本发明公开了一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,包括以下重量的原料组成:聚酯15‑45kg;硫酸钡1‑5kg;钛白粉1‑5kg;炭黑0.01‑0.02kg;消光粉10‑30kg;砂纹剂0.001‑0.003kg;固化剂1‑4kg;颜料0.1‑0.5kg。本发明通过组分的合理复配,以及颜料的选择和用量控制使得制得的蓝色皱纹粉末涂料具有较好的色泽,而且改性硫酸钡的添加能够显著减少炭黑的用量,有利于降低企业成本,可广泛用于外观装饰领域。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及了一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料。
背景技术
随着人们对高品质生活的追求,产品外观的装饰越来越成为吸引消费者的重要手段之一,在家用电器、机械配件、办公用品、电子器件、汽车工业等广大领域,尤其是合金材质,人们对产品外观的美观度、色泽、硬度、耐划伤性提出了更高的要求。目前我国电器外观多为合金材料,因而面临外观美观度不够、装饰材料成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,用于产品外观装饰,产业化成本低。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是:
一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,包括以下重量的原料组成:
聚酯 15-45kg;
硫酸钡 1-5kg;
钛白粉 1-5kg;
炭黑 0.01-0.02kg;
消光粉 10-30kg;
砂纹剂 0.001-0.003kg;
固化剂 1-4kg;
颜料 0.1-0.5kg。
进一步地,包括以下重量的原料组成:
聚酯 30kg;
硫酸钡 2.3kg;
钛白粉 3.36kg;
炭黑 0.016kg;
消光粉 20kg;
砂纹剂 0.002kg;
固化剂 2.3kg;
颜料 0.372kg。
进一步地,还包括改性硫酸钡5-15 kg。
进一步地,所述消光粉为消光钡。
进一步地,所述颜料为酞青蓝和颜料紫的混合物。
进一步地,所述颜料中酞青蓝和颜料紫的重量比例为1:0.14-0.18。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过组分的合理复配,以及颜料的选择和用量控制使得制得的蓝色皱纹粉末涂料具有较好的色泽,而且改性硫酸钡的添加能够显著减少炭黑的用量,有利于降低企业成本,可广泛用于外观装饰领域。

一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,包括以下重量的原料组成:
聚酯 30kg;
硫酸钡 2.3kg;
钛白粉 3.36kg;
炭黑 0.016kg;
消光钡 20kg;
砂纹剂 0.002kg;
固化剂 2.3kg;
改性硫酸钡 11 kg;
颜料 0.372kg,
其中,颜料包括以下重量的物质:酞青蓝0.32kg,颜料紫0.052kg。
实施例2
一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,包括以下重量的原料组成:
聚酯 20kg;
硫酸钡 1.2kg;
钛白粉 1.5kg;
炭黑 0.01kg;
消光钡 15kg;
砂纹剂 0.001kg;
固化剂 1.1kg;
改性硫酸钡 8 kg;
颜料 0.12kg,
其中,颜料包括以下重量的物质:酞青蓝0.1kg,颜料紫0.02kg。
实施例3
一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,包括以下重量的原料组成:
聚酯 40kg;
硫酸钡 3.8kg;
钛白粉 4.2kg;
炭黑 0.02kg;
消光钡 25kg;
砂纹剂 0.003kg;
固化剂 3.5kg;
改性硫酸钡 14 kg;
颜料 0.42kg,
其中,颜料包括以下重量的物质:酞青蓝0.37kg,颜料紫0.05kg。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过组分的合理复配,以及颜料的选择和用量控制使得制得的蓝色皱纹粉末涂料具有较好的色泽,而且改性硫酸钡的添加能够显著减少炭黑的用量,有利于降低企业成本,可广泛用于外观装饰领域。

颜料 0.1-0.5kg。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述颜料为酞青蓝和颜料紫的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种室外蓝色皱纹粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述颜料中酞青蓝和颜料紫的重量比例为1:0.14-0.18。
