本发明公开了一种具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:A组分50%,B组分25%,C组分20%,D组分5%;所述A组分为聚乙烯;所述B组分为聚丙烯;所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙;所述D组分为聚(3,4‑二氧乙基噻吩)。本发明具有阻燃性能的汽车内饰用0淋膜无纺布,其具有有阻燃性能,且其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。

具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布。
背景技术
具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布的生产过程中,为达到客户VOC的要求,我司在去年省去了背胶流程,只进行定型处理。但要达到客户要求,必须在淋膜工序,在材料中加入10%~30%PP粒子,才能达到提高硬度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其具有有阻燃性能,且其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:
A组分50%,
B组分25%,
C组分20%,
D组分5%;
所述A组分为聚乙烯;
所述B组分为聚丙烯;
所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙;
所述D组分为聚(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩)。
优选的,所述C组分为碳酸钙。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:供一种具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其具有有阻燃性能,且其C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙,成本只有PE或PP的三分之一左右,大大降低了成本;且PP和PE等资源在石油中提取,属于不可再生的,碳酸钙的使用也大大的降低了能源损耗。
本发明具有如下特点:
把低成本材料引进汽车内饰材料的淋膜层。
采用低成本原料代替高成本原料,从而降低成本,减少能源消耗。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,按重量份计,淋膜由以下组分组成:
A组分50%,
B组分25%,
C组分20%,
D组分5%;
所述A组分为聚乙烯;
所述B组分为聚丙烯;
所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙;
所述D组分为聚(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩)。
优选的,所述C组分为碳酸钙。

A组分50%,

所述C组分的主要成分为碳酸钙;
所述D组分为聚(3,4-二氧乙基噻吩)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗静电性能的汽车内饰用淋膜无纺布,其特征在于,所述C组分为碳酸钙。
