本发明涉及瓷砖领域,具体涉及一种空心墙砖的制作方法,它包括以下步骤:原料加工‑‑压制成坯‑‑压制成型‑‑施釉‑‑干燥‑‑烧结。本发明产品的内部中空度大,与现有实心墙砖比起来,由于原料差别不大,故两者相较,同体积砖,耗材更少,质量更轻,这样每面墙上就可以贴更多更高的墙砖,大大提升贴墙砖的效率;而且抓墙更牢,经过两次压制后,由于凸起的高度小于或等于凹槽宽度,凹槽并不能被完全盖住,这样在每个凹槽边缘上方出现一条细缝,在贴墙砖时,部分粘接料会进入凹槽内部,粘接料凝固后就将墙砖牢固的粘贴在墙上。

本发明涉及瓷砖领域,具体涉及一种空心墙砖的制作方法。
背景技术
墙面砖(简称墙砖)适用于洗手间、厨房、室外阳台的立面装饰。贴墙砖是保护墙面免遭水溅的有效途径。它们不仅用于墙面,用在门窗的边缘装饰上。也是一种有趣的装饰元素。用于踢脚线处的装饰墙砖。既美观又保护墙基不易被鞋或桌椅凳脚弄脏。用于水池和浴室的瓷砖,要美观、防潮和耐磨兼顾。传统的墙砖多为实心砖,故贴墙砖时一面墙一次不可贴太高,贴高了,由于墙砖刚贴上并未粘牢,随着墙砖的增多,在重力作用下就易垮落,造成损失。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明要解决的问题是提供一种耗材少,重量轻,抓墙牢的空心墙砖的制作方法。
一种空心墙砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料加工:将原料按照比例混合,加水,然后在球磨机中磨成泥浆;
(2)压制成坯:将磨好的泥浆放入瓷砖模具中进行压制得到粗坯;所述粗坯的顶部平整,底部设有8-16条平行的凹槽,凹槽两边有牙状凸起;所述凸起的长度和凹槽长度一致,凸起的高度小于或等于凹槽宽度;
(3)压制成型:粗坯压好1-2小时后,将粗坯底部朝下放在平整的工作台上由上至下倾斜压制,使牙状凸起弯折将凹槽槽口封闭,接着再将粗坯竖直向下压制得到成型件;
(4)施釉:在成型件顶部施加釉层;
(5)干燥:施加好釉层的成型件放入烘干房烘干;
(6)烧结:接着进行烧结。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述泥浆含水量为20-28%。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述粗坯的底部设有12条平行的凹槽。
本发明的优点在于,本发明产品的内部中空度大,与现有实心墙砖比起来,由于原料差别不大,故两者相较,同体积砖,耗材更少,质量更轻,这样每面墙上就可以贴更多更高的墙砖,大大提升贴墙砖的效率;而且抓墙更牢,经过两次压制后,由于凸起的高度小于或等于凹槽宽度,凹槽并不能被完全盖住,这样在每个凹槽边缘上方出现一条细缝,在贴墙砖时,部分粘接料会进入凹槽内部,粘接料凝固后就将墙砖牢固的粘贴在墙上。

具体实施方式
如图1到图4所示的一种空心墙砖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料加工:将原料按照比例混合,加水,然后在球磨机中磨成泥浆;
(2)压制成坯:将磨好的泥浆放入瓷砖模具中进行压制得到粗坯;所述粗坯的顶部平整,底部设有8-16条平行的凹槽1,凹槽1两边有牙状凸起2;所述凸起2的长度和凹槽1长度一致,凸起2的高度小于或等于凹槽1宽度,故凸起2弯折将凹槽1槽口封闭后会形成一条与凹槽1连通的细缝3;
(3)压制成型:粗坯压好1-2小时后,将粗坯底部朝下放在平整的工作台上由上至下倾斜压制,使牙状凸起2弯折将凹槽1槽口封闭,接着再将粗坯竖直向下压制得到成型件;
(4)施釉:在成型件顶部施加釉层;
(5)干燥:施加好釉层的成型件放入烘干房烘干;
(6)烧结:接着进行烧结。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述泥浆含水量为20-28%。

1.一种空心墙砖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料加工:将原料按照比例混合,加水,然后在球磨机中磨成泥浆;
(2)压制成坯:将磨好的泥浆放入瓷砖模具中进行压制得到粗坯;所述粗坯的顶部平整,底部设有8-16条平行的凹槽,凹槽两边有牙状凸起;所述凸起的长度和凹槽长度一致,凸起的高度小于或等于凹槽宽度;
(3)压制成型:粗坯压好1-2小时后,将粗坯底部朝下放在平整的工作台上由上至下倾斜压制,使牙状凸起弯折将凹槽槽口封闭,接着再将粗坯竖直向下压制得到成型件;
(4)施釉:在成型件顶部施加釉层;
(5)干燥:施加好釉层的成型件放入烘干房烘干;
(6)烧结:接着进行烧结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空心墙砖的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述泥浆含水量为20-28%。
