本发明提供结构比较简单的混合动力汽车传动系统,还包括启动齿轮、主齿轮、驱动电机齿轮、外齿圈,包含齿圈、太阳轮、行星轮、行星架的行星排,以及单向离合器,启动齿轮装配于发动机的发动机驱动轴上且与主齿轮啮合,主齿轮装配于单向离合器上,单向离合器装配于驱动电机的驱动电机轴的左端,驱动电机齿轮装配于驱动电机的驱动电机轴的右端,外齿圈与行星排的齿圈固联且外齿圈和行星排的齿圈分别与电机齿轮和行星排的行星轮相啮合,行星排的太阳轮位于行星架内、行星轮可转动地安装于行星架上,发动机的发动机驱动轴与行星排的太阳轮通过离合器连接,主齿轮的齿数少于启动齿轮的齿数,所述驱动电机齿轮的齿数少于外齿圈的齿数。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车,具体涉及一种混合动力汽车传动系统。
背景技术
传动系统是混合动力汽车中的一个重要系统,对于混合动力汽车的控制和换挡起着重要作用。市场上常见的混合动力汽车传动系统通常包括发动机、驱动电机和启动发动机的启动电机,以及发动机驱动轴、驱动电机轴和制动器,存在的技术问题是;工作时需要同时控制驱动电机和启动电机,以及制动器,控制难度较大、结构比较复杂且需要采用启动电机,成本较高;而且,发动机驱动轴和驱动电机轴直接相连,不能实现无级变速。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构比较简单,成本较低,控制难度较小,工作效率高的混合动力汽车传动系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是;
一种混合动力汽车传动系统,包括发动机、发动机驱动轴、离合器、驱动电机及驱动电机轴,其特征在于:还包括启动齿轮,主齿轮,驱动电机齿轮,外齿圈,包含齿圈、太阳轮、行星轮、行星架的行星排,以及单向离合器;所述启动齿轮装配于发动机的发动机驱动轴上且与主齿轮啮合,所述主齿轮装配于单向离合器上,所述单向离合器装配于驱动电机的驱动电机轴的左端,所述驱动电机齿轮装配于驱动电机的驱动电机轴的右端,所述外齿圈与行星排的齿圈固联且外齿圈和行星排的齿圈分别与电机齿轮和行星排的行星轮相啮合,所述行星排的太阳轮位于行星架内、行星轮可转动地安装于行星架上,所述发动机的发动机驱动轴与行星排的太阳轮通过离合器连接,所述主齿轮的齿数少于启动齿轮的齿数,所述驱动电机齿轮的齿数少于外齿圈的齿数。采取上述结构后,本发明仅采用驱动电机而不需要启动电机就能启动发动机,成本较低;只控制驱动电机而不需要控制启动电机,控制难度较小;通过行星排就能够实现无级变速、结构比较简单;单向离合器能够在驱动电机不工作或反转的情况下断开驱动电机与发动机的直接联系,避免了驱动电机对发动机的拖拽作用,提高传动效率。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主齿轮的齿数少于启动齿轮的齿数与驱动电机的驱动扭矩和转速相匹配。这使得本发明的适用范围较广。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述驱动电机齿轮的齿数少于外齿圈的齿数与驱动电机的驱动扭矩和转速相匹配。这同样使得本发明的适用范围较广。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述离合器为干式离合器。这样能够进一步降低成本并简化控制系统。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式做详细说明。
参见图1,本发明混合动力汽车传动系统,包括发动机1、发动机驱动轴、离合器3、驱动电机5及驱动电机轴13。由图1可见,本发明还包括启动齿轮2,主齿轮4,驱动电机齿轮6,外齿圈7,包含齿圈8、太阳轮9、行星轮10、行星架11的行星排,以及单向离合器12。所述启动齿轮2装配于发动机1的发动机驱动轴上且与主齿轮4啮合,所述主齿轮4装配于单向离合器12上,所述单向离合器12装配于驱动电机5的驱动电机轴13的左端,所述驱动电机齿轮6装配于驱动电机5的驱动电机轴13的右端,所述外齿圈7与行星排的齿圈8固联且外齿圈7和行星排的齿圈8分别与电机齿轮6和行星排的行星轮10相啮合,所述行星排的太阳轮9位于行星架11内、行星轮10可转动地安装于行星架11上,所述发动机1的发动机驱动轴与行星排的太阳轮9通过离合器3连接,所述主齿轮4的齿数少于启动齿轮2的齿数,所述驱动电机齿轮6的齿数少于外齿圈7的齿数。
所述主齿轮4的齿数少于启动齿轮2的齿数与驱动电机5的驱动扭矩和转速相匹配。
所述驱动电机齿轮6的齿数少于外齿圈7的齿数与驱动电机5的驱动扭矩和转速相匹配。
所述离合器3为干式离合器。
本发明工作原理如下:
混合动力传递;离合器3结合,驱动电机5反转,单向离合器12便断开。发动机1通过离合器3将动力传递给行星排的太阳轮9;驱动电机5通过驱动电机齿轮6将动力依次传递给外齿圈7和行星排的齿圈8,再由行星排的太阳轮9和齿圈8汇入行星排上,并通过行星架11传递出去。
发动机1启动;离合器3断开,驱动电机5正传,单向离合器12便结合;驱动电机轴13将动力依次传递给单向离合器12、主齿轮4、启动齿轮2,再由装配于发动机1的发动机驱动上的启动齿轮2启动发动机1。
无级变速;当需要变速时,通过对驱动电机5的转速的调节实现变速。在调速过程中,驱动电机5反转速度很大时,此时输出的转速较低;驱动电机5反转速度降低,此时输出的转速较高;驱动电机5的转速进一步降低或开始反向变为低速正转,此时输出的转速进一步提高。由于发动机驱动轴和驱动电机轴13采用行星排来连接传递,使得驱动电机5能够进行调速,从而实现无级变速,并且在调速过程中,发动机1转速不变允许发动机1始终处在高效率区域工作。

所述启动齿轮(2)装配于发动机(1)的发动机驱动轴上且与主齿轮(4)啮合,
所述主齿轮(4)装配于单向离合器(12)上,
所述单向离合器(12)装配于驱动电机(5)的驱动电机轴(13)的左端,
所述驱动电机齿轮(6)装配于驱动电机(5)的驱动电机轴(13)的右端,
所述外齿圈(7)与行星排的齿圈(8)固联且外齿圈(7)和行星排的齿圈(8)分别与电机齿轮(6)和行星排的行星轮(10)相啮合,
所述行星排的太阳轮(9)位于行星架(11)内、行星轮(10)可转动地安装于行星架(11)上,
所述发动机(1)的发动机驱动轴与行星排的太阳轮(9)通过离合器(3)连接,
