Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,包括复合薄膜本体,所述复合薄膜本体的顶部设置有外层,所述外层的顶部粘接有第一胶黏层,第一胶黏层的底部粘接有复合中部层,外层的底部通过第一胶黏层与复合中部层的顶部固定连接,复合中部层的底部粘接有第二胶黏层,第二胶黏层的底部粘接有粘接底层,复合中部层的底部通过第二胶黏层与粘接底层的顶部固定连接,粘接底层的底部粘接有第三胶黏层。本发明起到防护的作用,使复合薄膜具有耐腐蚀性,使复合薄膜具有防潮性,使钢铝塑带的耐腐蚀性大大的提高,起到分散的作用,达到了使用性能较好的优点,从而有效的解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢铝塑带技术领域,具体为一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜。
背景技术
现有的钢铝塑复合带表面一般都会进行复合薄膜,薄膜的性能直接影响钢铝塑带的各种性能和使用寿命,复合薄膜,由两层或多层不同材料的薄膜复合而成的高分子材料,主要用于包装。但是现有的复合薄膜的性能较差,不适合钢铝塑带的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,具备使用性能较好的优点,解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,包括复合薄膜本体,所述复合薄膜本体的顶部设置有外层,所述外层的顶部粘接有第一胶黏层,所述第一胶黏层的底部粘接有复合中部层,所述外层的底部通过第一胶黏层与复合中部层的顶部固定连接,所述复合中部层的底部粘接有第二胶黏层,所述第二胶黏层的底部粘接有粘接底层,所述复合中部层的底部通过第二胶黏层与粘接底层的顶部固定连接,所述粘接底层的底部粘接有第三胶黏层,所述第三胶黏层的底部粘接有钢铝塑带层,所述粘接底层的底部通过第三胶黏层与钢铝塑带层的顶部固定连接。
优选的,所述外层包括耐腐蚀氧化铜层,所述耐腐蚀氧化铜层的底部固定连接有聚乙烯高分子层,所述聚乙烯高分子层的底部固定连接有聚酰亚胺薄膜层,所述聚酰亚胺薄膜层的底部固定连接有聚酯薄膜层。
优选的,所述复合中部层包括纳米晶镍钴合金镀层,所述纳米晶镍钴合金镀层的底部固定连接有含镍纳米的镍合金镀层,所述含镍纳米的镍合金镀层的底部固定连接有微米晶镍镀层。
优选的,所述钢铝塑带层包括钢带本体层,所述钢带本体层的底部固定连接有铝合金本体层。
优选的,所述第一胶黏层、第二胶黏层和第三胶黏层均为聚乙酸乙烯酯材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过设置外层起到防护的作用,通过设置耐腐蚀氧化铜层使复合薄膜具有耐腐蚀性,通过设置聚乙烯高分子层使复合薄膜具有防潮性,通过设置聚酰亚胺薄膜层和聚酯薄膜层使复合薄膜具有耐热性,通过设置纳米晶镍钴合金镀层、含镍纳米的镍合金镀层和微米晶镍镀层使钢铝塑带的耐腐蚀性大大的提高,通过设置粘接底层起到分散的作用,达到了使用性能较好的优点,从而有效的解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,包括复合薄膜本体1,复合薄膜本体1的顶部设置有外层2,通过设置外层2起到防护的作用,外层2包括耐腐蚀氧化铜层21,通过设置耐腐蚀氧化铜层21使复合薄膜具有耐腐蚀性,耐腐蚀氧化铜层21的底部固定连接有聚乙烯高分子层22,通过设置聚乙烯高分子层22使复合薄膜具有防潮性,聚乙烯高分子层22的底部固定连接有聚酰亚胺薄膜层23,聚酰亚胺薄膜层23的底部固定连接有聚酯薄膜层24,通过设置聚酰亚胺薄膜层23和聚酯薄膜层24使复合薄膜具有耐热性,外层2的顶部粘接有第一胶黏层3,第一胶黏层3的底部粘接有复合中部层4,复合中部层4包括纳米晶镍钴合金镀层41,纳米晶镍钴合金镀层41的底部固定连接有含镍纳米的镍合金镀层42,含镍纳米的镍合金镀层42的底部固定连接有微米晶镍镀层43,通过设置纳米晶镍钴合金镀层41、含镍纳米的镍合金镀层42和微米晶镍镀层43使钢铝塑带的耐腐蚀性大大的提高,外层2的底部通过第一胶黏层3与复合中部层4的顶部固定连接,复合中部层4的底部粘接有第二胶黏层5,第二