技术领域
本发明涉及物料运输设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种辅助给料装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于金属工件大多数采用振动上料机将工件运送至指定的位置,这种振动上料机在输送过程中,易造成堆积,难以控制工件送给的数量,亦或者工件不能准时输送到机床,生产线因为缺料,出现不必要的停机,并且大多数送料机对工件的大小都有固定的要求,导致送料装置的使用率不高,在较高生产成本的情况下,工作效率还不高,造成资源浪费。
申请号为CN201620144542.0的专利文件公布了一种金属工件上料系统,包括储料斗,在所述储料斗下方设置有磁力吸引装置,所述磁力吸引装置通过磁力对金属工件进行牵引。本实用新型所公开的金属工件上料系统,采用磁铁与皮带轮相结合的技术手段,通过磁力对金属工件进行牵引,同时,利用破平衡推块辅助上料,使工件最终进入指定位置。本发明技术方案虽然结构紧凑合理,能够有效降低噪音与能耗,节约生产成本,提高生产环境质量,但是磁力吸引装置易失灵,需要经常更换,造成麻烦,甚至在输送过程中磁力不稳容易造成安全隐患,而且整个装置倾斜,没被磁力吸引的工件会沿着斜坡下滑,有的可能飞出滑道,有的滑到底端造成底部装置的损伤。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种安全可靠、高效低成本、具有整列作用且可调节工件进给数量的辅助给料装置。
本方案中的辅助给料装置,包括基座、辅助料斗和主料斗,所述辅助料斗和主料斗安装在基座上,所述辅助料斗底部开有振动槽,其辅助料斗侧面设有进料调节开关,所述进料调节开关顶部设有触感臂,所述触感臂下端悬挂于主料斗中心上方,所述主料斗下端设有给料速度调节器,其主料斗侧面设有滑槽。
本方案的技术原理为:使用时,将工件倒入辅助料斗内,启动振动槽和主料斗,工件会顺着振动槽落入主料斗底部,在主料斗高速旋转中,工件由于离心力的作用,依次整列到料斗内壁,转到滑槽处,工件便整列沿着滑槽排出,其中工件进入主料斗数量适宜时恰好触及触感臂的下端,则臂长即为适度,此时,因运动着的工件能对臂下端施加压力,触感臂便能促动进料调节开关,使振动槽停止振动,工件即不再自振动槽中送出,而当需要控制主料斗内的工件排出的频率,即可通过调节给料速度调节器变速,使得主料斗转动的频率改变,从而改变工件的输出频率。
本方案的有益效果为:1、通过利用辅助料斗解决了在送给速度过快、工件投入次数多,或是工件之间易相互纠缠的问题;2、通过触感臂控制工件进入主料斗的数量,实现了安全可靠的同时,还达到了高效率的效果;3、整个装置结构紧凑合理,能够有效降低能耗,节约生产成本。
进一步,所述主料斗内壁呈旋涡式层次,由料斗底部扩展到料斗顶部,当工件自振动槽落入料斗底部,工件便沿着涡旋式层次由料斗底部逐渐转到料斗顶部,顺而沿着滑槽排出。
进一步,所述触感臂可根据工件大小进行调节其长度,随着进给工件的大小,调节触感臂与料斗底部的距离,避免工件过大时,触感臂阻挡其转动,而工件过小时,不能对触感臂下端施加压力。
进一步,所述振动槽可根据工件大小、送给速度而变动其振幅,通过改变振动槽不同的振幅,既可以输送不同的工件,又可以根据需求控制工件落入料斗的频率,使得工件之间有具间隔,达到整列排出。
进一步,所述基座上设有螺纹孔,便于将基座通过螺栓固定,方便整个装置的固定与拆卸。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:基座1、辅助料斗2、振动槽3、主料斗4、进料调节开关5、触感臂6、滑槽7、工件8、给料速度调节器9、螺纹孔10。
实施例基本参考图1所示:辅助给料装置,包括基座1、辅助料斗2和主料斗4,所述辅助料斗2和主料斗4安装在基座1上,所述辅助料斗2底部开有振动槽3,其辅助料斗2侧面设有进料调节开关5,所述进料调节开关5顶部设有触感臂6,所述触感臂6下端悬挂于主料斗4中心上方,所述主料斗4下端设有给料速度调节器9,其主料斗4侧面设有滑槽7。
使用时,将工件8倒入辅助料斗2内,启动振动槽3和主料斗4,工件8会顺着振动槽3落入主料斗4底部,由于主料斗4内壁呈旋涡式层次,由主料斗4底部扩展到料斗顶部,因此,在主料斗4高速旋转中,工件8由于离心力的作用,依次整列到主料斗4内壁,工件8便沿着涡旋式层次由主料斗4底部逐渐转到料斗顶部,转到滑槽7处,工件8便整列沿着滑槽7排出,其中工件8进入主料斗4数量适宜时恰好触及触感臂6的下端,则臂长即为适度,此时,因运动着的工件8能对臂下端施加压力,触感臂6便能促动进料调节开关5,使振动槽3停止振动,工件8即不再自振动槽3中送出,而当需要控制主料斗4内的工件8排出的频率,即可通过调节给料速度调节器9变速,使得主料斗4转动的频率改变,从而改变工件8的输出频率。
上述方案中触感臂6可根据工件8大小进行调节其长度,随着进给工件8的大小,调节触感臂6与主料斗4底部的距离,避免工件8过大时,触感臂6阻挡其转动,而工件8过小时,不能对触感臂6下端施加压力;同理,振动槽3也可根据工件8的大小、送给速度而变动其振幅,通过改变振动槽3不同的振幅,既可以输送不同的工件8,又可以根据需求控制工件8落入主料斗4的频率,使得工件8之间有具间隔,达到整列排出的效果。
此方案中基座1上设有螺纹孔10,便于将基座1通过螺栓固定,方便整个装置的固定与拆卸。

1.辅助给料装置,包括基座、辅助料斗和主料斗,所述辅助料斗和主料斗安装在基座上,其特征在于,所述辅助料斗底部开有振动槽,其辅助料斗侧面设有进料调节开关,所述进料调节开关顶部设有触感臂,所述触感臂下端悬挂于主料斗中心上方,所述主料斗下端设有给料速度调节器,其主料斗侧面设有滑槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助给料装置,其特征在于:所述主料斗内壁呈旋涡式层次,由料斗底部扩展到料斗顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的辅助给料装置,其特征在于:所述触感臂可根据工件大小进行调节其长度。
