本发明公开了一种一至二段变换炉,包括上下叠在一起两段变换炉,两段变换炉共用一个外壳体,壳体内通过设置中间封头分成上下两个独立的容器。中间封头为26mm厚的球缺状的隔板。简化了结构、节省材料费用和加工工时、节省占地面积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种变换炉,尤其涉及一种一至二段变换炉。
背景技术
变换炉是内蒙古港原电石化工40万吨/年电石项目改造工程LNG装置中中的关键设备。该设备设计压力4.1MPa,设计温度475℃,主体材料为14Cr1MoR和14Cr1Mo锻件。
在煤化工行业中,一、二段变换炉传统的结构每台都是独立的,两台设备由管道串联在一起,这样的结构优点是设备总高度低,配管和设置平台容易,再者承受风载小,相对安全些。缺点是占地面积大,消耗钢材多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、费用低、占地面积少的一至二段变换炉。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的一至二段变换炉,包括上下叠在一起两段变换炉,两段变换炉共用一个外壳体,壳体内通过设置中间封头分成上下两个独立的容器。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例提供的一至二段变换炉,其特征在于,由于两段变换炉共用一个外壳体,壳体内通过设置中间封头分成上下两个独立的容器,简化了结构、节约了材料和占地面积。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例作进一步地详细描述。
本发明的一至二段变换炉,其较佳的具体实施方式是:
包括上下叠在一起两段变换炉,两段变换炉共用一个外壳体,壳体内通过设置中间封头分成上下两个独立的容器。
所述中间封头为球缺状的隔板。
所述球缺状的隔板的厚度优选为26mm。
本发明的一至二段变换炉,把两台设备叠在一起,共用一个外壳体,然后设置中间封头,把整台设备分成两个独立的容器。
与以前技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
从技术方面来看,这种改进是可行的,技术方案是经过理论验证的。
从经济方面来看:
节省材料费用:
节约了两个直径Φ3500mm,厚度40mm的半球形封头,改型后只采用一个厚度26mm的球缺做为分隔容积的隔板。这部分节省的材料费和模具费大约在16万元人民币。
节约了一个Φ3500mm,厚度20mm,高度5000mm的裙座。这部分节省材料费用大约在4万元人民币。
节约了一套地脚螺栓及紧固件。以前单台设备有20个M30的地脚螺栓及其相配的紧固件,现在节约下来的紧固件的成品费用约2万元人民币。
节约连接管道费用约2万元人民币。
加工费用:从加工和人工工时来看,可节省费用约3万元人民币。
节省占地面积。
综上所述,本发明方案确定后,方案评审得到了专家和业主的认可,现在一至二段变换炉设计图样已经完成,制造厂家已经开始制造加工。

1.一种一至二段变换炉,其特征在于,包括上下叠在一起两段变换炉,两段变换炉共用一个外壳体,壳体内通过设置中间封头分成上下两个独立的容器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一至二段变换炉,其特征在于,所述中间封头为球缺状的隔板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一至二段变换炉,其特征在于,所述球缺状的隔板的厚度为26mm。
