Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,按照重量份比例包括:环氧树脂10~15份、聚乙烯树脂2~8份、氢化丁腈橡胶12~14份、聚乙酯3~5份、聚丙烯4~6份、三丙二醇丁醚4~8份、聚苯乙烯10~15份、烯丙醇11~13份、聚氧乙烯醚20~25份、甲基含氢硅油2~5份和乙稀‑醋酸乙稀树脂1~5份。本发明提供的耐氧化电容器薄膜,耐氧化性能优异,不易被空气和水分氧化,大大延长电容器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电容器技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐氧化电容器薄膜。
背景技术
电容器依着介质的不同,它的种类很多,例如:电解质电容、纸质电容、薄膜电容、陶瓷电容、云母电容、空气电容等。但是在音响器材中使用最频繁的,当属电解电容器和薄膜(Film)电容器。电解电容大多被使用在需要电容量很大的地方,例如主电源部分的滤波电容,除了滤波之外,并兼做储存电能之用。而薄膜电容则广泛被使用在模拟信号的交连,电源噪声的旁路(反交连)等地方。
现有技术中,薄膜电容器在使用的过程中,由于导电产生的热能,很容易使自身内部的材质产生氧化的现象发生,从而导致电容器的使用效果大大的降低。
发明内容
本发明的根据现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐氧化电容器薄膜。
本发明是这样实现的,一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,按照重量份比例包括:环氧树脂10~15份、聚乙烯树脂2~8份、氢化丁腈橡胶12~14份、聚乙酯3~5份、聚丙烯4~6份、三丙二醇丁醚4~8份、聚苯乙烯10~15份、烯丙醇11~13份、聚氧乙烯醚20~25份、甲基含氢硅油2~5份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂1~5份。
进一步的,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂10份、聚乙烯树脂2份、氢化丁腈橡胶12份、聚乙酯3份、聚丙烯4份、三丙二醇丁醚4份、聚苯乙烯10份、烯丙醇11份、聚氧乙烯醚20份、甲基含氢硅油2份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂1份。
进一步的,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯树脂8份、氢化丁腈橡胶14份、聚乙酯5份、聚丙烯6份、三丙二醇丁醚8份、聚苯乙烯15份、烯丙醇13份、聚氧乙烯醚25份、甲基含氢硅油5份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂5份。
进一步的,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂12份、聚乙烯树脂5份、氢化丁腈橡胶13份、聚乙酯4份、聚丙烯5份、三丙二醇丁醚6份、聚苯乙烯14份、烯丙醇12份、聚氧乙烯醚23份、甲基含氢硅油4份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂3份。
本发明提供的一种耐氧化电容器薄膜的优点在于:本发明提供的配方配比,通过将环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、氢化丁腈橡胶、聚乙酯、聚丙烯、三丙二醇丁醚、聚苯乙烯、烯丙醇、聚氧乙烯醚、甲基含氢硅油和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂按照配比生产出来的电容器薄膜,耐氧化性能优异,不易被空气和水分氧化,大大延长电容器的使用寿命。

一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂10份、聚乙烯树脂2份、氢化丁腈橡胶12份、聚乙酯3份、聚丙烯4份、三丙二醇丁醚4份、聚苯乙烯10份、烯丙醇11份、聚氧乙烯醚20份、甲基含氢硅油2份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂1份。
实施例二:
一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯树脂8份、氢化丁腈橡胶14份、聚乙酯5份、聚丙烯6份、三丙二醇丁醚8份、聚苯乙烯15份、烯丙醇13份、聚氧乙烯醚25份、甲基含氢硅油5份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂5份。
实施例三:
一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂12份、聚乙烯树脂5份、氢化丁腈橡胶13份、聚乙酯4份、聚丙烯5份、三丙二醇丁醚6份、聚苯乙烯14份、烯丙醇12份、聚氧乙烯醚23份、甲基含氢硅油4份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂3份。
在实际操作过程中,按照实施例三的配比制造出来的电容器薄膜耐氧化效果最佳。
本发明提供的一种耐氧化电容器薄膜的优点在于:本发明提供的配方配比,通过将环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、氢化丁腈橡胶、聚乙酯、聚丙烯、三丙二醇丁醚、聚苯乙烯、烯丙醇、聚氧乙烯醚、甲基含氢硅油和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂按照配比生产出来的电容器薄膜,耐氧化性能优异,不易被空气和水分氧化,大大延长电容器的使用寿命。

1.一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量份比例包括:环氧树脂10~15份、聚乙烯树脂2~8份、氢化丁腈橡胶12~14份、聚乙酯3~5份、聚丙烯4~6份、三丙二醇丁醚4~8份、聚苯乙烯10~15份、烯丙醇11~13份、聚氧乙烯醚20~25份、甲基含氢硅油2~5份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐氧化电容器薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量份比例包括环氧树脂10份、聚乙烯树脂2份、氢化丁腈橡胶12份、聚乙酯3份、聚丙烯4份、三丙二醇丁醚4份、聚苯乙烯10份、烯丙醇11份、聚氧乙烯醚20份、甲基含氢硅油2份和乙稀-醋酸乙稀树脂1份。