胶黏层5的底部粘接有粘接底层6,通过设置粘接底层6起到分散的作用,复合中部层4的底部通过第二胶黏层5与粘接底层6的顶部固定连接,粘接底层6的底部粘接有第三胶黏层7,第一胶黏层3、第二胶黏层5和第三胶黏层7均为聚乙酸乙烯酯材料,聚乙酸乙烯酯具有很好的粘接性,第三胶黏层7的底部粘接有钢铝塑带层8,钢铝塑带层8包括钢带本体层81,钢带本体层81的底部固定连接有铝合金本体层82,粘接底层6的底部通过第三胶黏层7与钢铝塑带层8的顶部固定连接,通过第一胶黏层3、第二胶黏层5和第三胶黏层7便于外层2、复合中部层4、粘接底层6和钢铝塑带层8之间的连接,达到了使用性能较好的优点,从而有效的解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。
工作原理:该新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜使用时,通过外层2起到防护的作用,通过耐腐蚀氧化铜层21使复合薄膜本体1具有耐腐蚀性,通过聚乙烯高分子层22使复合薄膜本体1具有防潮性,通过聚酰亚胺薄膜层23和聚酯薄膜层24使复合薄膜本体1具有耐热性,通过纳米晶镍钴合金镀层41、含镍纳米的镍合金镀层42和微米晶镍镀层43使钢铝塑带的耐腐蚀性大大的提高,通过粘接底层6起到分散的作用,通过第一胶黏层3、第二胶黏层5和第三胶黏层7便于外层2、复合中部层4、粘接底层6和钢铝塑带层8之间的连接,达到了使用性能较好的优点,从而有效的解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。
综上所述:该新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,通过设置外层2、耐腐蚀氧化铜层21、聚乙烯高分子层22、聚酰亚胺薄膜层23、聚酯薄膜层24、复合中部层4、纳米晶镍钴合金镀层41、含镍纳米的镍合金镀层42、微米晶镍镀层43、粘接底层6、钢铝塑带层8、钢带本体层81和铝合金本体层82,解决了现有复合薄膜性能较差造成不适合钢铝塑带使用的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,包括复合薄膜本体(1),其特征在于:所述复合薄膜本体(1)的顶部设置有外层(2),所述外层(2)的顶部粘接有第一胶黏层(3),所述第一胶黏层(3)的底部粘接有复合中部层(4),所述外层(2)的底部通过第一胶黏层(3)与复合中部层(4)的顶部固定连接,所述复合中部层(4)的底部粘接有第二胶黏层(5),所述第二胶黏层(5)的底部粘接有粘接底层(6),所述复合中部层(4)的底部通过第二胶黏层(5)与粘接底层(6)的顶部固定连接,所述粘接底层(6)的底部粘接有第三胶黏层(7),所述第三胶黏层(7)的底部粘接有钢铝塑带层(8),所述粘接底层(6)的底部通过第三胶黏层(7)与钢铝塑带层(8)的顶部固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述外层(2)包括耐腐蚀氧化铜层(21),所述耐腐蚀氧化铜层(21)的底部固定连接有聚乙烯高分子层(22),所述聚乙烯高分子层(22)的底部固定连接有聚酰亚胺薄膜层(23),所述聚酰亚胺薄膜层(23)的底部固定连接有聚酯薄膜层(24)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述复合中部层(4)包括纳米晶镍钴合金镀层(41),所述纳米晶镍钴合金镀层(41)的底部固定连接有含镍纳米的镍合金镀层(42),所述含镍纳米的镍合金镀层(42)的底部固定连接有微米晶镍镀层(43)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述钢铝塑带层(8)包括钢带本体层(81),所述钢带本体层(81)的底部固定连接有铝合金本体层(82)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型钢铝塑带用复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述第一胶黏层(3)、第二胶黏层(5)和第三胶黏层(7)均为聚乙酸乙烯酯材料。
