Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a fluorine-deficient protection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to the condition of judging whether the air-conditioning equipment lacks fluorine and carrying out fluorine-lacking protection when the air-conditioning equipment lacks fluorine. The method can be carried out by a fluorine-deficient protection device, which can be implemented by hardware and/or software, in particular integrated in an air conditioning system. Referring to fig. 1, the method for protecting against fluorine deficiency provided in this embodiment includes:
and S110, determining the temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment.
The temperature variation of the air conditioner refers to the temperature variation of the air conditioner system in a period of time. The temperature change of the evaporator and the condenser of the air conditioning equipment can be specifically realized. For example, if the temperature of the air conditioner at the first time is T1 and the temperature of the air conditioner at the second time is T2, the amount of change in the temperature of the air conditioner is T2 to T1. Specifically, the temperature of the air conditioning equipment can be acquired through a temperature sensor on the air conditioning equipment, and then the temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment is determined.
And S120, correcting the temperature variation according to the operation state of the air conditioning equipment.
The temperature variation of the air conditioner is mainly a variation caused by the action of a refrigerant in the air conditioner, but the operating state of the air conditioner also affects the temperature variation. The operation state of the air conditioning equipment may include states of air volume, frequency and the like of an internal fan of the air conditioning equipment.
When the system state changes, the operation parameters of the system also change, and if the influence of the system operation state is not considered, the fluorine-lacking protection may fail. In order to more accurately determine the influence of the refrigerant on the temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment, the temperature variation may be corrected according to the operating state of the air conditioning equipment. The corrected temperature variation can more accurately reflect whether the refrigerant quantity in the air conditioning equipment system is lack or not. For example, the correction process may use the amount of temperature change of the air conditioning equipment to subtract the amount of temperature change of the system caused by the system operating state, so as to obtain the corrected temperature change amount.
And S130, controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform fluorine deficiency protection according to the corrected temperature change amount.
The modified temperature variation can more accurately reflect whether the refrigerant in the air-conditioning equipment system leaks, and when the air-conditioning equipment is controlled to perform fluorine-lacking protection according to the modified temperature variation, the refrigerant in the air-conditioning system can be accurately monitored to be leaked, and the protection control can be performed in time when the refrigerant leaks. Specifically, the controlling of the air conditioning equipment to perform the fluorine-deficient protection according to the corrected temperature variation may be to judge whether the corrected temperature variation satisfies a preset condition for the fluorine-deficient protection, and if the corrected temperature variation satisfies the preset condition for the fluorine-deficient protection, the air conditioning equipment is controlled to perform the fluorine-deficient protection. When the air conditioning equipment is controlled to perform fluorine-lacking protection, the internal and external fans, the display interface, the compressor, the four-way valve and the like of the air conditioning equipment can be respectively controlled to perform corresponding actions. For example, the compressor and the outer fan are controlled to stop running, the four-way valve is not reversed, the inner fan continues running, and a warning signal of a fluorine-lacking fault can be displayed on a display screen of the air conditioning equipment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment is determined, the temperature variation is corrected according to the running state of the air conditioning equipment, namely the change of the system temperature caused by the running state of the system is corrected, because the corrected temperature variation can better reflect whether the air conditioning equipment lacks fluorine, the air conditioning equipment is controlled to carry out fluorine-lacking protection according to the corrected temperature variation, the fluorine-lacking condition of the system can be judged comprehensively and accurately, and the reliability of the fluorine-lacking protection of the system is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a fluorine-deficient protection method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment performs an optimization operation based on the first embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the fluorine deficiency method provided in this embodiment includes:
and S210, determining the temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment.
And S220, correcting the temperature variation according to the air volume of the indoor fan of the air conditioning equipment.
Specifically, in the cooling mode, the temperature change amount may be corrected using the following equation:
corrected temperature change amount is the absolute value of the temperature change amount
Figure GDA0002600587840000051
And k is a positive integer and is in direct proportion to the gear of an indoor fan of the air conditioning equipment.
