本发明涉及一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀。它包括锁紧装置（1）、轴盖板（3）、备用过滤载体（4）和轴（8），备用过滤载体（4）设置在过滤箱（2）内，锁紧装置（1）通过固定板（7）设置在过滤箱（2）外，轴（8）下端与轴盖板（3）连接，上端通过紧定螺母（9）与锁紧装置（1）连接，轴（8）在锁紧装置（1）内能上下滑动，轴（8）位于固定板（7）与轴盖板（3）之间的一段套设有压簧（6），轴盖板（3）与备用过滤载体（4）的尾气出口端配合。本发明一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，当过滤箱内的压力超过允许值时，此压力会顶开轴盖板，尾气从备用过滤载体排出，从而解决了尾气排放阻力大的问题，使得柴油发电机稳定运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种旁通阀，用于柴油发电机。属于尾气处理技术领域。
背景技术
柴油发电机是一种小型发电设备，是以柴油等为燃料，以柴油机为原动机带动发电机发电的动力机械。整套机组一般由柴油机、发电机、控制箱、燃油箱、起动和控制用蓄电瓶、保护装置、应急柜等部件组成。
柴油机产生的尾气必须要通过尾气过滤器进行处理后才能排放，长时间使用后，柴油燃烧产生的颗粒物附着在过滤载体的内壁上，会增大尾气排放的阻力，如此会造成发电机的功率下降，严重时会停机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供了一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，当过滤箱内的压力超过允许值时，此压力会顶开轴盖板，尾气从备用过滤载体排出，从而解决了尾气排放阻力大的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，设置在过滤箱上，其特点是：所述旁通阀包括锁紧装置、轴盖板、备用过滤载体、固定板和轴，备用过滤载体设置在过滤箱内，锁紧装置通过固定板固定设置在过滤箱外，轴依次穿过锁紧装置、固定板和过滤箱并与轴盖板连接，轴的上端通过紧定螺母与锁紧装置连接，所述轴在锁紧装置内能上下滑动，所述轴位于固定板与轴盖板之间的一段套设有压簧，所述轴盖板与备用过滤载体的尾气出口端配合，所述过滤载体沿轴线方向密布有气孔，所述气孔的一端为开口，另一端设置有封堵面，所述封堵面和开口间隔布置，所述相邻两个气孔设置有隔壁，隔壁上开有呈蜂窝状的微孔，隔壁上涂覆有催化剂涂层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，当过滤箱内的压力超过允许值时，此压力会顶开轴盖板，尾气从备用过滤载体排出，从而解决了尾气排放阻力大的问题，使得柴油发电机稳定运行。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明涉及一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，设置在过滤箱2上，它包括锁紧装置1、轴盖板3、备用过滤载体4、固定板7和轴8，备用过滤载体4设置在过滤箱2内，锁紧装置1通过固定板7固定设置在过滤箱2外，轴8依次穿过锁紧装置1、固定板7和过滤箱2并与轴盖板3连接，轴8的上端通过紧定螺母9与锁紧装置1连接，所述轴8在锁紧装置1内能上下滑动，所述轴8位于固定板7与轴盖板3之间的一段套设有压簧6，所述轴盖板3与备用过滤载体4的尾气出口端配合。
所述过滤载体4沿轴线方向密布有气孔4.1，所述气孔4.1的一端为开口4.6，另一端设置有封堵面4.2，所述封堵面4.2和开口4.6间隔布置，所述相邻两个气孔4.1设置有隔壁4.3，隔壁4.3上开有呈蜂窝状的微孔4.4，隔壁4.3上涂覆有催化剂涂层4.5。
其中，气孔3.1的孔数为600孔/平方英寸，隔壁3.3的厚度为0.13~0.14mm。
工作原理：
通过紧定螺母9调节压簧6的压力，在过滤箱2内压力正常情况下，压簧6的弹力与备用过滤载体4内的尾气压力抵消，轴盖板3封住备用过滤载体4的尾气出口侧。
柴油发电机组长时间使用后，柴油燃烧产生的颗粒物附着在正常使用的过滤载体的内壁上，增大尾气排放的阻力，此时过滤箱2内的压力超过允许值，此压力会将轴盖板3顶开，从而降低过滤箱2内的压力，尾气得以顺利排放，保证了柴油机组的稳定运行。

1.一种用于柴油发电机的旁通阀，设置在过滤箱（2）上，其特征在于：所述旁通阀包括锁紧装置（1）、轴盖板（3）、备用过滤载体（4）、固定板（7）和轴（8），备用过滤载体（4）设置在过滤箱（2）内，锁紧装置（1）通过固定板（7）固定设置在过滤箱（2）外，轴（8）依次穿过锁紧装置（1）、固定板（7）和过滤箱（2）并与轴盖板（3）连接，轴（8）的上端通过紧定螺母（9）与锁紧装置（1）连接，所述轴（8）在锁紧装置（1）内能上下滑动，所述轴（8）位于固定板（7）与轴盖板（3）之间的一段套设有压簧（6），所述轴盖板（3）与备用过滤载体（4）的尾气出口端配合，所述过滤载体（4）沿轴线方向密布有气孔（4.1），所述气孔（4.1）的一端为开口（4.6），另一端设置有封堵面（4.2），所述封堵面（4.2）和开口（4.6）间隔布置，所述相邻两个气孔（4.1）设置有隔壁（4.3），隔壁（4.3）上开有呈蜂窝状的微孔（4.4），隔壁（4.3）上涂覆有催化剂涂层（4.5）。
