技术领域
本发明涉及生物医药药品生产设备技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备。
背景技术
目前,生物医学工程是综合应用生命科学与工程科学的原理和方法,从工程学角度在分子、细胞、组织、器官乃至整个人体系统多层次认识人体的结构、功能和其他生命现象,研究用于防病、治病、人体功能辅助及卫生保健的人工材料、制品、装置和系统技术的总称。制药产业与生物医学工程产业是现代医药产业的两大支柱。为了保证生物医药药品的品质,需要利用机器来代替人工进行药品的制备,避免外界因素对药品造成影响。
在生物医药的生产过程中,常常需要对药品进行搅拌和灌装,现有的搅拌灌装设置的搅拌效率低和搅拌不均匀;特别是针对具有一定的粘度的药品,混合速度较慢,造成搅拌时间较长,现有的灌装设备在出口容易堵塞。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:解决搅拌灌装设置的搅拌效率低、搅拌不均匀和搅拌时间长及易堵塞的问题,本发明提供一种用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备,包括机架,机架从上到下依次安装有搅拌罐、输送机构和分配管和多个储存罐,所述的搅拌罐包括竖直设置的罐体,罐体的上下两端分别设置有进料口A和出料口A,输送机构包括水平设置的输送腔,输送腔两端分别设置有进料口B和出料口B,出料口A与进料口B连通,出料口B与分配管连通,分配管倾斜设置,分配管下方设置有多个与储存罐一一对应的分配支管,所述的搅拌罐内竖直设置有搅拌轴A和搅拌轴B,搅拌轴A和搅拌轴B的转动方向相反,每根搅拌轴A上均设置有倾斜角度相同的搅拌片,所述的机架底部设置有振打装置。
进一步地,振打装置包括安装架和安装在安装架上的偏心轮,偏心轮最高点与分配管接触,偏心轮的材质为软质塑料,偏心轮由振打电机带动。
进一步地,分配管倾斜的角度为10°~25°。
进一步地,所述的搅拌轴A和搅拌轴B上端均延伸出罐体与各自对应的搅拌电机A连接。
进一步地,所述的输送腔内水平设置有输送轴,输送轴一端延伸出输送腔连接有输送电机,所述的输送轴上设置有螺旋叶片。
本发明的有益效果如下:
该发明结构简单,从搅拌罐搅拌过的药品进入输送结构,经过输送机构进入到分配管,最终通过分配管分配到各个储存罐,能有效地针对生物医药药品进行混合制备,改善了制备效果,便于不同药品混合搅拌后予以制备,使用方便。
提高了生物医药药品的均匀性和效率;振打装置包括安装架和安装在安装架上的偏心轮,偏心轮最高点与分配管接触,偏心轮的材质为软质塑料,偏心轮由振打电机带动,这种结构有效的放置了输出管堵塞。

如图1到2所示,本实施例提供一种用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备,包括机架2,其特征在于,机架2从上到下依次安装有搅拌罐1、输送机构3和分配管4和多个储存罐6,所述的搅拌罐1包括竖直设置的罐体1-3,罐体1-3的上下两端分别设置有进料口A1-3.1和出料口A1-3.2,输送机构3包括水平设置的输送腔3-3,输送腔3-3两端分别设置有进料口B3-1和出料口B3-6,出料口A1-3.2与进料口B3-1连通,出料口B3-6与分配管4连通,分配管4倾斜设置,分配管4下方设置有多个与储存罐6一一对应的分配支管5,所述的搅拌罐1内竖直设置有搅拌轴A1-2和搅拌轴B1-5,搅拌轴A1-2和搅拌轴B1-5的转动方向相反,每根搅拌轴A1-2上均设置有倾斜角度相同的搅拌片1-4,所述的机架2底部设置有振打装置7。
振打装置7包括安装架7-1和安装在安装架7-1上的偏心轮7-2,偏心轮7-2最高点与分配管4接触,偏心轮7-2的材质为软质塑料,偏心轮7-2由振打电机7-3带动。
分配管4倾斜的角度为10°~25°。
本实施例中,该发明结构简单,从搅拌罐搅拌过的药品进入输送结构,经过输送机构进入到分配管,最终通过分配管分配到各个储存罐,能有效地针对生物医药药品进行混合制备,改善了制备效果,便于不同药品混合搅拌后予以制备,使用方便。

1.用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备,包括机架(2),其特征在于,机架(2)从上到下依次安装有搅拌罐(1)、输送机构(3)和分配管(4)和多个储存罐(6),所述的搅拌罐(1)包括竖直设置的罐体(1-3),罐体(1-3)的上下两端分别设置有进料口A(1-3.1)和出料口A(1-3.2),输送机构(3)包括水平设置的输送腔(3-3),输送腔(3-3)两端分别设置有进料口B(3-1)和出料口B(3-6),出料口A(1-3.2)与进料口B(3-1)连通,出料口B(3-6)与分配管(4)连通,分配管(4)倾斜设置,分配管(4)下方设置有多个与储存罐(6)一一对应的分配支管(5),所述的搅拌罐(1)内竖直设置有搅拌轴A(1-2)和搅拌轴B(1-5),搅拌轴A(1-2)和搅拌轴B(1-5)的转动方向相反,每根搅拌轴A(1-2)上均设置有倾斜角度相同的搅拌片(1-4),所述的机架(2)底部设置有振打装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于药品制备的带双搅拌轴的灌装设备,其特征在于,振打装置(7)包括安装架(7-1)和安装在安装架(7-1)上的偏心轮(7-2),偏心轮(7-2)最高点与分配管(4)接触,偏心轮(7-2)的材质为软质塑料,偏心轮(7-2)由振打电机(7-3)带动。
