本发明涉及一种安全性水箱除垢剂,包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.025‑0.04份、葡萄糖酸钠1.25‑1.32份、柠檬酸5.45‑6.2份、木质酸纤维素2.15‑2.6份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯15‑18份、三乙醇胺6.25‑8份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐1.25‑3份;所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参2.6‑5份、桃仁8.5‑10份、榴莲壳30‑50份。本发明提供的高安全性水箱除垢剂,通过使用组分A与组分B混合使用,针对不溶性镁盐、钙盐及铁盐进行处理,处理效果好,除垢速度快,还具有一定的杀菌作用。

技术领域
本发明属于水处理剂领域,具体涉及一种水箱除垢剂。
背景技术
现在,在很多领域中使用水箱进行供水,但是,水在储存或者传输过程中容易在水箱壁上产生水垢,尤其在一些水中含盐量较高的地区,极易出现结垢现象,水箱结构后不仅容易造成细菌滋生,而且在还会造成水箱或者水管受热不均,容易发生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全性水箱除垢剂,通过使用两种组分配合使用,提升了除垢效果。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种安全性水箱除垢剂,包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.025-0.04份、葡萄糖酸钠1.25-1.32份、柠檬酸5.45-6.2份、木质酸纤维素2.15-2.6份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯15-18份、三乙醇胺6.25-8份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐1.25-3份;
所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参2.6-5份、桃仁8.5-10份、榴莲壳30-50份。
优选地,所述组分B使用以下方法制备:(1)、将榴莲壳破碎成粒径不大于0.5cm的榴莲壳沫;
(2)、将榴莲壳沫、苦参、桃仁混合后文火煎煮1-2h,过滤,得滤液;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的滤液与生姜汁混合,浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.36-1.38,得到组分B。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的高安全性水箱除垢剂,通过使用组分A与组分B混合使用,组分A使用有机酸及无机盐复配制成,针对不溶性镁盐、钙盐及铁盐进行处理,处理效果好,除垢速度快,基本上不会对水箱产生腐蚀性,组分B使用植物性成分制备,不仅可以进一步提升组分A处理后剩余的极少量的水垢,而且处理后,使水箱中残存的组分A更易清除,并且不会引入污染物,还能够杀灭水箱中的常见病菌,提升水箱使用的安全性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种安全性水箱除垢剂,包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.03份、葡萄糖酸钠1.3份、柠檬酸5.65份、木质酸纤维素2.32份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯16份、三乙醇胺7份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐1.6份;
所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参3.2份、桃仁9份、榴莲壳40份。
在对不锈钢水箱进行除垢处理时,将组分A加入组分A重量50倍的纯净水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到组分A溶液,将组分A溶液加热至45℃,将组分A溶液放入水箱中对水沟进行浸泡,浸泡时间为2h,然后使用组分A溶液以1m/s的速度冲刷水箱,冲洗30min,将组分A溶液倒出,使用清水冲洗2min;然后将组分B加入其重量30倍的水中搅拌使其混合均匀,得到组分B溶液,将使用组分A溶液处理的水箱在20min内使用组分B溶液浸泡1h,然后使用清水冲洗,经测算,除垢率达到99.5%,水箱表面无腐蚀。
实施例2
一种安全性水箱除垢剂,包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.035份、葡萄糖酸钠1.28份、柠檬酸6份、木质酸纤维素2.4份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯18份、三乙醇胺6.5份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐2.2份;
所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参4份、桃仁9份、榴莲壳35份。
在对不锈钢水箱进行除垢处理时,将组分A加入组分A重量60倍的纯净水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到组分A溶液,将组分A溶液加热至40℃,将组分A溶液放入水箱中对水沟进行浸泡,浸泡时间为1.5h,然后使用组分A溶液以2m/s的速度冲刷水箱,冲洗20min,将组分A溶液倒出,使用清水冲洗5min;然后将组分B加入其重量25倍的水中搅拌使其混合均匀,得到组分B溶液,将使用组分A溶液处理的水箱在60min内使用组分B溶液浸泡1h,然后使用清水冲洗,经测算,除垢率达到98.7%,水箱表面无腐蚀。
实施例3
一种安全性水箱除垢剂,包括组分A与组分B,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.028份、葡萄糖酸钠1.3份、柠檬酸5.5份、木质酸纤维素2.3份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯17份、三乙醇胺6.8份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐2.4份;
所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参4份、桃仁8.8份、榴莲壳46份。
在对搪瓷水箱进行除垢处理时,将组分A加入组分A重量60倍的纯净水中,搅拌混合均匀,得到组分A溶液,将组分A溶液加热至40℃,将组分A溶液放入水箱中对水沟进行浸泡,浸泡时间为2h,然后使用组分A溶液以1m/s的速度冲刷水箱,冲洗30min,将组分A溶液倒出,使用清水冲洗2min;然后将组分B加入其重量30倍的水中搅拌使其混合均匀,得到组分B溶液,将使用组分A溶液处理的水箱在20min内使用组分B溶液浸泡1.5h,然后使用清水冲洗,经测算,除垢率达到99.1%,无病菌残存。

1.一种安全性水箱除垢剂,由组分A与组分B组成,其特征在于,所述组分A由以下重量份的原料组成:软脂酸0.025-0.04份、葡萄糖酸钠1.25-1.32份、柠檬酸5.45-6.2份、木质酸纤维素2.15-2.6份、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯15-18份、三乙醇胺6.25-8份、三乙醇胺盐酸盐1.25-3份;
所述组分B按重量计由以下原料制成:生姜汁15份、苦参2.6-5份、桃仁8.5-10份、榴莲壳30-50份;
所述组分B使用以下方法制备:
(1)将榴莲壳破碎成粒径不大于0.5cm的榴莲壳沫;
(2)将榴莲壳沫、苦参、桃仁混合后文火煎煮1-2h,过滤,得滤液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的滤液与生姜汁混合,浓缩至25℃下相对密度为1.36-1.38,得到组分B。
