本发明公开了一种涂料快速分散机构，它包含驱动盒(1)，该驱动盒(1)的下底面处安装有底盖(2)，所述驱动盒(1)的两侧分别安装有第一固定架(4)和第二固定架(5)，所述的第一固定架(4)上安装有电机总成(6)，该电机总成(6)的动力输出轴(7)上安装有主动齿轮(8)，所述主动齿轮(8)的一侧穿过驱动盒(1)与设置在其内部的从动齿轮柱(9)啮合配合，所述的从动齿轮柱(9)与驱动盒(1)之间为间隙滑动配合，其上端通过连杆(10)与伸缩缸(11)的活塞杆端部相连。本发明能够有效的实现在搅拌杆在搅拌的过程中，通过伸缩缸实现自动上下往复运动的目的，大大的提高了整体的分散效果。

本发明涉及的是涂料生产机械的加工制造领域，具体涉及的是一种涂料快速分散机构。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的分散机大多整体的搅动机构简单，只能作单向的分散作业动作，由于涂料的质地较为粘稠，如果单单停留在某一特定的高度上进行分散作业严重的影响整体的分散效果，且在分散作业的过程中涂料桶内也还会存在一些死角进一步的影响了整体的分散效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种涂料快速分散机构，它能有效地解决背景技术中所存在的问题。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题，它包含驱动盒1，该驱动盒1的下底面处安装有底盖2，所述驱动盒1的两侧分别安装有第一固定架4和第二固定架5，所述的第一固定架4上安装有电机总成6，该电机总成6的动力输出轴7上安装有主动齿轮8，所述主动齿轮8的一侧穿过驱动盒1与设置在其内部的从动齿轮柱9啮合配合，所述的从动齿轮柱9与驱动盒1之间为间隙滑动配合，其上端通过连杆10与伸缩缸11的活塞杆端部相连，所述驱动盒1的一侧开设有与过连杆10间隙滑动配合的滑槽13，所述的活塞杆11安装在第二固定架5上，所述的从动齿轮柱9的底部安装有搅拌轴12，该搅拌轴12的另一端穿过底盖2与搅拌杆3相连。
由于采用了以上技术方案，本发明具有以下有益效果：能够有效的实现在搅拌杆在搅拌的过程中，通过凸轮实现自动上下往复运动的目的，大大的提高了整体的分散效果，可根据搅拌叶片的上下行程购买与之对于的涂料桶从而在分散作业的过程中使其不存在任何的死角。
