本发明公开了一种滚动轴承,包括外圈、滚动体一、密封堵盖一、内圈、外圈滚动体槽一、中间密封盖、外圈滚动体槽二、滚动体二和密封堵盖二,中间密封盖两侧设置有与滚动体一和滚动体二对应的凹槽三和凹槽二,中间密封盖设置在外圈内表面中部,滚动体二设置在外圈滚动体槽二与内圈的滚动体槽之间,密封堵盖一和密封堵盖二分别设置在外圈和内圈两侧,密封堵盖一设置有与滚动体一对应的凹槽四,密封堵盖二设置有与滚动体二对应的凹槽一。该滚动轴承结构紧凑,重量轻,精度高,负载大,磨损小,使用寿命长。且其摩擦阻力小,功率消耗小,机械效率高,易于起动,便于安装拆卸,维修方便,适用于大批量生产,质量稳定可靠,生产效率高。

本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种滚动轴承。
背景技术
轴承的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。轴承主要分为滑动轴承、关节轴承、深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、调心球轴承、推力球轴承、法兰轴承、直线轴承等类别。其中滚动轴承是轴承最常用之一。滚动轴承是将运转的轴与轴座之间的滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,从而减少摩擦损失的一种精密的机械元件。目前的滚动轴承一般由内圈、外圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,内圈的作用是与轴相配合并与轴一起旋转;外圈作用是与轴承座相配合,起支撑作用;滚动体是借助于保持架均匀的将滚动体分布在内圈和外圈之间,其形状大小和数量直接影响着滚动轴承的使用性能和寿命;保持架能使滚动体均匀分布,防止滚动体脱落,引导滚动体旋转起润滑作用。虽然其具有较好的减振能力,减少了轴承结构件的摩擦力,实现了其预定功能。但是,其结构比较复杂,需要滚动体保持架,本较高,增加了组装的难度,造成加工的麻烦。且其负荷承载能力较差,高速时寿命低,噪音大,给正常使用带来不便。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种工作可靠,性能优越的,使用寿命长的滚动轴承。
一种滚动轴承,包括外圈、滚动体一、密封堵盖一、内圈、外圈滚动体槽一、中间密封盖、外圈滚动体槽二、滚动体二和密封堵盖二,中间密封盖两侧设置有与滚动体一和滚动体二对应的凹槽三和凹槽二,中间密封盖设置在外圈内表面中部,外圈滚动体槽一和外圈滚动体槽二分别设置在外圈内表面并位于中间密封盖两侧,滚动体一设置在外圈滚动体槽一与内圈的滚动体槽之间,滚动体二设置在外圈滚动体槽二与内圈的滚动体槽之间,密封堵盖一和密封堵盖二分别设置在外圈和内圈两侧,密封堵盖一设置有与滚动体一对应的凹槽四,密封堵盖二设置有与滚动体二对应的凹槽一。
进一步,该滚动轴承的中间密封盖与外圈为一体成型。
进一步,该滚动轴承中间密封盖与外圈为铬轴承钢或渗碳轴承钢材料。
通过该技术手段本发明取得的有益效果为,该滚动轴承结构紧凑,重量轻,精度高,负载大,磨损小,使用寿命长。且其摩擦阻力小,功率消耗小,机械效率高,易于起动,便于安装拆卸,维修方便,适用于大批量生产,质量稳定可靠,生产效率高。

本申请人长期从事轴承研制加工工作,通过对轴承润滑性能、安装维护性、防尘防潮严密性以及高速运转工作性能进行不断研究论证,最终研制出了本申请。以下结合实例对本发明的进行描述,所举实例只用于解释发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种滚动轴承,包括外圈1、滚动体一2、密封堵盖一3、内圈4、外圈滚动体槽一5、中间密封盖6、外圈滚动体槽二7、滚动体二8和密封堵盖二9,中间密封盖6两侧设置有与滚动体一2和滚动体二8对应的凹槽三12和凹槽二11,中间密封盖6设置在外圈1内表面中部,外圈滚动体槽一5和外圈滚动体槽二7分别设置在外圈1内表面并位于中间密封盖6两侧,滚动体一2设置在外圈滚动体槽一5与内圈4的滚动体槽之间,滚动体二8设置在外圈滚动体槽二7与内圈4的滚动体槽之间,密封堵盖一3和密封堵盖二9分别设置在外圈1和内圈4两侧,密封堵盖一3设置有与滚动体一2对应的凹槽四13,密封堵盖二9设置有与滚动体二8对应的凹槽一10。
为使其结构更为稳定,提高其工作的可靠性,便于安装维护。该滚动轴承的中间密封盖6与外圈1为一体成型。
为使提高其工作的可靠性,延长其使用寿命。该滚动轴承的中间密封盖6与外圈1为铬轴承钢或渗碳轴承钢材料。
通过改进轴承外圈与设置结构,节省了保持架的设计,并保持轴承的正常工作性能和旋转精度,使得滚动轴承使用维护方便,工作可靠,起动性能好,在中等速度下承载能力较高。

1.一种滚动轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动轴承包括外圈(1)、滚动体一(2)、密封堵盖一(3)、内圈(4)、外圈滚动体槽一(5)、中间密封盖(6)、外圈滚动体槽二(7)、滚动体二(8)和密封堵盖二(9),所述中间密封盖(6)两侧设置有与滚动体一(2)和滚动体二(8)对应的凹槽三(12)和凹槽二(11),所述中间密封盖(6)设置在外圈(1)内表面中部,所述外圈滚动体槽一(5)和外圈滚动体槽二(7)分别设置在外圈(1)内表面并位于中间密封盖(6)两侧,所述滚动体一(2)设置在外圈滚动体槽一(5)与内圈(4)的滚动体槽之间,所述滚动体二(8)设置在外圈滚动体槽二(7)与内圈(4)的滚动体槽之间,所述密封堵盖一(3)和密封堵盖二(9)分别设置在外圈(1)和内圈(4)两侧,所述密封堵盖一(3)设置有与滚动体一(2)对应的凹槽四(13),所述密封堵盖二(9)设置有与滚动体二(8)对应的凹槽一(10)。
