将E-44环氧树脂、MQ硅树脂、E-51环氧树脂、盐酸、白芷、环己烷、丙酮、乌药、乙二胺、乙醇和没药,捣碎,研磨成粉,过200目筛,将过滤后的药粉加入蒸馏瓶,加清水,药粉与清水1:3比例,60-70℃蒸馏,蒸馏至水蒸干为止,收集蒸馏液;
取藿香12份,法半夏12份,厚朴12份,炒枳壳12份,白蔻仁8份,桔梗12份,杏仁泥12份,栝楼仁15份,当归15份,郁李仁10份,磨成粉,加入120份水,倒入瓶内,80-90℃开始蒸馏,待水干后,1分钟,继续加入120份水进行蒸馏,反复三次,取出残留物,至于锅内,加入2份油,翻炒2分钟,蒸干,将蒸馏液倒入瓶内,不断搅拌;
取50份茶叶进行杀青,杀青后立即进行抖散,使茶叶温度降低,散失水分并减少茶叶的青草气,然后将茶叶浸泡在瓶内,12-15小时后取出,晾干,磨成茶叶粉末,待用;
取草木灰150份、水60份、碳化硼10份、冬瓜皮20份、山药20份、50份猪粪,置于玻璃罐内,取20份牛奶,15份质量比0-0.5:0-0.5:0-0.2的M份、Zn和M的溶液、10-15份质量比1-5:0-3.5:1.4-2.9N、P和K的溶液,倒入玻璃罐内,加热玻璃罐,收集蒸汽,冷却,加入20份红糖,放入冷藏室内,直至冻成冰块;
取木瓜粉30份、蓝莓汁25份、水2500份、布丁粉250份、白糖200份、天花粉10份、黄连末10份、藕汁10份、牛乳10份、生地黄15份、红茶60份、30份维生素D3,混合蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
撒上22份石灰,加入蒸馏水,沸腾后取表面漂浮物,加入到搅拌罐二内,浸泡10分钟,然后进行搅拌,搅拌速度为2500r/mim,搅拌温度为60-70℃,时间10分钟;
同时,取150份聚硫醚橡胶磨成粉,与60份鲜奶和冰块混合,得到混合物;
取350份草料置于箱内,将40份香菇丁与混合物同时加入草料内,封闭24-36小时,取出草料,切成5-10cm的短条,将短草料与170份木屑,加入510份水,自然沉淀,取上层漂浮物;
将上层漂浮物捞出,晒干,磨成粉,与茶叶粉末混合,加入300份去离子水混合,即得到喷雾剂。

Claims (1)
1.一种木质工艺品表面高强度粘结喷雾剂制备方法方法,其特征在于:其具体制备方法包括:
取E-44环氧树脂6-7份、MQ硅树脂6-7份、E-51环氧树脂6-7份、盐酸6-7份、白芷6-7份、环己烷6-7份、丙酮6-7份、乌药6-7份、乙二胺6-7份、乙醇6-7份、没药8-10份、清水100-130份;
将E-44环氧树脂、MQ硅树脂、E-51环氧树脂、盐酸、白芷、环己烷、丙酮、乌药、乙二胺、乙醇和没药,捣碎,研磨成粉,过200目筛,将过滤后的药粉加入蒸馏瓶,加清水,药粉与清水1:3比例,60-70℃蒸馏,蒸馏至水蒸干为止,收集蒸馏液;
取藿香10-12份,法半夏10-12份,厚朴10-12份,炒枳壳10-12份,白蔻仁5-8份,桔梗10-12份,杏仁泥10-12份,栝楼仁13-15份,当归10-15份,郁李仁8-10份,磨成粉,加入100-120份水,倒入瓶内,80-90℃开始蒸馏,待水干后,1分钟,继续加入100-120份水进行蒸馏,反复三次,取出残留物,至于锅内,加入1-2份油,翻炒2分钟,蒸干,将蒸馏液倒入瓶内,不断搅拌;
取30-50份茶叶进行杀青,杀青后立即进行抖散,使茶叶温度降低,散失水分并减少茶叶的青草气,然后将茶叶浸泡在瓶内,12-15小时后取出,晾干,磨成茶叶粉末,待用;
取草木灰120-150份、水50-60份、碳化硼5-10份、冬瓜皮10-20份、山药10-20份、30-50份猪粪,置于玻璃罐内,取10-20份牛奶,10-15份质量比0-0.5:0-0.5:0-0.2的M份、Zn和M的溶液、10-15份质量比1-5:0-3.5:1.4-2.9N、P和K的溶液,倒入玻璃罐内,加热玻璃罐,收集蒸汽,冷却,加入10-20份红糖,放入冷藏室内,直至冻成冰块;
取木瓜粉25-30份、蓝莓汁20-25份、水2500份、布丁粉200-250份、白糖200份、天花粉5-10份、黄连末5-10份、藕汁5-10份、牛乳5-10份、生地黄10-15份、红茶50-60份、20-30份维生素D3,混合蒸馏,收集蒸馏水;
撒上20-22份石灰,加入蒸馏水,沸腾后取表面漂浮物,加入到搅拌罐二内,浸泡10分钟,然后进行搅拌,搅拌速度为2500r/mim,搅拌温度为60-70℃,时间10分钟;
同时,取130-150份聚硫醚橡胶磨成粉,与50-60份鲜奶和冰块混合,得到混合物;
取300-350份草料置于箱内,将30-40份香菇丁与混合物同时加入草料内,封闭24-36小时,取出草料,切成5-10cm的短条,将短草料与150-170份木屑,加入300-510份水,自然沉淀,取上层漂浮物;
将上层漂浮物捞出,晒干,磨成粉,与茶叶粉末混合,加入260-300份去离子水混合,即得到喷雾剂。
