Abstract

本发明提供了一种采用抛光带抛光柱面镜的方法和装置,所述装置包括一个单面涂布抛光粉颗粒的环形抛光带及其传送系统、一个保持恒定向下压力的压抛光带滚轮、控制滚轮左右移动的系统和抛光冷却系统。所述方法是利用抛光带与柱面镜接触来抛光去除余量,需先检测待抛光柱面镜与标准柱面的差异,在抛光加工时,滚轮在相对凸起处相应的延长停留时间来多抛光去除凸起,从而获得标准柱面。本发明提供方法和装置可用于抛光加工超高精度的圆柱面镜,并可用于加工椭圆柱面和抛物柱面等复杂曲面。

技术领域
本发明属于光学冷加工领域,具体是指一种采用抛光带抛光柱面镜的方法和装置。
背景技术
柱面镜是指通光的两个面中有一个面为圆柱面,另一个面为平面或同向的圆柱面的光学零件;由于柱面是直线沿着一条圆弧线平行移动所形成的曲面,故常规的低速沥青抛光不好把控抛光去除量,无法精确去除柱面相对凸起的区域,导致抛光效率较慢且精度不高。
发明内容
本发明使用了一个单面涂布抛光粉颗粒的环形抛光带及其传送系统,使得抛光时抛光带不断转动;还采用了一个保持恒定向下压力的压抛光带滚轮,使得抛光带和镜面之间保持紧密接触并保证压力恒定,从而保证抛光带去除镜面材料速率一致;并使用计算机控制滚轮左右移动的速率,滚轮在相对凸起处相应的延长停留时间来多抛光去除凸起,从而获得标准柱面;加工同时冷却系统不间断提供去离子水进行冷却。

具体实施方式
一种采用抛光带抛光柱面镜的方法和装置的具体加工流程如下:
先将待抛光柱面进行常规粗抛拉亮,然后采用计算机自动检测对比标准柱面,得出待抛光柱面凸起的位置和凸量,接着计算机会根据待抛光柱面的材料、滚轮压力和抛光带传送速率等参数自动计算出滚轮左右移动的速率;然后将产品安装在装置上,如图1;进行抛光(抛光带转动起来、冷却液开启、滚轮先向下紧压柱面镜,然后从左至右缓慢移动至离开柱面镜即完成抛光);为保证加工柱面的精度,可多次重复检测抛光柱面镜,形成闭环系统。

1.一种采用抛光带抛光柱面镜的方法和装置,其特征在于: 使用了一个单面涂布抛光粉颗粒的环形抛光带及其传送系统,使得抛光时抛光带不断转动;还采用了一个保持恒定向下压力的压抛光带滚轮,使得抛光带和镜面之间保持紧密接触并保证压力恒定,从而保证抛光带去除镜面材料速率一致;并使用计算机控制滚轮左右移动的速率,滚轮在相对凸起处相应的延长停留时间来多抛光去除凸起,从而获得标准柱面。
