schematic view of the first preferred embodiment of the support device of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the supporting device 1 of the present invention can adaptively support the inside of shoes 2 of different sizes in a telescopic manner, so that the supporting device 1 can make sufficient contact with the inside of the shoes 2, and the vamps of the shoes 2 of different sizes can be sufficiently supported by the supporting device 1 of the present invention, so that the vamps of the shoes 2 can be sufficiently cleaned by the shoe washing machine, thereby effectively improving the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the shoe washing machine.
It can be understood that the supporting structure of the existing shoe washing machine can not fully and effectively support the vamp of the shoe; therefore, when the cleaning device of the existing shoe washing machine cleans the shoe upper of the unsupported part, the part of the shoe upper is easy to collapse because of insufficient support, so that the predetermined contact force between the cleaning device and the part of the shoe upper cannot be achieved, and the cleaning device cannot effectively clean the part of the shoe upper. In other words, because the existing supporting structure cannot fully and effectively support the vamp of the shoe, the cleaning effect of the cleaning device on the part of the vamp is greatly influenced, and meanwhile, the part of the vamp is likely to form wrinkles in the cleaning process. It is therefore important that the support structure be able to adequately support the upper of a footwear.
Referring next to fig. 2, specifically, the supporting device 1 of the present invention includes a fixed member 11 and a sliding member 12; the sliding member 12 is slidably connected to the fixing member 11, so that the sliding member 12 can slide on the fixing member 11 to enable the supporting device 1 to stretch in the length direction, and further, the vamps of the shoes 2 with different sizes can be sufficiently supported by the supporting device 1, so that the cleaning device of the shoe washing machine can sufficiently and effectively clean the vamps of the shoes 2.
Further, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, sliding grooves 112 are provided on both sides of the fixed member 11, a slider 122 capable of matching with the sliding grooves 112 on both sides is provided on the sliding member 12, and the sliding member 12 slides on the fixed member 11 through the slider 122, so that the relative position between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11 can be changed, thereby achieving the extension and retraction of the supporting device 1. In addition, since the sliding block 122 can be matched with the sliding grooves 112 on both sides of the fixing member 11, the sliding member 12 can slide on the fixing member 11 more smoothly, and then the extension and contraction of the supporting device 1 in the length direction can be realized quickly, so as to improve the assembly efficiency between the supporting device 1 and the shoe 2.
It can be understood that, since the support device 1 of the present invention can be extended and contracted in the longitudinal direction, the front end of the sliding member 12 can always abut against the toe portion of the shoe 2, thereby greatly enhancing the overall support of the shoe 2 by the support device 1. It should be noted that, although the sliding member 12 in the preferred embodiment slides on the sliding slot 112 through the sliding block 122, the sliding member 12 may be connected to the fixed member 11 in other slidable manners, as long as the sliding member 12 can slide relative to the fixed member 11 to enable the supporting device 1 to extend and retract.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support device 1 further comprises an elastic member 13, wherein the elastic member 13 is connected between the fixed member 11 and the sliding member 12, and the elastic member 13 can accommodate the relative sliding between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11 in a telescopic manner so as to accommodate shoes 2 of different sizes. Specifically, since the sliding member 12 and the fixing member 11 are connected by the elastic member 13, the initial length of the support device 1 is set to be greater than the maximum size of the shoe 2, and when the support device 1 is fixed to the inside of the shoe 2, the support device 1 can be contracted in the length direction by the elastic member 13, so that the support device 1 is firmly supported at the inside of the shoe 2, and thus the support device 1 can be sufficiently contacted with the inside of the shoe 2, so that the upper of the shoe 2 can be sufficiently supported. Since the elastic member 13 can achieve the expansion and contraction effect, the elastic member 13 is also one of the expansion and contraction members described in the present invention, that is, the expansion and contraction member described in the present invention refers to all members capable of expansion and contraction, for example, an expansion and contraction rod, a spring, an elastic block, and the like.
