一种吸湿快干型针织面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸湿快干型针织面料。
背景技术
夏季是一个让人喜爱的季节,但是夏季的炎热也会使人们大量的出汗,汗液被衣物面料吸收后黏在皮肤表面导致衣物面料的舒适性大大降低。特别是纯棉的面料,虽然吸湿效果较好,但其吸收汗液后不容易干。因此,如何提供一种吸湿效果好且干燥速度快的针织面料成了目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种吸湿快干型针织面料。本发明不仅吸湿效果好,还能够提高干燥速度,具有快干的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种吸湿快干型针织面料,包括表层网格层和里层网格层,表层网格层和里层网格层相互平行;表层网格层和里层网格层之间连接有若干中空纤维,表层网格层连接中空纤维的位置处设有沟槽;表层网格层和里层网格层上均设有蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔,中空纤维位于蜂窝孔的边缘处。
前述的一种吸湿快干型针织面料中,所述表层网格层上对应蜂窝孔的边缘位置设有网格线,沟槽位于网格线上。
前述的一种吸湿快干型针织面料中,所述沟槽的底部与中空纤维顶端部连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了现有的针织面料结构,通过设置中空纤维来提高吸湿效果,利用毛细现象将汗液从中空纤维中间的中空孔吸出,通过表层网格层和里层网格层来连接中空纤维,确保中空纤维的两端分别位于表层网格层和里层网格层上,防止在使用时中空纤维的两端均接触皮肤或均朝向外接空气,进一步提高吸湿效果;通过蜂窝孔来进行透气,提高透气效果;通过设置沟槽将中空纤维上吸出的汗液快速地在表层网格层的外表面扩散开,增大汗液蒸发面积,提高汗液的蒸发速度,从而提高了干燥速度,具有快干的优点。此外沟槽位于网格线上,且网格线位于透气孔边缘,使得沟槽内的汗液能够被透气孔中通过的热气流带走一部分,进一步提高了干燥速度。因此,本发明不仅具有吸湿效果好和透气效果好的优点,还能够提高干燥速度,具有快干的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种吸湿快干型针织面料,构成如图1至4所示,包括表层网格层1和里层网格层2,表层网格层1和里层网格层2相互平行;表层网格层1和里层网格层2之间连接有若干中空纤维3,表层网格层1连接中空纤维3的位置处设有沟槽4;表层网格层1和里层网格层2上均设有蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔5,中空纤维3位于蜂窝孔5的边缘处。
所述表层网格层1上对应蜂窝孔5的边缘位置设有网格线6,沟槽4位于网格线6上。所述沟槽4的底部与中空纤维3顶端部连通。
工作原理:当使用者出汗时,汗液接触里层网格层2,里层网格层2上的中空纤维3利用毛细现象将汗液吸入中空纤维3内的中空孔中(中空孔内现有的中空纤维3的常规结构),然后中空纤维3再将汗液排入表层网格层1中,表层网格层1的网格线6上的沟槽4将汗液在表层网格层1上扩散(即一处出汗位置吸收到的汗液将通过此处的沟槽4扩散至整个表层网格层1上的沟槽4中),增大汗液蒸发面积,提高汗液的蒸发速度;从而提高了吸湿效果和干燥速度。中空纤维3位于蜂窝孔5的边缘位置且连接表层网格层1和里层网格层2,使得表层网格层1上的蜂窝孔5的位置与里层网格层2上的蜂窝孔5的位置相对应,提高了透气效果。

1.一种吸湿快干型针织面料,其特征在于:包括表层网格层(1)和里层网格层(2),表层网格层(1)和里层网格层(2)相互平行;表层网格层(1)和里层网格层(2)之间连接有若干中空纤维(3),表层网格层(1)连接中空纤维(3)的位置处设有沟槽(4);表层网格层(1)和里层网格层(2)上均设有蜂窝状分布的蜂窝孔(5),中空纤维(3)位于蜂窝孔(5)的边缘处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干型针织面料,其特征在于:所述表层网格层(1)上对应蜂窝孔(5)的边缘位置设有网格线(6),沟槽(4)位于网格线(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吸湿快干型针织面料,其特征在于:所述沟槽(4)的底部与中空纤维(3)顶端部连通。