For example, when the air conditioning equipment has four gears of a low gear, a medium gear, a high gear and an ultra-high gear, when the air conditioning equipment is operated in the low gear, k is 1; when the air conditioning equipment runs in a medium gear, k is 2; when the air conditioning equipment runs in a high wind gear, k is 3; when the air conditioning equipment runs in the super-strong gear, k is 4.
In the heating mode, the temperature change amount may be corrected using the following equation:
corrected temperature change amount is the absolute value of the temperature change amount
Figure GDA0002600587840000052
And k is a positive integer and is in direct proportion to the gear of an indoor fan of the air conditioning equipment.
And S130, controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform fluorine deficiency protection according to the corrected temperature change amount.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the temperature variation, namely the variation of the system temperature caused by the system air volume and the like is corrected according to the air volume of the indoor fan of the air conditioning equipment, and the corrected temperature variation can better reflect whether the air conditioning equipment is lack of fluorine or not, and the air conditioning equipment is controlled to carry out fluorine deficiency protection according to the corrected temperature variation, so that the fluorine deficiency condition of the system can be judged comprehensively and accurately, and the reliability of the fluorine deficiency protection of the system is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a fluorine deficiency protection method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment performs an optimization operation based on the second embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the fluorine deficiency method provided in this embodiment includes:
s310, acquiring the indoor environment temperature of the air conditioning equipment at the first moment and the evaporator pipe temperature of the evaporator of the air conditioning equipment at the first moment.
And S320, acquiring the tube temperature of the evaporator of the air conditioning equipment at the second moment.
S330, acquiring the condenser pipe temperature of the air conditioning equipment condenser at a first moment and the condenser pipe temperature of the condenser at a second moment.
Specifically, the indoor environment temperature of the air conditioner at the first moment, the evaporator pipe temperature of the evaporator at the first moment, the condenser pipe temperature of the condenser at the first moment, the evaporator pipe temperature of the evaporator at the second moment and the condenser pipe temperature of the condenser at the second moment can be acquired through the temperature sensor on the air conditioner. Preferably, the first time may be a compressor turn-on time of the air conditioner.
The second time is a time that is located after the first time. Preferably, the second time is after the first time, and a preset time is arranged between the second time and the fan gear shifting time. The temperature of the evaporator and the temperature of the condenser are not detected within the preset time after the gear shift of the fan, and the temperature of the evaporator and the condenser is detected after the preset time after the gear shift of the fan. After the gear of the fan is switched, the system is in an unstable state, and the parameters of the system are unstable, so that if the temperature of the evaporator and the temperature of the tubes and the temperature of the condenser are detected immediately at the moment, and fluorine deficiency judgment is carried out, the error may be relatively large.
And S340, determining a first temperature variation and a second temperature variation of the air conditioning equipment.
The first temperature variation is the temperature difference between the tube temperature of the evaporator at the second moment and the indoor environment temperature of the air conditioning equipment at the first moment, and the second temperature variation is the difference between the tube temperature of the evaporator at the second moment and the tube temperature of the evaporator at the first moment.
For example, the tube temperature of the evaporator at the second time is T2, the indoor environment temperature of the air conditioner at the first time is T1, and the first temperature variation amount is T2 to T1.
And S350, correcting the first temperature variation and the second temperature variation according to the air volume of an indoor fan of the air conditioning equipment.
And S360, if the corrected first temperature variation is in a first preset range, the corrected second temperature variation is in a second preset range, and the condenser tube temperature of the condenser at the second moment and the condenser tube temperature of the condenser at the first moment are in a third preset range, controlling the air conditioning equipment to perform fluorine-lacking protection.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment can realize comprehensive and accurate judgment of the fluorine lack condition of the system and improve the reliability of fluorine lack protection of the system.
The technical solution is described in detail by way of example below:
