When the lithium ion battery is charged, a protection circuit is usually used for protecting the lithium ion battery, so that the lithium ion battery is prevented from being damaged due to overvoltage, overcurrent and other conditions. When the battery is full, the protection system can automatically recognize that the current is changed from large current to small current, so that the mobile terminal is not charged.
However, in the prior art, the standby of the mobile terminal also causes power consumption, and charging is continued after the power consumption of the mobile terminal, referring to fig. 1, as long as the power of the mobile terminal is not 100%, charging and discharging operations are continuously performed, and the temperature rise of the battery body and the mini charging cycle are caused, so that the service life of the battery is affected.

Detailed Description
Advantages of the invention are further illustrated in the following description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 2, a system diagram of a charging system 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The charging system 10 mainly comprises a charging device 11 and a mobile terminal 12, wherein the charging device 11 receives electric energy from a power grid or stores partial electric energy, and when the mobile terminal 12 is connected with the charging device 11, the charging device 11 provides electric energy for the mobile terminal 12. In the charging device 11, a charging chip 111 and a control chip 112 are further provided, the charging chip 111 is a device for converting the mains supply into the charging point current, and the control chip 112 is connected with the charging chip 111 and is used for controlling the discharging mode of the charging chip 111, such as the magnitude of the output current and the output voltage. Specifically, a charging time threshold is preset in the control chip 112, and when the charging device 11 starts to charge the mobile terminal 12 as a comparison object of the charging time, the control chip 112 may record the charging time through a timer or the like, and compare the recorded charging time with the charging time threshold. When the charging time is too long and is greater than the preset charging time threshold, the control chip 112 may determine that the charging has been performed for a long time, and the mobile terminal 12 has enough power so that the charging is not required, and thus the control chip 112 sends an instruction to stop the charging to the charging chip 111. The charging chip 111 will stop charging the mobile terminal 12 according to the instruction. With the above configuration, the user can grasp the charging time by himself, and when he is asleep at night and cannot manually disconnect the charging device 11, the charging relationship can be automatically disconnected by the setting of the control chip 112, thereby prolonging the life of the battery and saving the electric energy. For example, if the preset charging time is set to 2 hours, the mobile terminal 12 will be continuously charged from the start of charging to 2 hours, and after the 2 hours, even if the charging device 11 is still connected to the mobile terminal 12, the charging relationship between the two is not maintained.
It is understood that, once the charging chip 111 finishes charging according to the charging stop instruction, the control chip 112 will not send the restart instruction to the charging chip 111. That is, the charging device 11 does not charge the mobile terminal 12 any more without disconnecting the charging device 11 and the mobile terminal 12. Therefore, in order not to affect the operation of the user, a clearing unit is provided in the control chip 112, and when the charging device 11 is disconnected from the mobile terminal 12, the normal operation of the charging chip 111 is resumed until the next connection of the charging device 11 to the mobile terminal 12, and the mobile terminal 12 is charged again in the above configuration.
In order to match the charging time with the time of the fast charging, a charging voltage threshold may be preset in the control chip 112. When the charging device 11 is initially connected to the mobile terminal 12, the charging device 11 charges the mobile terminal 12 with a low voltage, and gradually increases the charging voltage and the charging current until the mobile terminal 12 enters a fast charging state, and when the charging voltage is higher, the configuration is started according to a charging voltage threshold set in the control chip 112, and when the charging voltage is greater than or equal to the charging voltage threshold, the control chip 112 starts timing for comparing with a charging time threshold.
Similarly, if the mobile terminal 12 is fully charged in a preset charging time when the fast charging effect is out of the group, a power-off time threshold is set in the control chip 112, and when the recorded charging time reaches the power-off time threshold, the charging is automatically cut off, whether the mobile terminal 12 is fully charged at this time or not, so as to avoid repeated charging or long continuous charging time.
A configuration interface and configuration unit, preferably an application program, may also be provided on the mobile terminal 12 for user operation. The user can set the charging time threshold, the charging voltage threshold or the power-off time threshold by himself through the operation of the configuration interface, and the configuration unit sends the parameters set by the user to the control chip 112, and the control chip 112 takes the parameters as the configuration preferentially.
Whether the above-mentioned one or more threshold parallel modes are used in the embodiment, the charging of the mobile terminal 12 by the charging device 11 is stopped in a single charging process, so as to achieve the above-mentioned technical effects.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a charging method according to a preferred embodiment of the invention specifically includes the following steps:
s1: connecting a charging device with the mobile terminal to prepare for charging;
s2: setting a charging time threshold at a control chip in the charging equipment, wherein the charging time threshold is used as a standard value of charging time, and it can be understood that the mobile terminal can provide an interactive interface for a user, and the user can manually set the charging time threshold through the interactive interface;
s2': optionally, a charging voltage threshold may be further set in the control chip, as a standard value of the charging voltage, after comparing the charging time with the charging time threshold in S2, the current charging voltage is also compared with the charging voltage threshold, and if and only if the voltage transmitted by the charging chip to the mobile terminal is higher than the charging voltage threshold, the next step is executed;
s3: the charging equipment continuously charges the mobile terminal, and when the charging time is equal to a preset charging time threshold value, the control chip sends a charging stopping instruction to a charging chip in the charging equipment to stop the charging process;
or performing the steps of:
s3': and setting a power-off time threshold in the control chip, and when the mobile charging is full, if the current charging time is smaller than the power-off time threshold, still charging until the charging time is equal to the power-off time threshold, and sending a charging stopping instruction.
S4: and the charging chip ends the charging of the mobile terminal by the charging equipment according to the charging stopping instruction.
S5: in the connection process of the charging equipment and the mobile terminal, the charging of the mobile terminal is not started again until the charging equipment is disconnected from the mobile terminal, the normal charging chip is recovered, and the charging of the mobile terminal is executed by the steps when the charging equipment is connected with the mobile terminal next time.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention are preferred and not limited in any way, and any person skilled in the art may make use of the above-disclosed technical content to change or modify the same into equivalent effective embodiments without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, and any modification or equivalent change and modification of the above-described embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still falls within the scope of the technical scope of the present invention.
