药理分析；腮腺炎是湿热合邪日久，湿热相博，湿聚成痰，上侵腮腺而发病。方中藿香、茯苓、薏苡仁、半夏、厚朴、白豆蔻、陈皮、石菖蒲苦温燥湿，化湿醒脾，行气化痰；黄芩、茵陈、滑石粉清热利湿；贝母、金银花、白头翁、夏枯草、连翘清热解毒，开郁散结消肿；射干、桔梗解毒利咽，载药上行； 防风、葛根、桑叶、辛凉解表。诸药配伍，湿怯痰消，诸症自消。
本发明的有益效果是：此方疏散湿热，清热解毒利咽，软坚消肿，疗效显著，减轻了患者痛苦，缓解当今社会滥用抗生素的现状。初期用此方治疗，三到四剂就可治愈；若初期用抗生素治疗无效加重者服本组方六到八剂可治愈。

一种治疗痄腮病的药物组合物，各药物重量份配比为藿香8-15份、茯苓8-30份、薏苡仁8-30份、半夏4-10份、白芷5-10份、连翘5-10份、夏枯草6-10份、贝母4-8份、桑叶6-10份、石菖蒲6-10份、白豆蔻4-10份、白头翁4-10份、黄芩3-10份，防风4-10份、葛根4-10份、桔梗4-10份、射干4-8份、陈皮4-10份、茵陈8-20份、滑石粉4-10份、厚朴5-10份、金银花4-15份。各组分根据病人具体病情在上述范围内微调。各个组分都是常规加工方法所得，市场有售。可以煎煮后直接服药液，也可用原药液加辅料制成散剂、丸剂、冲剂等。
根据治疗病例统计，以退烧、消肿作为显效的观察标准，服用本方剂的总有效率为100%。
