Abstract
本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚7‑10份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐12‑20份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4‑9份,硅酸镁3‑6份,氟表面活性剂4‑9份,亚磷酸二丁酯8‑10份,纳米级硅酸钠5‑8份,硫化异丁烯5‑15份,水40‑60份,纳米碳材料16‑30份,本添加剂优化抗磨减摩性能,纳米材料通过在摩擦副表面之间形成吸附沉积膜和/或化学转化膜以降低摩擦数、磨损量,优化表面平整度,摩擦副表面几何平整度通过机械物理抛光作用、纳米粒子的填平作用等得到优化,从而降低摩擦系数、提高承载能力,并且节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工领域,尤其是涉及一种润滑油添加剂。
背景技术
润滑油是一种重要的、技术含量很高的石油产品,与汽油、煤油、柴油、燃料重油等石油产品相比,它虽然数量较少,但是品种、规格却非常多。润滑油的应用范围非常广泛,几乎所有的机械领域都有用到,且使用条件比较复杂多变,温度、压力、载荷等条件经常发生改变,提高润滑油产品性能的常用方法是在润滑油中加入极压抗磨添加剂,用于改善摩擦副的摩擦和磨损状况。含有极压抗磨添加剂的润滑油产品除了能提高润滑效果、减少磨损、提高承载能力等作用外,还具有在运动中传递摩擦热和冷却摩擦副的效果。因此,在润滑油中加入极压抗磨添加剂是提高润滑油产品性能、减小磨损的有效方法。
传统的润滑油添加剂有各种含氯、硫、磷的有机化合物、金属盐以及胺盐,这些添加剂具有很强的化学活性,能在金属表面进行化学反应,生成化学反应膜,具有熔点较低和剪切强度小的特点,能有效的阻止金属直接接触,减少金属表面的磨损。但是,传统的含S,P,Cl等系列添加剂的润滑油已经不能满足在极压、高速条件下的润滑性能,而且S,P,Cl等系列添加剂是不可分解的,对环境存在严重污染,不符合环保的要求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚7-10份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐12-20份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-9份,硅酸镁3-6份,氟表面活性剂4-9份,亚磷酸二丁酯8-10份,纳米级硅酸钠5-8份,硫化异丁烯5-15份,水40-60份,纳米碳材料16-30份。
优选的,所述纳米碳材料为富勒烯C60或纳米金刚石或者纳米石墨。
优选的,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚8份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐15份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,硅酸镁5份,氟表面活性剂5份,亚磷酸二丁酯9份、纳米级硅酸钠7份,硫化异丁烯10份,水50份。
本发明提出的润滑油添加剂具有以下有益效果:本添加剂优化抗磨减摩性能,纳米材料通过在摩擦副表面之间形成吸附沉积膜和/或化学转化膜以降低摩擦数、磨损量,优化表面平整度,摩擦副表面几何平整度通过机械物理抛光作用、纳米粒子的填平作用等得到优化,从而降低摩擦系数、提高承载能力,并且节能环保。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚7份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐12份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份,硅酸镁3份,氟表面活性剂4份,亚磷酸二丁酯8份,纳米级硅酸钠5份,硫化异丁烯5份,水40份,富勒烯C60:16份。
实施例2
本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚10份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐20份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份,硅酸镁6份,氟表面活性剂9份,亚磷酸二丁酯10份,纳米级硅酸钠8份,硫化异丁烯15份,水60份,纳米金刚石20份。
实施例3
本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚8份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐14份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,硅酸镁5份,氟表面活性剂5份,亚磷酸二丁酯9份,纳米级硅酸钠6份,硫化异丁烯10份,水45份,纳米石墨30份。
对比例
本发明提出了一种润滑油添加剂,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚8份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐14份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,硅酸镁5份,氟表面活性剂5份,亚磷酸二丁酯9份,纳米级硅酸钠6份,硫化异丁烯10份,水45份。
将上述实施例的添加剂加入润滑油后,对润滑油进行四球磨损实验:

可见加入了纳米材料后整个添加剂使得润滑油质量整体抗磨性能增加,并且无污染。

1.一种润滑油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚7-10份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐12-20份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-9份,硅酸镁3-6份,氟表面活性剂4-9份,亚磷酸二丁酯8-10份,纳米级硅酸钠5-8份,硫化异丁烯5-15份,水40-60份,纳米碳材料16-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油添加剂,其特征在于,所述纳米碳材料为富勒烯C60或纳米金刚石或者纳米石墨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:二叔丁基对甲酚8份,硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐15份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,硅酸镁5份,氟表面活性剂5份,亚磷酸二丁酯9份、纳米级硅酸钠7份,硫化异丁烯10份,水50份。