Further, the supporting device 1 of the present invention further includes a reinforcing rod 14, wherein the elastic member 13 is sleeved outside the reinforcing rod 14, the fixed member 11 is provided with a fixed end 111, and the sliding member 12 is provided with a sliding end 121. Specifically, when the sliding member 12 slides relative to the fixed member 11, the reinforcing bar 14 can also slide relative to the sliding member 12 through the sliding end 121. Here, taking as an example the process of the support device 1 reducing the size by the compression action of the elastic member 13 to explain the structure and the usage of the support device 1 in the first preferred embodiment, when the left end of the sliding member 12 abuts to the toe portion of the shoe 2, under the abutting action of the sliding member 12 and the shoe 2, the sliding member 12 slides further rightward in the sliding groove 112 by the slider 122 while the sliding member 12 slides on the reinforcing rod 14 by the sliding end 121 and presses the elastic member 13 until the support device 1 is completely fixed to the inside of the shoe 2.
It can be understood that, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, since the elastic member 13 is sleeved outside the reinforcing rod 14, the reinforcing rod 14 can play a certain role in guiding the elastic member 13, thereby effectively preventing the failure of the elastic member 13 caused by abnormal deformation, and further ensuring the reliability of the elastic member 13, so that the supporting device 1 can firmly abut against the inside of the shoe 2 under the elastic force of the elastic member 13, so that the upper of the shoe 2 can be sufficiently supported.
Referring next to fig. 3, it is a schematic view of the overall structure of the second preferred embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention. In the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding grooves 112 are disposed on both sides of the fixed member 11, the sliding member 12 is disposed with the sliding blocks 122 capable of matching with the sliding grooves 112 on both sides, and the sliding member 12 slides on the fixed member 11 through the sliding blocks 122, so that the relative position between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11 can be changed, thereby achieving the extension and contraction of the supporting device 1.
3, in a second preferred embodiment of the invention, the support device 1 further comprises a telescopic rod 20, wherein the telescopic rod 20 is connected between the fixed member 11 and the sliding member 12, and the telescopic rod 20 is able to adapt in a telescopic manner to the relative sliding between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11 in order to adapt to shoes 2 of different sizes. Specifically, since the sliding member 12 and the fixing member 11 are connected by the telescopic rod 20, the initial length of the support device 1 is set to be greater than the maximum size of the shoe 2, when the support device 1 is fixed to the inside of the shoe 2, the support device 1 can be contracted in the length direction by the telescopic rod 20, so that the support device 1 is firmly supported at the inside of the shoe 2, and further, the support device 1 can be sufficiently contacted with the inside of the shoe 2, so that the upper of the shoe 2 can be sufficiently supported.
Further, a fixed end 111 is provided on the fixed member 11, a mounting end 123 is provided on the sliding member 12, wherein the left end of the telescopic rod 20 is fixed to the mounting end 123, and the right end of the telescopic rod 20 is fixed to the fixed end 111. When the sliding member 12 slides relative to the fixing member 11, the telescopic rod 20 can correspondingly stretch and contract, and the sliding member 12 and the fixing member 11 are assembled in an interference fit manner, so that when the supporting device 1 is contracted to be equal to the inner size of the shoe 2, the sliding member 12 can be fixed to the corresponding position of the fixing member 11 by the acting force generated by the interference fit, and the supporting device 1 can be adaptively supported in the inner parts of different shoes 2. It will be appreciated that the skilled person may also provide stop members between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11, said stop members being arranged such that the sliding member 12 can be defined in a set position by the fixed member 11, to enable the support device 1 to be adapted to shoes of different sizes.
Further, taking the process of the support device 1 reducing the size by the compression action of the telescopic rod 20 as an example to explain the structure and the use manner of the support device 1 in the second preferred embodiment, when the left end of the sliding member 12 abuts against the toe portion of the shoe 2, under the abutting action of the sliding member 12 and the shoe 2, the sliding member 12 slides further to the right in the sliding groove 112 through the slider 122, and the telescopic rod 20 contracts correspondingly, until the support device 1 is completely fixed to the inside of the shoe 2, the telescopic rod 20 stops expanding and contracting, and the support device 1 is supported in the inside of different shoes 2 by the acting force generated by the interference fit between the sliding member 12 and the fixed member 11; so that the support device 1 can be firmly supported inside different shoes 2, and thus sufficient contact between the support device 1 and the shoes 2 can be produced, so that the vamps of the shoes 2 can be sufficiently supported.
