Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合增强型滤纸,包括陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸;所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸依次层叠设置,在所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸上通过湿法成型所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸,在所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸上湿法成型所述玻璃纤维过滤纸;在所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面通过粘结剂覆有抗菌剂。本发明经过复合叠加,能够取得更高效的过滤效果,同时具有良好的机械强度、过滤效果好、风阻低,耐高温、抗菌、抗腐蚀性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气过滤纸,尤其涉及一种复合增强型滤纸。
背景技术
环境污染是工业发展必须克服的一个难题。现代工业的蓬勃发展,使社会飞速进步,人民生活水平也得到了迅速提高,但随之而来的是生态环境的恶化,空气中粉尘性质及其分布也产生了变化。人类赖以生存的大气环境中,飘浮着各种各样的尘埃粒子和微生物,这些微粒对于医疗卫生、食品、生物工程、化学药品制造、航天、电子、精密机械制造等行业都有着极大的危害。应对现阶段空气污染问题,需要查明污染物来源,从根本上防止污染物进入大气。而高效过滤器可以有效拦截颗粒污染物,是保证众多领域空气洁净的重要手段。滤纸作为高效过滤器的主要过滤材料,滤纸性能的好坏决定着高效过滤器的过滤效果。传统的单一型过滤纸存在风阻高,过滤效率低,耐高温、抗腐蚀性能差等缺点。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明解决了上述问题,提供了一种复合增强型滤纸。
技术方案:一种复合增强型滤纸,包括陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸;所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸依次层叠设置,在所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸上通过湿法成型所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸,在所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸上湿法成型所述玻璃纤维过滤纸;在所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面通过粘结剂覆有抗菌剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.2-0.4mm、所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.1-0.2mm、所述玻璃纤维过滤纸的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述抗菌剂为纳米载银离子抗菌剂。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述粘结剂为TRC柔性丙烯酸乳液。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面喷涂有阻燃性树脂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于,本发明不同于传统单一型过滤纸,并且不同于混合纤维过滤纸,本发明通过在所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸上通过湿法成型所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸,在所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸上湿法成型所述玻璃纤维过滤纸,使本发明的复合增强型滤纸能够很好保持陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸原有的优良特性,同时经过复合叠加,能够取得更高效的过滤效果,同时具有良好的机械强度、 过滤效果好、风阻低,耐高温、抗菌、抗腐蚀性能好。

实施例1
本发明公开一种复合增强型滤纸,包括陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸;所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸依次层叠设置,在所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸上通过湿法成型所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸,在所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸上湿法成型所述玻璃纤维过滤纸;在所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面通过粘结剂覆有抗菌剂。所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.2mm、所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.1mm、所述玻璃纤维过滤纸的厚度为0.1mm。所述抗菌剂为纳米载银离子抗菌剂。所述粘结剂为TRC柔性丙烯酸乳液。所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面喷涂有阻燃性树脂。

1.一种复合增强型滤纸,其特征在于,包括陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸;所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸、原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸、玻璃纤维过滤纸依次层叠设置,在所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸上通过湿法成型所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸,在所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸上湿法成型所述玻璃纤维过滤纸;在所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面通过粘结剂覆有抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合增强型滤纸,其特征在于,所述陶瓷纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.2-0.4mm、所述原纤化超细纤维空气过滤纸的厚度为0.1-0.2mm、所述玻璃纤维过滤纸的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合增强型滤纸,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为纳米载银离子抗菌剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合增强型滤纸,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为TRC柔性丙烯酸乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合增强型滤纸,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维过滤纸表面喷涂有阻燃性树脂。
