本发明公开了一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,脱扣装置包括有异形齿轮、杠杆一、拉簧、杠杆二和脱扣轴,异形齿轮包括有转轴一和异形凸沿特征一,异形凸沿与杠杆一的一端折弯边相搭接,杠杆一的另一端与拉簧连接,在杠杆一上相对于与拉簧连接的一端设有弧形缺口,在杠杆二的一端设有与弧形缺口相匹配的弧形凸起,在杠杆二的另一端外侧设有异形凸沿特征二,在脱扣轴上设有与异形凸沿特征二相搭接的摆杆,通过弧形凸起与弧形缺口相咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。采用本发明的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,针对特定空间尺度结构进行的功能性设计,具有结构简单,运动顺畅、动作准确,便捷灵活,装配可靠,实用性强,适合于大规模生产应用。

Description

一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是低压断路器脱扣装置技术领域,具体地说是一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置。
背景技术
随着我国现代化进程和电力工业的飞速发展,随着低压电器技术的不断发展,更多功能集成化,体积小型化的低压电器不断涌现,低压断路器得到了广泛的使用,低压断路器是一种不仅可以接通和分断正常负荷电流和过负荷电流,还可以接通和分断短路电流的开关电器。低压断路器在电路中除起到控制作用外,还具有一定的保护功能,如过负荷、短路、欠压和漏电保护等,低压电器成为今后断路器发展的主流方向。ACB为air circuitbreaker的缩写,表示空气断路器。其中,框架式断路器( 简称框架断路器) 是一种容量较大的低压开关电器,在配电系统中起到接通和分断正常电流,并且在故障状况下即电路发生异常情况时自动切断电路,以保护线路设备和人身安全。人们将框架式断路器中响应故障电流并触发操作机构动作而切断电路的功能模块称为脱扣装置。为了防止断路器带电情况下抽出或插入,必须设置机械联锁机构,联锁机构的作用是在断路器的抽出操作中,控制脱扣装置在断路器从联接位置到分离位置之前进行脱扣分闸,在断路器的插入操作中,控制脱扣装置在断路器从分离位置到联接位置之前保持脱扣状态及分闸状态。实践证明,目前框架式ACB抽出式装置在使用时存在一定的安全隐患,当断路器安装进抽屉座时,若没有与抽屉座触头可靠接触就合上开关通电,触头间会产生电火花,严重时会烧毁断路器,存在极大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,操作方便的框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,所述脱扣装置包括有异形齿轮、杠杆一、拉簧、杠杆二和脱扣轴,所述异形齿轮包括有转轴一和异形凸沿特征一,所述异形凸沿与杠杆一的一端折弯边相搭接,杠杆一的另一端与拉簧连接,在所述杠杆一上相对于与拉簧连接的一端设置有弧形缺口,在所述杠杆二的一端设置有与所述弧形缺口相匹配的弧形凸起,在杠杆二的另一端外侧设置有异形凸沿特征二,在所述脱扣轴上设置有与所述异形凸沿特征二相搭接的摆杆,通过所述弧形凸起与弧形缺口相咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
进一步地,在所述杠杆一上相对所述弧形缺口一侧连接有转轴二,在所述杠杆二上相对所述弧形凸起一侧连接有转轴三,所述转轴二和转轴三的旋转方向是反向设置,在所述转轴二和转轴三的转动作用下,带动所述杠杆一和杠杆二上的弧形缺口与弧形凸起的咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
进一步地,在所述脱扣轴上设置有转轴四,所述摆杆的一端与异形凸沿特征二相搭接,另一端通过转轴四连接在脱扣轴上。
采用本发明的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,针对特定空间尺度结构进行的功能性设计,通过杠杆一上的弧形缺口与杠杆二上的弧形凸起相互咬合或分离,杠杆二上的异形凸沿特征二拨动与之相搭接的摆杆移动,在摆杆的作用下,从而可使脱扣轴围绕转轴四旋转,实现脱扣操作,采用本发明的脱扣装置可杜绝安全隐患,具有结构简单,运动顺畅、动作准确,便捷灵活,装配可靠,实用性强,适合于大规模生产应用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,所述脱扣装置包括有异形齿轮100、杠杆一200、拉簧300、杠杆二400和脱扣轴500,所述异形齿轮100包括有转轴一101和异形凸沿特征一102,所述异形凸沿102与杠杆一200的一端折弯边202相搭接,杠杆一200的另一端与拉簧300连接,在所述杠杆一200上相对于与拉簧300连接的一端设置有弧形缺口203,在所述杠杆二400的一端设置有与所述弧形缺口203相匹配的弧形凸起403,在杠杆二400的另一端外侧设置有异形凸沿特征二402,在所述脱扣轴500上设置有与所述异形凸沿特征二402相搭接的摆杆502,通过所述弧形凸起403与弧形缺口203相咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
进一步地,在所述杠杆一200上相对所述弧形缺口203一侧连接有转轴二201,在所述杠杆二400上相对所述弧形凸起403一侧连接有转轴三401,所述转轴二201和转轴三401的旋转方向是反向设置,在所述转轴二201和转轴三401的转动作用下,带动所述杠杆一200和杠杆二400上的弧形缺口203与弧形凸起403的咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
进一步地,在所述脱扣轴500上设置有转轴四501,所述摆杆502的一端与异形凸沿特征二402相搭接,另一端通过转轴四501连接在脱扣轴500上。
在实际应用过程中,采用本发明所述的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,其具体工作原理为:
在转轴一101的作用下,当异形齿轮100围绕转轴一101顺时针转动时,位于异形齿轮100上的异形凸沿特征一102就会带动与之相搭接的折弯边202移动,推动杠杆一200的另一端克服与拉簧300连接状态下的拉力作用,则围绕转轴二201顺时针旋转;同时,杠杆一200通过所设置的弧形缺口203与杠杆二400上所设置的弧形凸起403相咬合状态下,从而带动杠杆二400围绕转轴三401逆时针旋转,实现弧形缺口203与弧形凸起403相分离;此时,杠杆二400的另一端通过其设置的异形凸沿特征二402拨动与之相搭接的摆杆502移动,在摆杆502的作用下,从而可使脱扣轴500围绕转轴四501顺时针旋转,最终实现脱扣操作。
采用本发明的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,针对特定空间尺度结构进行的功能性设计,通过杠杆一上的弧形缺口与杠杆二上的弧形凸起相互咬合或分离,杠杆二400上的异形凸沿特征二402拨动与之相搭接的摆杆502移动,在摆杆502的作用下,从而可使脱扣轴500围绕转轴四501旋转,实现脱扣操作,采用本发明的脱扣装置可杜绝安全隐患,具有结构简单,运动顺畅、动作准确,便捷灵活,装配可靠,实用性强,适合于大规模生产应用。