It should be noted that, since other structures in the second preferred embodiment of the present invention are the same as those in the first preferred embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted, and the other structures of the present invention will be described below by taking the structure of the first preferred embodiment as an example.
Referring next to fig. 4, a third overall structural schematic diagram of the first preferred embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention is shown. The supporting device 1 of the present invention further comprises an adjusting member 19 and a first bending bar 17 connected to one end of the adjusting member 19, and the shoe sole clamping assembly is inserted and mounted to the other end of the adjusting member 19. During the mounting of the support device 1 with the shoe 2, the sole clamping assembly can be rotated with respect to the adjustment member 19, when the rest of the support device 1 is sufficiently supported to the inside of the shoe 2, the sole clamping assembly is rotated so that the support member 18 can be positioned at the bottom of the shoe 2, and then the adjustment member 19 is adjusted so that the support member 18 abuts against the bottom of the shoe 2.
In the state of the support device 1 being mounted in place, the sliding member 12 can abut against the toe portion of the shoe 2 and the first bent rod 17 can abut against the heel portion of the shoe 2, so that both ends of the support device 1 can be supported to the inside of the shoe 2; the sole clamping assembly is adapted to clamp onto a sole portion of the shoe 2 to provide further support to the shoe 2. It can be understood that the first curved rod 17 can be formed by sequentially connecting and bending multiple rods, or be an arc-shaped curved rod, and meanwhile, those skilled in the art can flexibly set the shape and structure of the first curved rod 17 in the practical application process, as long as the supporting device 1 can fix the heel portion of the shoe 2 through the first curved rod 17.
It should be noted that, a detachable fixing manner may be adopted between the first bending rod 17 and the adjusting member 19, specifically, the first bending rod 17 and the adjusting member 19 may be fixed by a screw, a magnetic member and/or an adhesive member, so as to detach the first bending rod 17 from the adjusting member 19, and of course, the first bending rod 17 and the adjusting member 19 may also be fixed by welding, so as to improve the fixing effect between the first bending rod 17 and the adjusting member 19.
Further, a first end of the first bending rod 17 is fixedly connected with the adjusting member 19, and a second end of the first bending rod 17 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 11, so that the first bending rod 17 can slide relative to the sliding member 12 through the fixing member 11, thereby being adaptively supported on the heel portion of the shoe 2. It will be appreciated that there are many ways of connecting the first bent rod 17 to the adjustment member 19, for example, a technician may fix the first bent rod 17 by providing an integrally formed connecting plate outside the adjustment member 19 and then fixing the first bent rod 17 by the connecting plate; of course, the technician can also provide the adjustment member 19 with a projection, by means of which the first bent rod 17 is then fixed; the first knee lever 17 is then either directly fixedly mounted in the adjustment member 19. In other words, in practical application, the first bending rod 17 can be firmly connected with the adjusting member 19 without affecting the movement of the sole clamping assembly.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the description of the present invention, shoes 2 of different thicknesses are mainly referred to shoes 2 of different sole thicknesses (i.e. the thickness of the insole of the shoe 2 to the outsole of the shoe 2), wherein the support device 1 achieves the fixation of the shoe 2 by abutting the sliding member 12 to the toe portion of the shoe 2 and by abutting the first bent rod 17 to the heel portion of the shoe 2. It should be noted here that although the support member is set as the first bending rod 17 in the preferred embodiment, the support member is obviously not limited to the bending rod structure, for example, the support member may be another structure matched with the heel part, that is, the support member is set so that the support device 1 can effectively support the heel part of the shoe 2 through the support member.
