Abstract
The invention relates to an integral type vehicle carrying plate of a mechanical garage. The vehicle carrying plate panel (1-1) is a whole in the length direction of the vehicle carrying plate, and a plurality of longitudinal beams (1-2) are welded below the vehicle carrying plate panel. The cross section of the longitudinal beam is a rectangular pipe, and the whole longitudinal beam is arranged in the length direction of the vehicle carrying plate. One end of the baffle plate is bent downwards to form a slope, and the other end of the baffle plate is bent upwards or also bent downwards to form a slope. Background

The front of them is bent downwards to form a slope, and the back is bent upwards to form a baffle. They constitute an integral panel member (1) fixed to 2 beam members (2).

Although it is inferior to i-section steel in bending strength at the same cross-sectional area, i-section steel having a height of less than 100mm has no standard product and must be specially processed if necessary. The rectangular pipe has a large number of selectable standard specifications, and although the rectangular pipe is made of more materials than I-shaped steel under the same bending strength, the processing cost is much lower. In this embodiment, the attachment of the cross member (2) is a suspension ring (2-2), which is also cut out from a standard rectangular tube and welded to 2 ends of the cross member body (2-1). 2 edge beams (3) are bent by rectangular pipes and welded on 2 edges of the integral plate surface component (1).