1.一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,其特征在于:所述脱扣装置包括有异形齿轮(100)、杠杆一(200)、拉簧(300)、杠杆二(400)和脱扣轴(500),所述异形齿轮(100)包括有转轴一(101)和异形凸沿特征一(102),所述异形凸沿(102)与杠杆一(200)的一端折弯边(202)相搭接,杠杆一(200)的另一端与拉簧(300)连接,在所述杠杆一(200)上相对于与拉簧(300)连接的一端设置有弧形缺口(203),在所述杠杆二(400)的一端设置有与所述弧形缺口(203)相匹配的弧形凸起(403),在杠杆二(400)的另一端外侧设置有异形凸沿特征二(402),在所述脱扣轴(500)上设置有与所述异形凸沿特征二(402)相搭接的摆杆(502),通过所述弧形凸起(403)与弧形缺口(203)相咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,其特征在于:在所述杠杆一(200)上相对所述弧形缺口(203)一侧连接有转轴二(201),在所述杠杆二(400)上相对所述弧形凸起(403)一侧连接有转轴三(401),所述转轴二(201)和转轴三(401)的旋转方向是反向设置,在所述转轴二(201)和转轴三(401)的转动作用下,带动所述杠杆一(200)和杠杆二(400)上的弧形缺口(203)与弧形凸起(403)的咬合或分离,实现脱扣操作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种框架式ACB抽屉座用安全脱扣装置,其特征在于:在所述脱扣轴(500)上设置有转轴四(501),所述摆杆(502)的一端与异形凸沿特征二(402)相搭接,另一端通过转轴四(501)连接在脱扣轴(500)上。
