一种含有烯肟菌酯和喹菌酮的农药组合物,有效成分由烯肟菌酯、喹菌酮以及烯酰吗啉按照重量比5~12∶25~30∶1~5复配组成。本发明所述三元复配组合物,复配体系稳定、协同,兼顾高效的杀菌与除虫效果,各组分缺一不可,若缺乏某些组分会导致效果下降。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体是一种含有烯肟菌酯和喹菌酮的农药组合物。
背景技术
烯肟菌酯属甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌谱广、活性高的杀菌剂,具有预防及治疗作用,对由鞭毛菌、结合菌、子囊菌、担子菌及半知菌引起的多种植物病害有良好的防治效果。该药为真菌线粒体的呼吸抑制剂,其作用机理是通过与细胞色素bc1复合体的结合,抑制线粒体的电子传递,从而破坏病菌能量合成,起到杀菌作用。
喹菌酮为黄色晶体。熔点170℃。蒸气压0.026mPa(2(0℃)。溶解性(20℃):水1mg/L,环己酮18g/L,二甲基甲酰胺10g/L。大鼠急性经口LD50约1500mg/kg。由2-硝基-4-甲基苯胺在50℃与二氯化锡、盐酸反应,生成2-氨基-4-甲基苯胺,然后与乙二酸二乙酯、三氯氧磷、硫氢化钠、光气反应,即制得本品。用于防治果树、园艺作物和蔬菜的白粉病。也可作为杀螨剂(称灭螨猛)使用。制剂有12.5%、25%可湿性粉剂,烟剂,粉剂。
烯酰吗啉是一种新型内吸治疗性专用低毒杀菌剂,其作用机制是破坏病菌细胞壁膜的形成,引起孢子囊壁的分解,而使病菌死亡。除游动孢子形成及孢子游动期外,对卵菌生活史的各个阶段均有作用,尤其对孢子囊梗和卵孢子的形成阶段更敏感,若在孢子囊和卵孢子形成前用药,则可完全抑制孢子的产生。该药内吸性强,根部施药,可通过根部进入植株的各个部位;叶片喷药,可进入叶片内部。
以上各种药剂,由于长期单独使用,使病害产生抗药性,导致用药量加大、防效降低等问题,防效的变差主要还是由抗性菌株导致的,在新药开发难度较大的现实情况下,对现有农药进行合理的复配使用,具有重要的意义,农药混配能够有助延缓抗性发展,某些有效成分混配还能够起到增效显著的作用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种含有烯肟菌酯和喹菌酮的农药组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种含有烯肟菌酯和喹菌酮的农药组合物,有效成分由烯肟菌酯、喹菌酮以及烯酰吗啉按照重量比5~12∶25~30∶1~5复配组成。与现有技术相比较,本发明具备的有益效果:
根据本发明,特定比例的烯肟菌酯、喹菌酮以及烯酰吗啉发生协同作用,是一种起效快速、体系稳定、持效性好、病虫害防效显著的农药组合物,大大减少了农药使用次数,降低了农药使用量,降低农用成本,为农业生产提供了一种高效、广谱、低毒、环保的新型杀菌除虫剂。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述。
表1实施例1~6以及对比例1~3中的有效成分及其重量比
(1)农药组合物的制备
首先,根据表1提供的有效成分及其重量比称取各个组分并混合均匀,得到有效成分混合物;
其次,按照按重量份数计,将有效成分混合物1份、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2份、乙二醇3份、均匀分散剂3份、二甲基硅油2份、丙酮5份、木质素磺酸钠2份以及水100份,按照常规方法分别得到实施例1~6以及对比例1~3所述的农药组合物的田间施用产品。
(2)实施例1~6以及对比例1~3的农药组合物的田间施用产品的杀菌效果试验方法
选择一块甘蓝种植地作为试验场地,其中甘蓝长势相同,黑腐病危害均匀,将场地划分为10个小片区,其中9个小片区分别施用实施例1~6以及对比例1~3的农药组合物的田间施用产品,其余一个小片区作为空白对照。试验期间施药三次,第一次施药前进行病情基数的调查,第一次施药后10进行第二次施药,第二次施药后10天进行第三次施药。
调查方法为每小区随机取四点调查,每点查四株甘蓝,每株调查全部叶片。每叶片按病斑占叶面积的百分率分级,记录总叶数、病叶数和病级,病情指数的分级标准为:
0级,无病;
1级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~15%;
5级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的16%~25%;
7级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%~50%;
9级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
调查时间和次数
试验共调查三次,即药前病情指数调查、第三次药后第7天和第15天调查病情指数,按照以下计算防效:
(2)杀菌效果结果与分析,对甘蓝霜霉病的田间防止结果如表5所示。

本发明实施例1~6防治甘蓝霜霉病的效果显著,用药后7天、15天最高防效为87.2%、90.4%,说明本发明的田间防治效果显著,起效快,体系稳定,药效持久,可减少用药次数,降低成本。本发明实施例1~6中以实施例5的防效最高,说明实施例5各组分协同作用效果好,有效成分的药效得以充分持久发挥。对比例1~3所述的农药组合物与实施例1~6相比,其均缺乏某些组分,其防效大幅降低,进一步说明本发明各组分协同,各组分缺一不可,若缺乏某些组分会导致效果下降。
