Abstract

一种植物营养素的制备方法,取胱氨酸废母液,浓缩至结晶后,取其清液,以废母液重量计,加入8%-12%的CuSO4·5H2O,3%-5%的ZnSO4·7H2O,2.5%-4%的FeCl2,2%-3%的KCl,以及0.5%-1.5%的缩节安,经处理而制成,可提供植物生长所需的氮、磷、钾、微量元素及氨基酸成分,同时加入缩节安能抑制细胞和节间伸长,因此,使用本发明可达到促进植物营养生长和生殖生长,保花保果,增产优质的效果。

Description

一种植物营养素的制备方法
本发明涉及植物营养素的制备方法。
现有的生物化学肥料,一般从元素角度对植物进行营养补充,通常可满足植物对氮、磷、钾或微量元素的需求。但现有的生物化学肥料不能提供氨基酸,因而不能满足植物对氨基酸的需求。而且一般肥料不能控制植物生长,从而易使植物生长过速,最终达不到增产的目的。1994年7月19日《中国技术市场报》第二版上刊登了一条消息,介绍福建省顺晶文华生物工程研究所研制“绿宝”系列植物营养素的情况,报道说:该营养素“可满足植物生长发育需要,具有补充营养、促进生长、保花保果、增产优质的显著效果,并具有抗菌防病作用”。该项配方及工艺不详。
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物营养素的制备方法,使所制备的产品能满足植物对氮、磷、钾、微量元素及氨基酸的需求,并且控制植物生长,从而有效地促进植物的营养生长和生殖生长。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案来实现的:取胱氨酸废母液,将其浓缩至结晶之后,取其清液,以废母液重量计,加入8%-12%的CuSO4·5H2O,加热至50℃,并搅拌2-3小时,调PH值至6-7之后,再加入3%-5%的ZnSO4·7H2O,2.5%-4%的FeCl2,2%-3%的KCl,0.5%-1.5%的缩节安,搅拌半小时即可。
其中,胱氨酸废母液还可由鸡毛、猪毛等毛发水解制备替代,方法如下:在每吨鸡毛或猪毛中,加入1.2-1.8吨浓度为30%HCl,加热至120℃,水解1.5-2小时。
由于本品中含有可供植物生长所需的氮、磷、钾、微量元素及氨基酸成分,故能提供植物生长所需养份。同时加入缩节安能抑制细胞和节间伸长。因此,使用本发明可达到促进植物营养生长和生殖生长,保花保果,增产优质的效果。
本发明具体实施例如下:取胱氨酸废母液若干,将其浓缩至原体积的2/3,形成NH4Cl结晶之后,去其结晶,取其清液,以废母液重量计,加入9%的CuSO4·5H2O,加热至50℃,并搅拌2-3小时,调PH值至6-7之后,再加入3.5%的ZnSO4·7H2O,2.5%的FeCl2,2.5%的KCl,0.7%的缩节安(有效成份为1.1-二甲基哌啶鎓氯化物,其分子为C7H16ClN,有效成份含量≥94%),搅拌半小时即可。
本发明的另一具体实施例如下:取猪毛或鸡毛1吨,加入1.5吨浓度为30%HCl,加热至120℃,水解1.5-2小时,制成母液,将其浓缩至结晶后,取其清液,以母液重量计,加入10%的CuSO4·5H2O,加热至50℃,并搅拌2-3小时,调PH值至6-7之后,再加入4%的ZnSO4·7H2O,3%的FeCl2,2%的KCl,0.8%的缩节安(有效成份含量≥94%),搅拌半小时即可。

1、一种植物营养素的制备方法,其特征在于:取胱氨酸废母液,将其浓缩至结晶之后,取其清液,以废母液重量计,加入8%-12%的CuSO4·5H2O,加热至50℃,并搅拌2-3小时,调PH值至6-7之后,再加入3%-5%的ZnSO4·7H2O,2.5%-4%的FeCl2、2%-3%的KCl,0.5%-1.5%的缩节安,搅拌半小时即可。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种植物营养素的制备方法,其特征在于:胱氨酸废母液还可由每吨鸡毛或猪毛中,加入1.5吨浓度为30%HCl,加热至120℃,水解1.5-2小时的生成物替代。
