本发明涉及一种自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉，包括燃烧腔，所述燃烧腔两侧开设进料通孔，燃烧腔两侧设置水平轨道，水平轨道上设置驱动轮，所述驱动轮上固定连接底板，连接底板穿过进料通孔贯穿整个燃烧腔，所述连接底板上连接内、外封门，水平轨道一侧设置挡板，挡板上设置推板，推板后侧连接第一驱动气缸，水平轨道另一侧设置垃圾输送带，垃圾输送带上设置可移动的导向槽和挡板，导向槽和挡板与垃圾输送带两侧的第二驱动气缸连接，燃烧腔内设置一圈带有燃气喷头的燃气管道，燃气管道连接燃气源，燃烧腔内还设置点火阀，所述燃烧腔上端还设置排烟管道，所述自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉自动送料，自动出渣，且焚烧效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及垃圾焚烧炉，尤其涉及一种自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉。
背景技术
垃圾焚烧，是常见的垃圾处理方面，目前的垃圾焚烧炉一般包括一个燃烧腔，燃烧腔上开设进出料门，垃圾从进出料门加入燃烧腔燃烧，燃烧一端时间后需要停止燃烧，将燃烧产生的残渣从进出料门中掏出，再加入垃圾进行燃烧，降低的垃圾焚烧效率。
实用新型内容
本申请人针对以上缺点，进行了研究改进，提供一种自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉，包括燃烧腔，所述燃烧腔两侧开设进料通孔，燃烧腔两侧设置水平轨道，所述水平轨道上设置驱动轮，所述驱动轮上固定连接底板，所述连接底板穿过进料通孔贯穿整个燃烧腔，所述连接底板两侧固定外封门，连接底板位于燃烧腔内固定内封门，所述水平轨道一侧设置挡板，所述挡板上设置推板，推板后侧连接第一驱动气缸，水平轨道另一侧设置垃圾输送带，垃圾输送带上设置可移动的导向槽和挡板，所述导向槽和挡板与垃圾输送带两侧的第二驱动气缸连接，所述燃烧腔内设置一圈带有燃气喷头的燃气管道，燃气管道连接燃气源，所述燃烧腔内还设置点火阀，所述燃烧腔上端还设置排烟管道。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：所述自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉在燃烧腔两侧开设进料通孔，通过驱动轮带动连接底板运动，从而使将垃圾送人燃烧腔的同时，将燃烧产生的残渣送出燃烧腔，并通过推板将残渣自动推出，进行排渣操作，排渣结束后垃圾输送带启动将垃圾送到连接底板上，等待下次垃圾焚烧自动上料出渣，操作方便呢，且排渣过程中燃烧腔能继续进行垃圾焚烧，垃圾焚烧效果高。

下面结合附图，说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示，本实施例的自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉，包括燃烧腔1，燃烧腔1两侧开设进料通孔11，燃烧腔1两侧设置水平轨道2，水平轨道2上设置驱动轮3，驱动轮3上固定连接底板4，连接底板4穿过进料通孔11贯穿整个燃烧腔1，连接底板4两侧固定外封门41，连接底板4位于燃烧腔1内固定内封门42，水平轨道2一侧设置后挡板5，后挡板5上设置推板51，推板51后侧连接第一驱动气缸52，水平轨道2另一侧设置垃圾输送带6，垃圾输送带6上设置可移动的导向槽61和挡板62，导向槽61和挡板62与垃圾输送带6两侧的第二驱动气缸63连接，燃烧腔1内设置一圈带有燃气喷头71的燃气管道7，燃气管道7连接燃气源，燃烧腔1内还设置点火阀72，燃烧腔1上端还设置排烟管道12。
所述自动上下料燃气助燃垃圾焚烧炉使用时，先通过第二驱动气缸63驱动导向槽61和挡板62移动至左侧的外封门41和内封门42之间的位置上，通启动垃圾输送带6输送垃圾，垃圾被挡板62挡住，进入导向槽61，通过导向槽61将垃圾送到左侧的外封门41和内封门42之间的连接底板4上，通过驱动轮3带动连接底板4在水平轨道2上向右移动，将垃圾送入燃烧腔1内，通过外封门41和内封门42封闭燃烧腔1两侧的进料通孔11上，燃气从燃气喷头71喷出，通过点火阀72将燃气点燃，通过燃气点燃垃圾进行焚烧，在垃圾燃烧的同时第二驱动气缸63驱动导向槽61和挡板62移动至右侧的外封门41和内封门42之间的位置上，通过垃圾输送带6将垃圾送到右侧的外封门41和内封门42之间的连接底板4上，垃圾焚烧结束后驱动轮3带动连接底板4在水平轨道2上向左移动，将右侧的垃圾送入燃烧腔1内，进行垃圾焚烧，然后第一驱动气缸52驱动后挡板5一侧的推板51推出，将左侧的外封门41和内封门42之间的连接底板4上的垃圾残渣推出清理，将残渣清理掉后，重新在该侧的连接底板4上放上垃圾，等待下一次进入燃烧腔1焚烧，同时进行垃圾燃烧和残渣自动清理，提高垃圾焚烧处理效率。