Furthermore, the sole clamping assembly specifically comprises a second curved rod 21 inserted into the adjusting member 19 and a support member 18 disposed at an end of the second curved rod 21, the second curved rod 21 can move relative to the first curved rod 17 under the action of the adjusting member 19 so as to adapt to shoes 2 with different thicknesses, that is, the supporting device 1 can adapt to shoes 2 with different thicknesses by adjusting a relative distance between the first curved rod 17 and the second curved rod 21, so as to clamp and fix sole portions of different shoes 2. In particular, a first end of the second bent rod 21 is inserted in the adjustment member 19, and a second end of the second bent rod 21 is connected to the support 18. Specifically, the operator can adjust the relative position of the second bending rod 21 by adjusting the adjusting member 19, so as to change the distance between the first bending rod 17 and the second bending rod 21, so that the supporting member 18 can be firmly abutted to the bottom of the shoe 2, and the bottom of the shoe can be clamped and fixed by the clamping force between the supporting member 18 and the first bending rod 17.
Preferably, the second bent rod 21 is a right-angled rod, i.e. it is inserted with the adjustment member 19 through one cathetus and the abutment against the bottom of the shoe 2 is achieved through the other cathetus. Of course, the skilled person can also flexibly adjust and set the structure of the second bending rod 21 according to the actual use situation, as long as the supporting device 1 can make the supporting member 18 abut against the bottom of the shoe 2 by changing the position of the second bending rod 21. Meanwhile, it is understood that, preferably, the inside of the adjusting member 19 is provided with a compression cylinder by which the adjusting member 19 changes the relative positional relationship between the second bending rod 21 and the first bending rod 17; however, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the relative positional relationship between the first bending rod 17 and the second bending rod 21 can be changed by other elements, such as a rack and pinion structure, a ball screw structure, etc., that is, the adjusting member 19 is configured such that the relative positional relationship between the second bending rod 21 and the first bending rod 17 can be changed by the adjusting member 19.
The structure of the present invention will be further explained with reference to fig. 3 and 5, wherein fig. 5 is a partial structural schematic view of a first preferred embodiment of the supporting device of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fixing means 11 are provided with at least one first shaped block 15 for supporting a tongue portion of the shoe 2; the sliding member 12 is provided with at least one second contour block 16 for supporting the toe portion of the shoe 2. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first contour block 15 and the second contour block 16 are both arc-shaped support structures, wherein the shape of the first contour block 15 matches at least a portion of the shape of the tongue portion; the shape of the second contour block 16 matches at least a portion of the shape of the toe portion; and the height of the first contour block 15 is greater than the height of the second contour block 16.
With further reference to the support device 1 with reference to fig. 1, when the support device 1 is fixed to the inside of a shoe 2, the first shaped block 15 is able to match at least a portion of the tongue of the shoe 2, so that this portion of the tongue can be supported by the first shaped block 15; at the same time, the second contour block 16 can be matched to at least a part of the toe of the shoe 2, so that this part of the toe can be supported by the second contour block 16. Under the effect that first profile modeling piece 15 and second profile modeling piece 16 support jointly, the vamp part of shoes 2 can obtain abundant support for the vamp of shoes 2 can obtain abundant extension, and at this moment, the belt cleaning device of shoe washing machine also can reach predetermined contact force with the vamp of shoes 2 between, and then makes belt cleaning device can carry out effectual washing to the vamp. In other words, the supporting device 1 plays a comprehensive and effective supporting role for the vamp of the shoe 2, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning device of the shoe washing machine on the vamp of the shoe 2 is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the problem that the vamp of the shoe 2 is easily wrinkled in the cleaning process can be effectively prevented.
It should be noted that, although the supporting device 1 in the preferred embodiment includes only two profile blocks, in order to enhance the supporting effect of the supporting device 1, a technician may set the number of the profile blocks according to the actual use requirement; in addition, technicians can set the shape of the contour block according to actual use conditions so as to adapt to different use conditions. In other words, the technician can set the number, shape and installation position of the shape blocks according to the actual situation, as long as the supporting device 1 can support the vamp of the shoe 2 sufficiently through the shape blocks.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
